Nice hotel just for sleeping. Nothing else you can do here, even youve to pay to get water. No complimentary water bottles or something. Location is nice, it is in the center of the city. I got this hotel for Rs. 1,750 per night in its peak season. Do not pay more than this. Nice hotel for budget stay. Must go. There was lady host who was rude, so stay away from her.

We had a great stay, the staff and care taker was very helpful. Highly recommended for couples and family with all basic facilities like hot water, AC, TV and the best part was seperate enrty exit at ground floor. Only issues is its last 150 meters approach from road which does not have concrete road, however you will enjoy the overall stay.

The owner has been very warm and kind, though we arrived at late night, he helped us in locating the property. In terms of stay, it is the best comfy stay at Goa at affordable price where the best beaches are accessible whithin 1KM. The Guest House is good one with little isolation and Greenery all around. Room, Bathroom and Balcony were neat and clean. Located in Calangute area in vicinity to Baga, Calangute and Candolim Beach.No Disturbance one could enjoy the privacy. Sperate entrance to room.

Nice hotel near Calangute beach, the host was very friendly and responsive.

The place is value for money if you just want a place to crash and then spend most of the time outside enjoying market and beach. Good rooms, bed is average, AC is good. It is not a fancy hotel but a good place to stay near baga and calangute. It is walkable from beach but if you are tired it might seem to be a long walk so have a two wheeler.

Its a nice place to stay at the centre of the city. It is 1.5km from calangute beach and around 2 km from baga beach.The rooms are pretty big with Ac, big tv , sofa and all other basic amenities.

This place is abit inside... However really great place to stay, The rooms are amazing.. Only issue is that there is a problem of phone network.. The wifi is also not useful... also there are less charging sockets in the room hardly one. There is no proper geyser in the room, they have some traditional form to have hot water.. The staff is very helpful..

Had a great stay here. The hotel doesnt look like hotel at all its like home stay. Dogs over there are very cute and adorable.If you go there you should try there morning breakfast specially Poha its so good.Although the way to hotel is little scary but there is nothing to scare about.The rooms are spacious and just trust me its worth staying there.

Beautiful, Cool and Fantastic. Apart from some unique amenities like Near to Calangute and Baga Beach, Its a nice hotel with spacious rooms and good services. What i like is that they offer you all services whatever you need on time and as per requirement but never disturbs you if you dont need them. Whatever help you ask them regarding goa stuff, transportation or anything, they were always there to help you out even if is not related to hotel too. They provide you the services from outside agencies too in the room itself. I will prefer to give 4.5 stars to them.Cons - A little bit of connectivity issue which easily resolved out because maximum people uses scooty or cars on rent.

Pros: The stay is very nice and all the staff and management were very friendly. They shall give advice on how to plan your trip if you dont know.Rooms were maintained well.Cons: Ac is not adjustable. We stayed in DI matu in month of oct for 2 night and things come out of the box, we did not expect such a neat , safe and spacious hotel in such a low buzet. Although there is no restaurant but many restaurants are very near by so u can enjoy all flavours of goa. Very courtagious and helpful staff. Hotel honour helped us a for taxi arrangements in low rates. Excellent for family. I must recommend all to visit this hotel specially if u r going with family as it is very safe and no nucience crowd u will find.

It was located in a good area but a little bit far from the beaches. The staff and the caretaker were nice. It was secure to stay. Breakfast was like value for money. This is highly recommendable to stay with the family.

First downside, Google map location is not correct for the hotel. Restaurant is not in hotel which is another downside. Room is spacious and good and clean too. Bathroom is also big and clean. Staff is good.

Di Maru is a very good option if you wish to have a cosy stay with your partner/family/friends. Although its a bit hard to find as the approach road to the hotel is poor but once you are there then you would like the hotel. Location is good, but way to hotel from main road is quite dark during night as no lights are available..sofas are not available in all the executive rooms, rest all is quite good. rooms are spacious. hot water available throughout the day. bed is good. Excellent staff, neat rooms and ambience. No amenities like oven, telephone, complemntory breakfast etc. No fan and a/c speed or switch control. wifi, tv and two wheeler parking available. Nearby good food and general stores available. Difficult to find the route after reaching nearby the hotel. No proper board. No mobile signals at this stay.

