We visited Lush looking for a foot soak as we had been traveling for the last 2 days, over 30,000 steps. The sales rep we spoke to was super awesome and even gave us a sample of foot cream to use for the duration of our trip! Will be coming here when we visit Vancouver again!

Ugh I love this store, it smells great and theres such a huge selection of products! Charlie- Thanks for being so helpful and showing me where things were and recommending me new products :) youre super kind, knowledgeable, and awesome! first time I was there, Charlie took the time to introduce me to everything. Second time I was there, Charlie helped me check out quickly because I needed to rush out 🤣 will definately be returning to this wonderful store.

Came in to get a fresh mask to find there were none in stock. Staff here are so aggressive and pushy. The associate kept trying to push other products on me and then literally followed me around the store hard selling anything I looked it, despite me stating I don’t need help and just wanted to browse around. I ended up purchasing products from Khiels instead as their staff don’t harass you and make you so uncomfortable in the store.

Had a family member try to shop and was denied even tho they had a medical exemption. Companies need to stand together in solidarity during this time not discriminating patrons.Will be taking business elsewhere.

If an anti cosmetics person like my spouse can get lured into entering the store then they are doing something right. I visited the store in Metrotown on a bad hair day brooding and low and guess what the aroma, aura and colours suddenly calmed me down. Fortunately for me the staff was available and not so busy for the first time I have seen(perhaps long weekend and people are outdoors) and pampered us with bath bombs. I am pro sustainability and naked products with less packaging and anti animal cruelty and this brand aces all these and chemical free too. Definitely try the lavender body lotion and ask for sample if you have sensitivity issue. Be nice and polite to the staff and they may give you some samples too. I hoard stuff from here when I visit my family in India as this is a unique gift.

I never write reviews, but Roxanes customer service was so outstanding that I had to make sure she was noticed! Shes kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and an ABSOLUTE GEM! She was able to get me efficiently in and out of the store (especially important due to COVID) while still giving me great suggestions!! Im giving this location 5 stars because they have the best COVID-19 safety policies and guidelines. They are efficient, friendly, they not only greet you at the door, but they have conversations. They require everybody to wash their hands as soon as they get into the store. They have small slivers of their handmade soap ready to go. I am so impressed by how well run the store is. Amazing staff team! I wish other stores were like this too!

Very pushy customer service, they get mad at you if you dont buy what they talked about. They talk at you not to you. Their approach comes across as very flaky. If they genuninely cared about me they would let me browse in peace without constantly harassing me. I go there for the product not to share my life story about every single product I have bought there they constantly keep asking what have you purchased?. So I asked them are you on commission? The answer was no. So why be so annoying and overbearing with your customers to the point they no longer want to return? Two stars because I like the products not the rude service. Please get a hint we customers want to be able to breathe and browse calmly.

First time back in LUSH after COVID19 closures, great experience! Upon entrance, we were immediately walked to a sink and washed our hands with HONEY I WASHED THE KIDS bar soap (cut into one-time use pieces of course).The store was very well stocked! Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful... but not pushy! Loved it.Couldn’t resist purchasing the SLEEPY BUBBLE BAR. It’s SO PRETTY! And smells like lavender. Beautiful.

This place does not respect your medical Sovereignty or any kind of exemption.

Warning do not go if you do not wear a mask.I realize that the population listens to the news media to findout how to live. I presented my mask exception card and was told to wait outside while they bring me products. When I asked to smell the products they informed me that I had to wear a mask. Im happy to take my money elsewhere.

Excellent physical distancing measures in place here.There is hand washing protoco inside the store as soon as you enter.The staff were super alert and attentive to my needs.They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.I left with more than what I actually came for, I have no self-control on self care necessities 😂.Jokes apart, it was a pleasant experience.Would come back often.

Kudos for Lush! They are very well organized when it comes to dealing with the annoying new normal shopping experience. Went to do some early birthday/ Christmas shopping. Staff was polite, asked what would I prefer to use to sanitize my hands, hand sanitizer or wash my hands? Wash my hands it was! A pleasant change! The constant use of sanitizers is taking a toll on my skin, and on everyones , I am sure. They have a sink, offer your own little soap, their soap of course, paper towels, the works! I was then asked what I was looking for. Once that was established, I was told this nice young lady, would help me and she did indeed! She was the nicest, most helpful girl, I wish I remember her name! She was knowledgeable, answered my questions and gave recommendations which I took! With such an inventory of products, it is hard to make a decision sometimes. I was very happy with her assistance! Paying was easy, they do control the number of people inside the store and so on. Overall, a nice experience at Lush!

