I was feeling overwhelmed; I have a ten-month-old and four-month-old puppies and was beginning to wonder if I would ever be able to get them to behave.I started to look for training inBurlington , but most were way over my budget and too costly I was about to give up when I noticed that they did training at Pet Smart.It seemed affordable, and I decided to give it a chance and signed both my dogs for Training on separate days.I wasnt expecting much, to be honest, but I was blown away by how professional and knowledgeable Patricia Gallinger was.She is excellent and worked miracles with my two dogs which now behave, and my family are enjoying them so much more.I am currently doing the next level of training for the intermediate class, and my dogs can not wait to get to training. I loved that the classes were small and kept to social distancing, especially with covid, which made me feel more comfortable.I give this a five star.
What can say except for, Nicky is amazing. She groomed my first dog Piccolo and is now grooming my new little puppy, Cooper. He absolutely loves seeing Nicky and getting groomed. Nicky takes her time and make sure he always look handsome when done. She makes every appointment an enjoyable one. The other ladies in the salon are just as great. As soon as they see my little guy they all greet him and make him feel special. I recommend Nicky and all the ladies to anyone looking for a great place. Thank you, Nicky and PetSmart staff for making all visits a great one.
Large clean store with everything a pet needs as well as stuff they dont need but you buy it anyway just to spoil them.
Nice and clean lots of selection. Animals seem happy and safe and not in any danger good knowledgeable staff its where we get our food and accessories for our doggo.
Very good store. Has what you are looking for and other unique items. Sales are good. One stop shopping instead of going to multiple pet stores, I would say.
Patricia is a great trainer who knows the different dog breeds, and she tailors the lesson accordingly. I learned a lot and can see the progress after training. She even provided me with resources to choose the right collar to make walks more effective.

It’s disappointing that you don’t leave any grooming appointments open for emergency walk ins. Our two dogs got sprayed by a skunk last night and there isn’t a Petsmart in town with an opening. What’s the point in offering a skunk bath if you have to book a week out? We shop with you all the time but this experience has made it clear that you won’t do “anything for our pets”.

A wide selection of Pet Goods and supplies if and other exotic animal supplies. The groomers is great knowledgeable place to take your dog to. All of the staff are very helpful and extremely friendly.
This is a great location. There are places closer but the people are the reason I come out of my way to come here. Plenty of parking.
My puppy and I went through the basic, intermediate and click-a-trick training sessions with Patricia. She was great at teaching us concepts and giving us tips when practicing. We had a lockdown in between classes and she kept good communications to ensure that we can be back safely without forgetting too much! I highly recommend a package for the many new dog parents out there!

Used the curb side pick-up. Very efficient. I ordered and I was advised within 2 hours that my order was ready for pick - up. Pick up was very easy and the associate very friendly.
Nice and clean, selection for cat food is ok but doesnt carry what my cat eats, they dont do cat grooming(at least this location doesnt) but I do like the point system, it adds up quickly and you can redeem for cash value against your purchase!

I have been trying to place an order online several times and it will NOT work for me. I finally got fed up and called the Brant St Burlington location to see if someone could help take my small order over the phone since online would not work for me and the woman who answered the phone told me I should call online support to get the issue fixed and I could tell she was not wanting to just help me get my order placed over the phone. She even advised me there have been issues with online taking orders. That should not be the customers issue. I got attitude as soon as I said that I didn’t want to deal with calling online support and was hoping she could take my small order over the phone. I am trying to support local but it’s stuff like this that drives people to shop on Amazon. Disappointing for sure.
Always a delight visiting this PetSmart in Burlington, Ontario! It is well stocked with a variety of brands for all assortment of pets, and very accessible. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Every member has been excited and welcoming to our pets. Thanks for the great experiences, we will surely be back!

My regular groomer was booked up so I thought I’d try here. She was nicely washed and brushed. After taking her home she now tries to nip my hands if I go to dry off her feet after being outside (which she’s never done before).

Very good. They appear to be keeping only the handles of the carts clean. The inside part of the smaller cart I had was filthy, handle seemed ok....other than that great store stuff I wanted was in stock.
We took our rescue pup, Holly, here for Beginner Training with Patricia. Patricia is amazing! She is so calm and patient with all of the dogs, and she really put my mind at ease. I was a bit nervous to take Holly to our first session (shes a big girl with a past were still learning about), but she did so well and learned so much. Patricia is an excellent trainer, and the difference in Hollys behaviour from Day 1 to now has been night and day. We look forward to using the tools weve learned to keep up the good work, will be continuing on to Intermediate Training later this summer.

I did an online order at 10 pm yesterday evening to be picked up in the store when it was ready. I received an email at 8:30 am this morning letting me know that my order was ready for pick-up and also informing me that if I preferred, PetSmart offered Curbside pick-up. I arrived at the store, called the number, dialed 0 for Curbside, it was answered on the first ring. The gentlemen associate was very personable to speak with asked for my information and location, then told me that he would be out in a few moments with my purchase. The entire process took under 3 minutes. I was very impressed!
It took six days from when I placed an order for delivery, followed by PetSmart cancelling my order without communicating why, followed by ordering the same order for pick up, then had to wait almost an hour when I arrived at the location to collect my order. My dog needed food, and PetSmart wisely chose to make sure the process was impossibly frustrating. Will shop anywhere else in the future. Thanks for nothing.

Lately Ive wanted to buy an item on sale but there was never any stock and no one knew when they would get more. All other experiences have been good.
I am very comfortable leaving my dog, Tia with the lovely women at Pet Smart. They genuinely care and do a great job! Tia was a rescue dog and is still a little sensitive, but I can see that she is happy and well looked after!