Although connected well to road it is a few meters inside which is good for peace. Vine, cashew shops and few hotels are very nearby. The rooms were neat and clean. The guy at reception desk though not very talkative but was helpful when asked. Calangute Beach is at 20 mins walking distance from here and you can get buses for Panjim just after 10 mins of walking distance. It was a good experience to stay here.

While my stay in goa ive booked this hotel through goibibo. Check in was fast and hotel room was neat and clean but there service was not so great they charge for just everything even though we had free laundry service and breakfast but they still refused to give it and the another worst part was there wifi service which was just damn slow and they dont even have access to main road which was another disappointment. Overall its good place to stay, guy at counter was helpfull and friendly he even arranged bike for us very quickly and the best thing about this place its located at a nice place where its just few km away from most of north goa beach. for food if youre vegetarian then I would highly recommend to try food at shree sagar restaurant which is just miles away from hotel.

It was a little bit difficult to reach because it was not easily accessible from the main road. The staff was fine. The caretaker was very cooperative. Rooms were secure and comfortable to stay. so 4/5 for the stay.

Very good ambience. But difficult to identify the hotel. Google maps shows the location of hotel but in main road. But its in the same location in interior. It will take 2mins walk from the road to that lane. Its look like a unaccessible route to hotel if we go in night for boarding..

A quick glimpse-Positives - Baga and Calangute beach, two hotspots in north goa are situated within 5km range - Spacious room with a balcony- Courteous staff- Normal drinking water provided apart from mineral waterNegatives (quite a lot)- Pathetic approach road! The place is situated a bit off the main road, led by a kacchi sadak full of sand, which is very difficult for driving a two wheeler without slipping. Plus ZERO streetlight on this inlane so much more issue in night- Very difficult to locate the hotel. Google mentions two names - Di maru, TSK di maru. the TSK location is actual hotel, and other one is incorrect.- Sundry issues such as extremely weak cell signal in room, AC only working at 22c and no remote, no inhouse breakfast, the only toiletry provided is 1 (!) soap, no tea kettle in room, multiple rules which make you feel like a school instead of a vacation, too many pets (!!) in the guest house.I feel surprised how the place is able to charge such a hefty price considering the amenities provided (or the lack of it). I happened to book it at the last moment in peak season when options were limited. However, if youre booking in off season/ in advance, there should be way better options available at the same price. This place should be at the bottom end of your priority list for a stay in Goa!

Never book this hotel. We booked it through yatra and got confirmed booking. When we reached the hotel, they said the hotel is full and we cannot give you room. It took almost 3 hours to get it resolved through Fabhotel, and the second gotel we got was also not good. Staff if very rude, specially the owner. We were waiting at hotel to get the issue resolved and the staff did not help us at all. They did not even asked for water. The other guests were also facing problems and the owner Ranjit was talking rudely with them as well. Pathetic hotel. There are so many hotels in Goa, so never choose this hotel.

Nice, calm and fully furnished accommodation for stay in Goa. Owners are very helpful and cooperative. Staff is nice. No botheration, nice dog and kittens. I hardly stayed at the hotel, hence wont be able to share much. The rooms are pretty decent & well maintained with a mini fridge as well. All rooms are non smoking, so if you want to smoke its better to stay at the ground floor, as you can go out for a smoke. The surrounding place is very peaceful & calm. Please be careful while you drive down during the night as the hotel entrance from the main road is quite dreadful.

