Have just come back from this Staples and have never been so disgusted with the customer service. Second in line for using the fax machines and trying to get a copy of documents to get laminated.The one lady made a small effort to assist but the man did everything possible to not see us at all.We take the blame for not totally understanding technology but that was crazy. Left the store , accomplishing nothing!!!!!!

Super quick, I was there to photocopy a course book. Easy to use machine, staff was helpful.

Im never caught the name of the manager that was working tonight, but Im seriously so grateful for there assistance in sorting out an order I placed earlier on. Seriously whoever it was deserves a raise. Thank you so much for making my life easier while trying to get these bookmarks printed. I wish I could give you more then 5 stars for customer service.

Shopping for Grade 12 school supplies- easy and everything we needed was there EXCEPT we couldn’t find any fidget toys. These have become a requirement for my daughter to be able to sit through class and listen while being able to keep herself and fingers busy. Sorry Staples, but Amazon filled an obvious gap. There are many kids and adults who can benefit from these sensory items; those with ADHD, autism, and more. We got a 12 pack kit for only $20. I hope you can do better Staples- I would have preferred to buy from you.

Some of the staff were friendly and do try their best to assist with questions and transactions, but by and large staff are unhelpful, disinterested, and inconsistent.

Staff was great but I couldn’t get four 8 1/2 by 11 “magazine cover style” photos printed same day. Would have been up to 5 business days 😂 what’s the point? I can’t draw to save my life but I’m sure in 5 business days I could draw all 4 of those bad boys. Will keep coming here for staples but that’s about it

Easy access into the big parking lot. I was here for self-serve printing, but after realizing the paper quality wasn’t good enough for my intended purpose, I went to the counter and asked the staff for help. She made helpful suggestions as to which paper might meet my needs, and even showed them to me. Made the process easy and painless, which was great for a quick in-and-out experience.

Cashier Jeanie ( I apologize if misspelled), great customer service. Unfortunately not sure if due to under staffing or maybe just one for those days where people dislike their jobs, horrid service from the rest.

The printing service staff seem to have different training from each other, which results in bad service. Four different staff told me four different things. Overall... Meh.

Just visiting to make photocopies. I like the USB port on the self-serve machines and tap payment. Plus I could buy report covers for my copy work. The staff member went out of her way to make shopping enjoyable by being fast yet very outgoing and interesting to chat with.

Not the best staples I have visited! There is only one pc which works so you will have to wait in a line to have it accessed and also I dont see anyone wiping down the pc after use. So its low on sanitation during this pandemic time!

I dont own a printer so this is my go to spot when I need to make a quick hard copy. Always very friendly staff. Recently I shipped a package here and the staff were very helpful in finding me the right sized box!

Could be the worst service I have experienced in Calgary Alberta. Have never experienced a team be more passive on helping a human in person. They Defer you to go online and take zero responsibility just ready to through a fellow employee under the bus. I dread ever going back!

Staples has been going down hill for a while; nice staff but never enough of them. The printing services are great when you get a machine that works. Two people were actively on staff today at the front but one other came to the desk after a long line had formed.

Kerian is a great customer service representative. He made sure I had everything I needed while instore and gave me advice about my computer. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Staff was super unfriendly and unhelpful. I always come to this staples so this was a disappointing experience to have.

Where do I begin? Issues started with the online photo printing system that took every ounce of patience out of me - constantly glitching, not loading photos properly (tried with two different browsers and similar issues on both). Finally got it to work and ordered for same day pickup at this location.I got a confirmation saying my order was ready to pickup hours before I got to the store. The ladies working at the photo counter could not be more incompetent. I told them that I had a photo pickup and they seemed to not be able to find my order. They didnt tell me anything but seemed to be taking forever, especially since my order was supposed to be ready already. It wasnt until I had to ASK about my order that they told me they have to print it still. Then instead of apologizing, they laughed and they just said there was a mistake and it wasnt printed. So they proceed to print.It takes forever and ever - I waited at least 40-50 minutes when I was planning on popping in and out during a busy day. When I had asked them how long it would take at some point, she said five minutes (again no apology). After waiting another 20+ minutes, I asked again and she said that she didnt realize how many photos I had, as if it was my fault that I had so many photos to print (It was around 200 photos).Zero apology for taking forever, no acknowledgement of their mistake. Thank you for wasting my time. But at least I had the time to write up this entire review while waiting for my order in the store. I suggest taking your printing needs elsewhere.