This shore has some displays to do. The window displays are boring and have nothing this year compared to last. Actually, they have no display this year. You have a yappy guard girl at the door and by the time shes yapped her spiel you feel like not going in the store. Then she makes you take soap and wash your hands, no prob then she goes through another speil about not taking your mask down. So now you cant smell anything. you put bath bombs and soap right on the outside of your mask and breath in. How stupid is that. You cant take the mask down to smell but you can put the products on your outside dirty masks and breath in. go figure. It was a boring experience and they were lucky I bought anything.

I went to this location a couple weeks ago with no intention to buy anything. I was approached by a couple employees and I didn’t want them to waste their time with me, as I was just looking. I was upfront with them. They let me wander for a little while and then brought me over to a sink to test out a shower bomb. I really enjoyed the experience and the way the employees treated. I didn’t buy anything on this shopping trip. As I was leaving, they stopped me.... to give me free samples! I was so pleased with my experience at this store. I will definitely visit this store in the near future for some wonderful shower bombs!

I wanted to try some new body scrubs and I heard that lush had some good ones! I went into this location today on a Monday late afternoon and I was not acknowledged for a good while until I had to find someone to help.Though I usually don’t need much assistance in store I always at least like to be greeted or acknowledged when I walk in. The staff that eventually helped me were awesome and friendly though, I just wished they had offered help so I could avoid aimlessly wandering around the store!

Lush is Vancouver’s jewel. Even for a person like me, a man, I entirely appreciate the organic quality of their products. I personally love to buy their coconut hand rub, and lip balms. (Lush doesn’t do animal testing)

Came in to grab an online pick up order. Super quick, and got a free sample as well!

Excellent customer service. It was my first time visiting Lush, and the girl that helped us was awesome. She showed us exactly what we wanted and even had recommendations. Went home with a dragon egg bath bomb that smelt out of this world. I normally dont go to places like this because of all the unnatural ingredients, but I was very surprised to see they had a large variety of good options.

This is our favourite place. Since we bought soap from them. My kids love going for bubble bath overnight. Staff are super nice. I have eczema, since I buy stuff from them my skin is much better. Its natural, Vancouver made, who doesnt love them.

The staff was super helpful. Would recommend to everyone. I have never been let down by any of their products that I have tried. Love their bath bombs, soaps, and facemasks. I buy the beard shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer for my boyfriend and he loves it too.

The staff here are not as pushy as at other locations. They also gave me a generous sample when I asked to try one of their soaps.

Dont get me wrong, had it not been my sensitive composition, Id probably give this place a 5 star rating. But other than having a powerful aroma, the staff is fairly friendly and eager to help. And I got two interesting reusable bubble bar that Im eager to try out.

This location is always clean and usually well staffed. All staff are very friendly and generally well knowledged. My reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that some staff are way too pushy. Ive been shopping at lush for years and just like to shop in peace. Ive had some staff be so adamant with trying to get me to talk and show me things Ive seen before that Ive had to leave. Even before I come in I have to prepare myself mentally sometimes. Its fine to check in every now and then but if I say Im ok dont follow me around the whole time talking to me and pushing product Im not interested in..

One of the better lush stores Ive visited. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the store has ample room. Shop here quite frequently for my girlfriend and I am satisfied every time. For anyone unaware, you can return 5 washed containers for a free face mask.

Great branch. Employees are extremely knowledgeable on their products. I went in to buy a face mask and told the girl about my oily skin and she suggested a few masks for me & told me about her experience with them. Great experience here and great products!!

I honestly hate stores where I walk in and the first thing someone does is greet me and ask me what I’m looking for/if they can help me find anything. HOWEVER at this location, because I frequent it so much, they now manage to make it more personal and say “oh I saw you looking at such and such last time you were in...how are you finding things?” Now that I like! Superb customer service from everyone I talked to today! I love it. Lush Metrotown is definitely my favourite location.

I had a very pleasant experience with the lady that was helping me pick the items I needed and Ive been to this store 2 times before and the ladies are all wonderful. However, the missing stars from this review go to the rude cashier! I had received a few items from here for my birthday from my bestie which I didnt want and wanted to return them; and while I was there for the refund I decided to purchase other items that I did need (sort of doing an exchange). While doing so, I ended up purchasing something that I didnt want. Only 5 minutes after my purchase, I went back to the store and apologized to the cashier that you know what, Im so sorry but I realized I dont want this. And it wasnt like there was a line up behind me or anything; the cashier looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes that oh we dont do 2 returns per one day here... Ill do it for you anyways, (then a very loud sigh), but make sure you dont do this again (followed by a very rude look). I said Im sorry, I dont shop here often and I made a mistake because I wasnt sure. She looked me raising her voice well, if youre not sure about something, you can get samples. I said I didnt know you could get samples here. She basically yelled at me YOU CAN GET SAMPLES OF ALMOST ANYTHING HERE and rolled her eyes at me again. So, all the ladies who work here, 5 starts go to you all, but the missing 2 is thanks to your super rude cashier. Never coming back here.