At the outset I must tell that I am an avid traveller and travelled from Ladakh to Tamil Nadu to Kolkata to Bhutan many times by Motorcycle, Bus, Rail and Air.On this family (3 persons) trip to Goa, I stayed at Di Maru hotel, Calangute (15th to 20th December) for which I paid Rs.2000 per day including breakfast. I need to mention that as my daughter had desired to stay in a hotel with swimming pool for at least one day so on the 6th night we stayed in another hotel nearby and I paid Rs.2850 for one night in that hotel.As I stayed in two hotels during this trip, I had fair chance of comparing the facilities on various counts provided by these two hotels.As for Di Maru hotel it is just 50 mts from the main road and the hotel management was kind enough to receive us at the main road from where they escorted our taxi to the hotel since it had no sign board on the road side. Since we had already spent 5- 6 days in Calangute hence we had no difficulty in locating the second hotel which was nearby. BUT HERE THE SIMILARITY ENDS.As we entered our room in Di Maru hotel, we were amazed by its Grandeur. It took us a few moments to absorb the interior set up which one can get only in a 5 Star hotel. Everything was ultra modern and gave an elite feel. The bed had a 10 inch mattress with ultra-white linen/bed sheet, quilt etc. The bath room was fitted with high class Jaguar fittings. It had a 32 inch LED TV, and a mini fridge. The split AC and the lighting in the room could be controlled from the bed side switches. The sofa had a classy look so was the dressing mirror. It also had a wooden wardrobe where we stalked all our clothes including the two 24 inch and 21 inch suit cases. It also had a table and chair. All the furniture was of high quality in rose wood colour. The room was quite spacious as so was the balcony.The room service was perfect and the bed sheets, pillow covers and the towels were changed every second day. Two to three persons used to come for room service and they did their job perfectly well.As for the complimentary break fast, there was a lot of choice like Bread Butter, Bread Jam, Bread Omlete, Maggie, Poha.As for the other hotel where we stayed for one night, although spacious, the interior gave a look of 1990 era. The linen, though clean, had lost its sheen and was of pale yellow colour. It had a window AC with its switch on the opposite wall. They did not provide us any quilt and we had to spend the night by covering us in bed sheets only. It had a 21 inch coloured TV with cable connection. The remote did not work. The bath room fittings were not concealed inside the wall. The only plus point being that it had a small swimming pool. The floor around the pool was also dirty so was the corridors.Coming back to Di Maru, the only con I could say was the timing of the break fast as they provide it from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. As most tourists leave for day trip to North or South by 8.00-8.15 a.m., it would be better if they change the break fast timings to 7.30 to 10.30 a.m. The other feature which belied their classy look and the grandeur was the plastic chairs and table at the terrace for break fast. BUT I think, I am going too critical here since they are charging too meagre for the facilities they are providing to the tourists. As a matter of fact the owner Taranjit and his wife (the young couple) have already raised the Bar in the tourism industry by providing such a magnificent hospitality at such a cost, I wonder if they are making any profit at all so far. I sincerely wish they set up a Chain of Hotels at least in Goa, to start with, so that more and more tourists get the benefit of their hospitality.I am trying to upload the pics also but am not able to do it so far.

Di Maru Hotel was Good for stay, But there were some normal things which hotel did not provide 1) There was no provision for Tea coffee milk , if u travel with ur small baby then it would be a problem as they dont have their kitchen.2)Hotel is little bit inside from road so CELL networks are very low .3)For Bathing they dont have geyser they depend upon solar for which u have to wait till long for hot water4) Last but not least Sign board of hotel are very Small that to on electric poll foreigners easily get this hotel but we locals find it difficult to find this (as per hotel owner)we asked at Nikhil wine shop which they have mention in their address but person told here hundreds of hotel are there we dont remember hotels

Horrible experience. We booked this hotel through oyo. After reaching there we found that there were very poor facilities regarding electricity and even food. The staff was also very rude.They dont even know how to treat guests. We checked out within 20 minutes from that hotel. It was full of dirt & garbages and was not that good as it was shown while booking. My advice is not to book this hotel and even any hotel through oyo.

Best place to stay in Calangute. Now you can easily locate this hotel as they have provided directions and pathway at the entry. They provided us a map which was very helpful and time saving. Very friendly and helpful staff. Homely feeling during stay.

This hotel is unknown to the goan people as well as taxi drivers hoteliers and restaurant owners. No Hot water is available as and when required because hotel depends upon Solar water heater which further depends upon Sunlight. Hotel does not disclose wifi password to its guests. A big Dog with small dog always lying down on the floor near the hotel reception which is hazardous. Mrs Reshma taranjeet hotel manager as well as hotel owners wife do not take up call if made for enquiry about location of hotel before 9AM. In hotel breakfast service infact bed tea is made available after 8.30am. Rooms are spacious but lacking proper lighting in the room at night. Proper toileteries like bathing soap are not made available in the bathroom. Inside hotel room there is mini fridge kept with beer cans and cold drinks bottles provided to guests for a charge. Many other hotels to think of ahead of DI Maru.