East Indian woman at the til extremely rude with absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. It was obvious she had no proper training/coaching in regards to this important aspect of the job. Yeah, anyone can ring in a til but she was lacking the traits to represent the company at the front of the store as you walk in. Part of her culture? Perhaps...

Employees can’t do anything right here. Ordered some photos to be developed and was told they were ready. After getting home, I realized it was someone else’s photos even thought the employee said it was mine. Returned it and found out my pics were never even processed. I spent more on gas money and 2 trips to get 1 print. You had one job! Never shopping at this dysfunctional store again.

Second print order in a row botched, staff insisted I was wrong about the error as they cant tell the difference between paper stock. Had to battle to get the reprints, was not offered the refund I was promised on the phone. The last product I had delivered to my house arrived damaged, again had to fight to get a refund. Products I have relied on for years have been discontinued and replaced with inferior products. This is a garbage branch of a floundering big box store and getting worse daily. I predict its closure in the next few years.

I sent a package by courier. The person who helped me was very friendly and professional.

So i went there to copy and scan some documents and its my first time going there. I dont know how it works. I asked one lady to help me then i ended up doing alot of wrong ones paid for it and they said they won’t refund it when in the first place i asked for help, so where is the customer service here? If a person asked for help you will just avoid them constantly and be mad about asking help then talking some language to your fellow workers about me asking help? So rude ! I wouldn’t recommend this location sucks and the lady smells bad! 🙄

I have used the print services here twice for basic printing and found it fast and efficient. They have a nice selection of stationary available as well. The only reason I didnt give five is due to the price of some of their electronic accessories is higher than going elsewhere.

Almost devoided of any customers. Got a lot of attention from sales people. Items I was interested in can be had for less on line with free shipping. Limited selection as well. It seems that they wont last for much longer. Oh well...

Friendly staff, easy to find what I was looking for, customer representative helped carry big item to my car. Would recommend for service and easy access location.

Very bad treatment I came at 8:15 pm and the employee did not let me go in and he says they are closed and it is 9:00 pm closing hour. This is not good for big name (((staples))).

Nothing wrong with the store, staff are nice, good deals. However, the same day photo printing service is a joke. Sure its cents on the dollar, but its just garbage at the end of the day. Its like it was printed with a dot matrix.

Great for printing documents from your memory card

Good luck scanning and email anything with the computers so slow it cant launch Gmail or Google drive. Charges by the minute conveniently so I waited 5 minutes in loading and left without a scan I could use. Thanks so much staples. Ill take pictures with my phone next time!!!!

Messed up a no contact delivery and went above and beyond without me even asking

Self serve print jobs limited to $25 for some reason. Really annoyed I had to complete three transactions to print one document. Staff slow to respond to issue.

I needed a printer, nothing fancy nor expensive, to print at home. YASH verified what I needed and suggested exactly my options in price and ink replacement. His product knowledge was A+.

Good staples store with the booklet I was looking for. But the staff was hard to find. I feel they dont have enough staff to help me find the booklet.

I bought an ssd drive from here, and unfortunately didnt get around to using it until a couple weeks after their 30 day return policy. It failed on the first attempt. I brought it back with the receipt, and they would do nothing to help me, even though the drive was perfectly new, had all the packaging, and I had the receipt.

Normally very good but they have a significant shortage of webcams and microphones. Not much of a selection of these products at all. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Bought my girlfriends tablet here. There was a sale going on in March and I took that opportunity. However, there was supposed to be a tablet enclosed cover that came with a purchase, but I had to buy one anyway. All good! My girlfriend uses her tablet daily and I just think the salesperson wasnt informed.We like coming here as its easily accessible and the staff are very friendly.

The employees at this store are terrific. An example in my case is Kyrian. He was extremely friendly, positive, and provided me an outstanding customer service today. He was quick, knew his product knowledge, knew exactly where his product was, and carried it out for me right to my vehicle. It was such an easy experience, and I am very impressed. This store is an example of when it is easier, and a more pleasurable experience to walk in to the store, rather than order online.

