We have used Brady and his team on 2 separate occasions after significant storm damage. From start to finish both times, the process was smooth, professional and stress free! I wouldn’t hesitate to ever refer a friend to this company and have absolute trust in Brady. This last storm hit after we sold our home and everyone worked hard to get us fixed up properly before the buyers took possession. Responsive, clean, EFFICIENT and within budget.

Yesterday I had my roof replaced by a team from Advanced Level Roofing. True professionals knowing what they do. I saw them working on houses around me for 2 years now and their jobs look awesome. You can see other companies dragging a roof job for days and days but these guys are right on, they try their best to do it in one day - this was the case for me. I would highly recommend them.The whole process from the estimate to the installation was a breeze. I found the price was fair and the estimator answered all my crazy questions - we ended up having a debate about the evolution of the shingles market. They really deliver what they promise, high quality materials and fast and professional installation. The day they installed my roof, when dusk set in I thought they were wrapping up but when I got out they were gone and everything was clean and nice around the house. Today Ive checked the roof and it looks awesome and here I am, fast and furious, to put a good review for them because they deserve it.Keep up with the good work guys. Disclaimer - This is my first negative review of anything, I do not normally complain.Completely unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and obnoxious. They left garbage and harmed wildlife.My neighbor just had a new roof installed by Advanced Level Roofing and I am writing a review because of what an awful impact it had on me! I cant speak too much about the quality, though I did notice that no drip edge was installed (this doesnt break any codes but adding/replacing drip edge is standard practice).The crew showed up at 3:30pm and worked until 10:30pm! Upon arrival, they requested several neighbors to move vehicles so they could park close by (leaving the parking at the back of the house empty!). The entire time they were blaring music on top of the unavoidable loudness of air compressors and tools. I have a baby that they were keeping up hours past his bedtime. When I asked if they could turn off their music they ignored me and said they wouldnt be much longer (it was another two hours). Upon finishing up they cleaned the yard around the house but left old shingles, garbage, plastic wrap, and nails all over my yard on the other side of the fence. At 10:30pm they loaded their trailer (parked on the front lawn), had to awkwardly maneuver around parked cars, and ultimately resulted in driving through another neighbors front yard. Needless to say there there was a lot of diesel engine revving, and hooting-hollering going on.The worst part is that I found 3 dead tiny baby birds laying on the ground. This is what happens when you disturb a nest improperly. This is illegal activity with big fines associated.If you want to promote a company that will certainly cause a disturbance to your neighbors, rush the job, and possibly kill some wildlife, then by all means this is the crew for you! I wouldnt be surprised if they cut corners in the workmanship too. Based on a quick look at their website theyve only been in business a couple of years, mention nothing about warranty, and only have 2 million in liability insurance (thats very low). A quick look online and Im sure you can find a better roofing company.

I really had a great experience with this company they came to my door and asked for my business, did a really nice presentation of all the materials and workmanship and than followed through on what they said.My only complaint is that they did the work so fast while I was at work by the time I got home they had the roof finished and the yard all clean so I dint even get to meet the team. I attached some photos they sent me of the work if anyone wants to look at the quality.

My husband and myself had our roof and siding done due to a hail storm last summer. The quality of work was good. The representative we dealt with was very quick to respond.The only issue we had was with the cleanup afterwords. So much so that our neighbors found several nails. Definitely room for improvement there. After their spring clean up we are still finding nails and long staples everywhere.

