TERRIBLE AND SLOW! AVOID!Absolutely no respect or regard for anyones time. They took 10 days to tell me the laptop cannot be fixed. 10 days!!! (I took it to another place and they told me in 2 hours that it can indeed be fixed) And all this drama for a motherboard issue which is something I was aware of already. I had to keep calling to follow up. They didnt have the sense to do so even though they said itll be ready in 5 days. The guy kept saying we have ordered a part the part has to arrive Never told me what this mysterious part was. In the end they didnt tell me what was wrong either. Just said that it cant be fixed. Will never go back here ever again. Maybe they are good with small fixes but too slow and too ill equipped otherwise. Avoid this place if you dont want to test your patience!

Very good workshop! Strongly recommend! They managed to find and install spare keyboard for my HP laptop, I bought in Russia, during the lockdown. Very good price. Great service. They were completely trustworthy, and they helped us fix a Dell laptop which needed some soldering, not something that a store could have fixed in my country. (In my country theyd have said the motherboard needed replacement.) They were upfront about it not being 100% sure that they could fix it. And they were helpful with Windowd recovery afterwards. Overall, quite professional service.

Love this place. Abdul and Ejaz are really helpful, kind and I always go here for any PC/Laptop related needs. They are also into other things, so check them out.

The shop is situated behind the Vodafone store and Cash and Carry supermarket building Mapusa. It is the main area near the market road but you need to go round the vodafone stores building to reach there where the road also is not smooth at all. The shop is little small though air conditioned with a glass door at the entrance but they do have another floor where they carry out repairs of laptops, motherboards, etc. They provide a good service and the prices of the items are neither too high nor too low but in between. What I really didnt like about them is that they dont greet their customers very well until you are a regular customer or familiar with them. This according to me is the worst thing to do, no matter whether the customer is new or old, he/she is a customer and one should greet the customers well as First impression is the last impression. Plus the staff at times are a bit rude. Apart from this they have a good service and have almost all types of items related to IT. They also provide free home delivery as well.

Very polite stalf, but the technicians are not very skilled, I went here to get my laptop motherboard and screen replaced after checking and trying everything, the technician told me that the motherboard that I got was faulty and not working I requested him to check it again as the seller had sent me pictures of the motherboard connected and fully functional, but he immediately said that he tried everything and its a faulty motherboard. So I took it to another person, and on checking it he said that the power button was spoilt and that the motherboard was absolutely fine. So that was pretty careless of the technician at Jamsons Computers and they even charged me 300Rs for that wrong information.