Extremely poor quality photos in many different sizes. Especially the ones for the bigger frames like 11x14. Quite the price for no quality.Threw them all out and went to Walmart, quite interesting that their quality was so much better.Also, the staff at this location was rude and unhelpful.

Visited later at night and nobody offered much assistance. Took a while to find the product which I was looking for which is on a side display in an entirely unrelated part of the store to its purpose.Store is clean and organized, well-stocked with a good variety of products. Print shop is well equipped and the cashier who processed my transaction was friendly.It was somewhat irritating that someone picking up a staff member was blocking the four closest parking spots forcing me to walk over ice in -30 weather. Honestly, how hard is it to just park in one of the spots and not inconvenience everyone else?Still, it’s the closest one to me currently so will probably go back, but wouldn’t go out of my way as there are bigger and better ones.

Super helpful and understanding fellow at the copy and print centre this afternoon (Tuesday, March 17). He and his manager went out of their way to help me with an unplanned delivery. I really appreciate it!

Terrible printing experience! I ordered 2 copies of a document printed on different kinds of paper. When I arrived at the store the print clerk was playing on his phone and completely inattentive to the line forming; we had to call him over to get service.It was then I learned they had only printed one of the copies because they were out of one of the paper types. Why didnt they contact me and save me the trip? Who knows. The clerk offered me a refund or a re-printing on a different paper, but I was in a hurry so I opted for the refund, deciding I would get them to print the second document later.But that was a mistake. It took 3 other store clerks 15 minutes to find out how to refund the order due to their ancient systems not communicating with each other. At least the people who helped me were good-natured and apologetic!Unfortunately when I finally got home, I found the print had been scaled down, making the final product unsuitable for the project I had planned. To top it off, the gloss paper I ordered was definitely not gloss, but satin (take it from someone who worked in a print shop, there is a very big difference), making it doubly unsuitable for my project.I will definitely be going elsewhere to get these documents done properly.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE.I purchased a desk and chair under the certainty that it would be delivered that day to my unit by a Staples delivery crew, 4 days later I check in, nobody knows whats going on. I find out that UPS have it, that they left a receipt in my mailbox and I must pick it up at their location. No phonecall letting me know they were at my location. What a joke, get it together guys. Now I have wasted 5 days organizing my office on a delivery that wont come because I cancelled it, due to no way of being able to pick it up. What a waste of my time and money.Get it together guys, or dont make claims you cant keep.

This has got to be one of the worst Staples ever for customer service. Time and again I left their store in a sour mood but I unfortunately live in downtown (for many, many years) and sometimes I dont have another option than to go to this store - otherwise I avoid it as much as I can. I considered giving a one star rating.

The same day photo pickup is the worst, they print it with a regular printer. Thats not a photo, other places you have instant photo for best quality.

They tend to be always out of certain items, and the online inventory rarely matches what is on hand in the store. Have wasted a lot of time visiting the store only to find out that they are out of it and having to drive to the next location. The Chinook location seems to be more accurate as far as inventory goes.

Its a Staples. Like all other Staples it feels vaguely gritty. More than half the store is dedicated to technology I have never seen anyone purchase, there is constantly a single till open, and someone who is incapable of explaining a computer issue is talking to a technician who is incapable of fixing it. I dont hate it, it is a reminder of a simpler time when there was value in retail. But sadly this place remains a testimony to why doing retail poorly is about as good as you can hope for.

This review is only about the copy and print service. Ive recently used this location twice for printing glossy invitations and other things. The experience was very positive, with the order being done exactly right and earlier than promised. And when I called the store to inquire about timing, the person on the phone looked at my online submission and volunteered a better way to cut the sheets that would look better than what I had selected. It turned out great.

I went here to get some things printed in the morning and I was in quite a rush as I had somewhere to be, and the self-serve machines were just unbearably slow. One was totally broken after I signed in and basically blue screened, and the next one I tried took so long to load the documents I nearly gave up. If you have a LOT of patience you can use the self-serve, but otherwise, every other Staples location Ive been to prints 10x faster. Im sure the rest of the store is fine but beware the printing.