Overall a good place to stay.Safe clean with good rooms. Only thing is we booked for 3 sharing and they had provided us with an extra mattress which we didnt expect. Again its just a misunderstanding and we were not prepared for that, apart from that its a good place to stay and very close to main road as well. You can also find a breakfast joint across the main road ( Udipi Darbar) which is alright but with a poor service and rude management people and there is a bike lending place just next to main road and the owner was awesome. Everything is just a walk away from this Hotel.

Stay was total horrible ..worst Experience in my life ...they provided us back side room..the hotel staff they are robbers at the reception ..the hotel has a tie up with some restaurant as per the restaurant menu card which was provided by the hotel the bill was 560 but they provided us a bill on rough paper of 750 when I caught them so they said it was by mistake...the food was also very bad ...at morning I called reception and asked for the complimentry breakfast first they said the breakfast is complimentry then they charged us 170 for it. and the owner was also supporting the staff in this..Ill never suggest this property to any one especially family and couple..😠😠😠😠😠

Checked in on 26th Jan. Checked out on 29th Jan. 14 people group of friends.Not a nice experience. Thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Akash. Reached there @9am. Inspite of requesting him 100 times, got all our 6 rooms by 2 pm instead of time mentioned as 12 noon. Luckily some friends had checked in a day before so we could freshen up in their rooms. As our rooms were not ready, we decided to spent time in the pool. The pool was nice, we were enjoying. Then comes Mr. Akash in his arrogant behavior and warns us that we cannot make noise because some people are sleeping in a room next to the pool. If it was late evening or something we would understand but it was 11 in the morning. We were about 14-15 people waiting for our rooms and Mr Akash instead of getting the rooms cleaned has the guts to give us warning that if we dont keep quiet, then we will have to leave.Also we had asked him to give us pool facing rooms, and he had agreed. After some time he says that the rooms are occupied now. Looking at the time it was taking, we told him to give any room as our day was getting wasted. After entering in our rooms, we find there is no soap, no shampoo, no towel. And they say it is a resort of ****. bad!After all this happened on the first day itself, we decided not to spend much time here, instead go to some beach and chill. The rooms were just decent but not at all comfortable. We had asked for 1 interconnected room as it was mentioned in one of the review. After entering in the room, we find there is only one room containing 1 double bed, 1 type of drawing room containing 1 double bed and only 1 washroom. They call this interconnected rooms. I had no energy to fight for another room as our half day had already been wasted, thanks to Mr. Akash.The food at the hotel was below average. Location is 4*.WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER TO STAY AT ZINHOS **** RESORT. Only stay here if you dont get anything anywhere else and because of the location.Thanks,Rahul Gupta

Below average Hotel. Rooms were very basic. You can not enjoy in pool as there are people reside near resort and there are few kids who studies so they get disturbed. Suppose 20 people in pool and the owner wants pin drop silence and that too asked very rudely. At time of checkout owner asked ******/- per extra person per day. That was actually more than what we paid for single person. Rooms were not ready at time of check-in. They gave us the rooms after 3 P.M. instead of 12:00. Not a good experience. Not recommended

The only issue in this hotel is electricity issue during my stay, all other things are good eg Big room size , double bed, all around greenery, sofa in the room, led TV screen, Air conditioner, all availability, such a good hotel.

We got flight tickets to Goa and booking done at this hotel. Less we know about.. stuff they got, we reached hotel at 4am just to pay extra ₹1500 for 9 hours earlier check in. while finding hotel location we called them and the guy on call was drunk and didnt havehey refused to give us breakfast ... While looking for hotel we got someone drunk and sleepy on call who gave us wrong direction. Man that hurts badly! Moving into rooms, they had no extra pillows or blankets. It didnt end Thier, soon we found out that there were no network signal of Indias top 5 networking company. Rooms were okay. quality of towel and extra beds blanket was very poor...they charged for every other thing like bringing a tattoo on our body in their room..breakfast was worst and so was their service..never order dinner or lunch over there...we had six rooms but the facility of hot water was accessible only in 1 room..nature of owner and managing staff was good.

Though this hotel is very nice and the service is also up to the mark but inside the hotel we hardly got mobile network to call or connect so that was a big lost, otherwise it was a great journey with Di-Maru.