Advanced Level Roofing has done an excellent job with my roof. I appreciate their competitive pricing, polite and friendly team, and due to the number of people on their team, they are fast. Theyve done my house in a matter of hours and left just after noon, which is some crazy speed. The quality of the installation was also top-notch -- no corners cut. I also like they carefully cleaned up the gutters and the area around my house, not leaving a trace of anything at all.There are a few areas that frustrated me though. They were excellent in initial communication and any routine notifications, but pretty poor beyond that.Firstly, the delivery truck leaked some oil on my driveway. I emailed my main contact at ALR about this and I was completely ignored.Secondly, they texted me and said they will show up between 7 and 9am the next day to work on my roof. I didn’t see anyone at 1pm, so I had to text them for an update and it was not until then that they said they were not coming on that day. I wouldn’t mind if things were an hour or two behind, and I dont even mind if another project slowed them down that they couldnt show up on the said day. Thats the nature of the construction business and I understand that. However, not proactively communicating that they are not showing up until I reach out is simply unacceptable. When they did show up though, the work they did was excellent as mentioned.

Adrian my husband and I were taken aback by the speed and cleanliness of this company. We called them for an estimate and they had it back to us in 24 hours. Once we decided to proceed with them they did the work in 8 hours from start to finish and they even cleaned all the tree branches and leaves from our gutters and trimmed our tree at no extra cost.We are more than happy with them. We were long overdue for a roof so during our evaluation phase we reached out to 4 companies for quotes.Tim Collins from ALR was prompt in getting back to me with a quote and exceptionally helpful. When we discussed the ALR quote vs. the competitors quotes I received he took the time to walk me through the differences between their service offering and that of the other offers. He was the only sales rep to do so. This level of service gave us the comfort we needed to move forward with the job.From there on out, ALR was excellent. Their scheduling communication was timely and honest. We had some weather related delays and they kept us in the loop the entire time. When it came time to do the install their crew showed up as committed and called in some extra resources to make sure the job was completed on time. They were friendly, thorough and attentive. The jobsite was well looked after and cleaned up all the way through the job. Their guys even took a few extra moments to address some minor concerns I had that were not initially covered in the quote.All around fantastic job. I would recommend Tim and the ALR team to anyone looking for a new roof. Their service went above and beyond.

I wasn’t sure who to call to get a new roof but after being recommended to Advanced Level Roofing by a friend I’m so happy I called them! They completed my roof in one day and were super nice and friendly! If you need a new roof, these are the guys to call.

Salesperson (Jehan) promised install would be 5-6 weeks after our initial deposit on July 15. I had to follow up with Operations Manager (David) 8 weeks after payment and was told materials would be delivered the next week and the install to be within 10 days. Kept getting the runaround up until install 5 WEEKS later!! By then, material has been sitting on my roof and side of my house for 5 WEEKS getting wet as it had started snowing mid-October.They have a hundreds of 5-star reviews, but I believe all of the 5 star reviews are FAKE as the reviewer either: 1) has only ONE review and that is 5-star for Advanced Level Roofing or 2) is not local and are paid to give 5-star reviews to all sorts of businesses, in different cities.Something fishy is going on there... (see photos)BEWARE and do your research on their google reviews. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Do not be deceived by their convincing sales pitch.Also, their ‘50 fastest growing companies of the year’ recognition from The Silicon Review is bogus. The Silicon Review is a US based platform where businesses are approached to pay a fee in order to get their business name in awards shown in a publication. ‘HomeStars Best Of’ award is fraudulent as well. I can go on and on but again, please please do your research on this business and do not trust the “reviews” and “awards”.My response to the company’s reply:You did not do the project on week 8. You ended up completing the roof at week 15 (3-1/2 months) after you took the 50% deposit, which I might add, you rushed me into doing. You told me there is a multi-home material discount with all the other customers in my neighborhood, and if I don’t put the 50% deposit down now, the quote will increase in price. Your pricing was actually higher than another roofing company, but I went with you based on the 5-star reviews.You did not communicated to me on multiple occasions what was happening. In fact, from beginning to end, there was no follow up. I was the one who had to initiate conversation each and every time after you promised dates of delivery or install.Finally, you gave no explanation to why multiple “reviewers” have reviewed both Advanced Level Roofing and Laurier Optical in Ontario (as shown in my photos). You both PAID for FAKE 5-star reviews!
