I wish I could give them O stars but google does not let you do that. one of the worst clothing shop in Calgary. No sense how to attend or speak to a customer. They barely get any customers,and still dont respect the customers they get.They have horrendous and most terrible customer service. They should learn how to speak to customers in a nice manner otherwise they will lose the customers they barely have.This was my last visit here. Would never visit them again.

Reena is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Actually to be honest all the staff are so friendly and helpful. My Eid outfits have been bought from Reena Fabrics for the last 6years or so. Reena honesty and suggestions are always on par. Thank you for picking out outfits for me and being honest.

I even don’t want to give one star, the old guy was there he doesn’t know how to talk to a lady, I was as a customer but he doesn’t know how to react ,how to answer.One lady was there too but she was quite and nice . the old guy was so aggressive. I will suggest everyone pls don’t go there. They are in business but don’t know how to talk. Specially with lady. I think that’s the reason the store looks always quite.

I went first time at this store and also last time. I never ever recommend this store to anybody. The customer service of ladies employees are so rude. Worst customer service . Ladies who work there, zero customer service. The reason behind the mask . My mask had broken. After that I bring my own other mask. I suggest very nicely that for emergency should keep some mask at the front door for safety. I think there is no point to be rude. The tall lady was so rude answered me. I know may be the store can be busy. I dont think so that every customer can get a mask from store. Just for an emergency. When I turned around she started talking about me with the other lady in rude way. Otherwise mask is not a big deal...Atleast ladies should speak nicely with customer. I think thats the customer service...

My first and last visit here was a bad experience. I asked for 1.5m of fabric, and the older man who cut the material for me cut the fabric very slanted. When I got home, I laid out my fabric and noticed that when I folded it in half, the ends did not match up at all. This was a major inconvenience for me, as the shape of the material was more of a parallelogram than a rectangle, making it unusable for my project. I brought the fabric back to the store to show the man and kindly asked him if he could remeasure. His response was hostile and he got very angry at me. He even rudely told me to leave the store. He dared me to write this review, so here I am sharing my experience. I will not be purchasing anything from this store again, and will be sure to share my experience with my friends and family. This man needs to treat his customers with more respect.

Incredible service, from helping with selection to change room assistance. Spouse and daughter purchased clothing surprisingly fast at a great price. As a guy, all I did was to drive there, rest, drive back. Quiet painless. The best fabric store in Calgary with a good selection of clothing for a wedding we are attending real soon.Spouse and daughter had clothing modified and management inquired about our expectations and delivered.

Such an amazing shopping experience! Reena was helpful, her staff was super friendly and accepting of all body types. They made sure to find us an outfit within our budget and the exact style we were looking for. It was an above and beyond shopping experience (especially for Indian clothes in the NE) and they have beautiful elegant pieces! Definitely coming back here.

I went into the store with intentions of just looking around and buying later. But I was so impressed with their service and variety that I ended up buying a gharara that was perfect!!! The staff was so helpful in showing me the variety and outfits in the price range and style that I was looking for. Very friendly and professional service. I would definitely come back again.

I was looking for a lengha and ended up at Reena Fabrics. I am from out of town and wasnt sure what to expect. Reena was incredibly helpful, she went through numerous options and gave me some great suggestions. I was looking for something modern and in the end she helped me pick out exactly what I had in mind. The price was great as well! I was so impressed with their selection and their service. I will definitely be back.

Quite possibly the rudest service of any fabric store I have ever been to. The older gentleman is the only friendly person there. The younger man is so rude I will likley never shop there again.. I have spent thousands in fabric there...but today.. was the worst.

Not pleased with the quality of the suit fabric. We bought the fabric to stitch it ourselves but when we wanted to enquire about the quality and material the store staff told us we were not allowed to open the plastic.After we brought it home we were surprised with the poor fabric quality and it was damaged from inside. Now we know not to trust these guys and will definitely not purchase anything from here in the future.

Reena at Reena Fabrics did an amazing job helping me find an outfit for my nieces wedding. She knew exactly what I wanted just by asking me a few questions and understood the style I was going for. I would definitely go back and would recommend Reena Fabrics to all my friends and family.

Bought some items from them and was told I could exchange for the same item in a different color if I was unsatisfied. I was practically forced to purchase these items because the sales lady would not take no for an anseer. I went TWO DAYS later and they were nothing but rude and extremely unprofessional. They refused to exchange my item even though I was clearly told I could when I bought the item. They claim it is their return policy but have no return policy posted anywhere as proof. When I talked to them about this issue, they stood there and all they said was no repeatedly and walked away and never came back & started helping other customers. Such a horrible experience. It is obvious no one there knows how to run a business. They should be very clear about their return/exchange policy. Do yourself a favour by taking your money to a place where you and your money are valued! Customer service means nothing to these people. I give them a 0/5.

Reena Fabrics! Is truly amazing. They had an outfit ready for me 12 hours before my flight.! She knew exactly what I was looking for simple classy elegant and stayed well in my price range. We got 2 amazing gowns 1 dress and un stitiched fabric.! Reena is such a gem her team ensured everything was perfect. I would recommend her to anyone looking for Indian wear. She has tons of variety and very reasonably priced.! Thank you so much!

All I can say is that no one here knows how to run a proper business. This is, hands down, the absolute WORST place in Calgary you could come to for Indian clothes. I HIGHLY suggest you save your time and money and go to a place where you will be valued as a customer and will also be given proper customer service! Trust me, you will saving yourself a lot of trouble and doing yourself a favour.

I don’t even want to give it 1 star! It deserves 0!!I hate this place. When in there and they basically stole my money! I didn’t even want the fabric and the old man already cut it and wouldn’t let me leave until I bought it. Worst place ever! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA PAY MORE FOR THE SAME FABRIC PIECE YOU CAN GET SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR CHEAPER. I wish i never went here. This place needs to be shut down. Just a bunch of scammers with overly priced cheap fabric! Save your money people and go somewhere else! Trust me not worth it.

Your team member Rajni is a very good sales executive. She has alot of patience and her behaviour is very good. I observe that she talks politely with every one when I visit there.

I purchased two lehengas from Reena Fabrics and I am SO happy with my experience there. My friend and I were assisted by Reena herself, Raj and Huma. They were helpful with suggestions, pricing and fittings but what I was more pleased with was the customer service. Reena assured both of us we were in good hands, and Raj and Huma were super patient with our requests and indecisiveness which is so important when buying outfits for important events. Will update after our outfits are tailored but I have no doubt that our outfits will be perfect. Thank you ladies!

Just paid for a suit the owners persuaded me to get. I changed my mind before getting into my car and went to return it.They said they dont accept returns.It was brand new. No issues. Why will they Not accept the return ?