I just went here today and the lady taught me how to detoxify my skin! She also told me what products are right for me! The only problem is that I had to drive from richmond to burnaby just to check this out. Overall, the stuff they sell here is amazing! 10/10

Had such a pleasant experience visiting lush today. I was in the area and popped in to re-up on my rehab shampoo, olive branch shower gel, and veganese conditioner. I was greeted and helped by a wonderful girl named Anika (I think) and she was so funny and took the whole experience of buying soap to another level. Thanks a lot Anika! (sorry if I spelled her name wrong)

The girl who helped me was extremely helpful and very friendly. She gave insightful advice and was willing to share some samples so i could get the best product for me.

I love the staff experience at this location! I’ve always felt very welcomed into the store and staff are cheerful and kind and willing to help me find just what I’m looking for.

I walked in expecting to leave a happy customer but that never happened. They were short staffed and no one wanted to help me. I waited for 10 minutes before someone unwillingly came over to me. I asked for a sample and was declined. Im not sure why they have everything displayed if were not allowed to try the stuff? That was odd. She was very rude and made the whole customer experience unsatisfactory. I would not go back. I have friends who are given samples to take home to try. I have severe allergies to certain products and wanted to try it before I purchased anything. I even explained that I have allergies but she gave me an off-topic answer as to how the product only lasts two weeks in the fridge.Overall, bad customer service, rude and short staff and unwilling to make the customer happy.

Smells good!

I went in to look at some soaps several months ago. When I picked up one of the solid soaps to smell (one of the testers that are there for people to pick up so they know what theyre buying) an employee came over and told me not to touch the products because youre dirty. I did end up buying a soap because I liked the smell and when I brought it home and unwrapped it I noticed there was mold growing on it. Luckily they did let me return it but while doing the return the girl there basically told me that it was my fault it had mold on it. Most times Ive been in a Lush location Ive gotten very rude customer service and this one has been the worst. I decided to stop buying from the company.

This store has a wide selection of lush products - my only criticism is the staff are ignorantly helpful. Lush is already a stimulating place with the amount of smells penitrating your senses - the staff needs to relax a little bit.

I went in, wanting to pick up some gifts for my mom who is starting chemotherapy. Sera was right there to help me pick out some things that were going to be okay on her sensitive skin but also be a pick-me-up for her. Seras customer service is absolutely stellar, we actually ended adding each other on Facebook. She is so genuinely engaged with your request and really wants to make sure that you leave with what you want. I went in again today to pick up a hair treatment, Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to give me a sample. I love going into this Lush store and commend their level of engagement in customer service.

Love their solid shampoo and cream rinse...amazing for travelling, lighter and easier than liquids!!

Went in looking for something for my partners beard and left with a product and a sample. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that was happy to demo the products and talk about their experiences with it. Kalamazoo and R&B moisturizer have a nice mild scent too.Im really looking forward to Movember now that my partners facial hair wont be as rough.

The only reason im writing a review is because of the comment from Sam. This store is amazing and i didnt know they gave samples till a friend told me. They give samples for everything. Im sorry they didnt give you a sample for a 6 dollar item that wouldnt even fit in their sample container.. not enough for you to try anyways. it has to be refrigerated... I love the positivity of the people in the store and sometimes they do get understaffed but just walk up to them and they will help you no problem. I have never had a bad experience at this or any of their stores.

Amazing place

Absolutely stellar service! Everyone is super friendly! It can be a bit busy so you definitely need to be a bit patient before you can get someone’s attention. (But they do greet you as soon as you walk in, which is wonderful!)That said, once you have their attention, they only are focusing on you and what you need! They’re eager to give demonstrations and samples and they never pressure you into buying anything. Left today with a warmth in my heart and a smile on my face. I didn’t catch anyone’s names but the guy with the tattoo sleeves was super knowledgable about the shower gels and there were two girls around the hair section that helped me pick out a shampoo bar for my brightly colored hair! Even the girl at the till was really friendly and we had a brief chat.I work at Starbucks and I find that Lush is the only company that really matches Starbucks’ level of customer connection. Connection is almost unheard of elsewhere.Keep doing what y’all are doing!

So I went inside super stressed with work but one of the worker’s named Sarah was super nice and consulted me with a positive day and made me leaving feeling better.And she told me if you need anything she told me to go find Sarah at Metrotown.

Hands down most welcome scented store, they are super helpful and their products are bless.

This store is very busy, try going to another LUSH shop at peak times.

After shopping at lush our car was broken into and a few shopping bags from Metrotown were stolen - including 100$ worth of lush products. After informing the stores to keep an eye out for someone returning our bags, maddy who works at lush was the only one who offered to replace EVERYTHING that was stolen. I am blown away and so grateful to her and lush. Thoughtful gestures like that show their costumers they really do care. Thank you maddy!