Went to burlington for an ikea trip. We planned on getting fish from my hometown but we wouldnt make it in time (we were excited) so went to this one. Got 4 fancy goldfish. 2 died overnight, the others not looking so good, probably will die. My water parameters are great, tank is cycled. They were babies in a 42 gal, not crowded. Ive also travelled many times with fish & no issues, plus it was only 1.5 hours. The filters here were extremely strong at the goldfish tanks, so bad they could hardly swim! Either a mistake from a newb or increased the flow in (incorrect) attempt of avoiding the cleaning of the tanks. Very upset as Ive been told that I must bring the body in for a return. Didnt offer me any reasonable solution, and the lady was rude. Not to mention they were constantly at my throat questioning if I knew how to care for fancy goldfish while I was there. Been fish keeping for 12 years, I shouldnt have to prove myself to PET SMART!! Not to mention I was at the fish section for 25 minutes picking fish and nobody came to see me. Had to go bug the cashier, and still waited. I dont recommend this location.

Taylor gave our Schnoodle an awesome trim (our first time here, as our regular groomer had to cancel).She asked lots of questions first to determine what we wanted and then she delivered the best cut he’s ever had!The price is reasonable and the quality top notch.We will definitely be returning here now and booking with Taylor for our furry boy!

Iwas in Burlington for an appointment and needed to pick up some cat food and litter. Noticed this store was laid out differently than my hometown PetSmart store. Nice, a little bigger, more to choose from. I never knew that they had a customer washroom, that was really handy. ( I was wondering when I went in if they had a washroom, fire hydrant, or a shrub of some sort. Sure glad it had a door with a lock! ) I was surprised to see so many different brands and descriptive foods for felines. Theres Hairball, Long Hair, Neutered, Kitten, and others. I thought I might find one called Ar##Hole, because hes like that most of the time! But, they didnt. I also noticed when I went in that they had costumes for dogs. One couple had a terrier. You should have seen the look on the dogs face, it was priceless! I could tell by Dads eyes that he felt like the dog.I couldnt see his whole face because of the mask, but I could definitely tell by the eyes. If Ive offended any one or pet by my comment, Im sorry. For those of you who know what I mean, what else can I say?I give PetSmart 5 Gold stars for their understanding staff, their selection, and of course, for their washroom facilities. 😉 Thank You Very Much.
Poor old guy was butchered at this location this afternoon. hes been going to this location for three years. never had a problem, not a single complaint. they have hired inexperienced groomers and clearly dont train well. today was a total disappointment. This location used to be great, sadly it has gone downhill.
I go to this PetSmart for everything I need pet related! The staff are super knowledgeable, happy and eager to help. Ive never had a bad experience here.
The staff we talked to was nice and very helpful when we were shopping fish tank accessories. We were so happy until we paid. The lady at the cashier (cashier #574199) was very grumpy and rude. Felt like our whole day was ruined just by the lady. We normally had a great experience at this location. So disappointed.

Decent pet store. The merchandising is poor, usually the display racks in the middle isle are half empty, doesnt look very appealing. Employees are generally blind to customers, you need to seek them out for support, cashier is not very friendly.

My dog/puppy (Henry🐶) and I just finished “beginner dog training” with Patricia. She was wonderful, but strict enough to make us want to practice at home so we don’t disappoint her!! (Or embarrass ourselves by not practicing!) my 4 month old puppy Henry can now: sit, lay down, stay, wait, come, loose leash walking for short period of time (normal)... and roll over, paw, other paw, and puppy push ups!Incredible. We have signed up for “Intermediate dog training” with Patricia as well! Really looking forward to it!

We attended the beginner and intermediate puppy classes taught by Patricia. Our Chihuahua puppy started off very timid and shy but with Patricias care and guidance improved each week. By the end of the classes she was very sociable with the other pups and had learned many important commands. I would recommend these classes for anyone looking to socialize their dog and learn the essential commands. Patricia is a wonderful, patient teacher.We had a lot of fun at the class and hope to join another one in the future!

This is probably one of the better PetSmart locations. The associate who helped me (Cassie) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was just wonderful!! Really made this visit different than the other times I’ve visited.
My pup and I love to shop for dog food here. The store is clean and the waiting time at check out is minimal. However there is a certain lady with major attitude at the cash. Be aware!
Pet smart on brant sold us a guinea pig that has pink eye. When my partner called to speak to them about this, their only solution was to either return him or take him to the vet. They should have been paying his vet bill because they sold him to us with pink eye. I would not recommend this location

Absolutely amazing service! Josh is so knowledgeable and patient. He was able to give my son and I a lot of information while we chose our new family pet, and he made sure we felt comfortable before heading on home with them. He also included my young son during the entire purchase, engaged him and made him feel like his input was being heard. Great customer service, we will be back to see Josh as more supplies are needed 😊

The last two times I have come in to the store, I have now encountered no cashiers at checkout. No lights to even indicate the lane is open. The previous time I had to even ask someone stocking in the aisle immediately by the cash to get someone to help me make a purchase.

Our cashier was very friendly and very informative. She made you feel welcome at checkout and explained why she needed your personal information like your phone number so she can look up your account if you had one with pet smart. The store was clean and easily labelled to help find what youre looking for.

Went there this morning to have our dog groomed right at 9am right when the store had opened. The store looked immaculate and when we had gotten to the grooming section it looked like a Fur Bomb went off in there. It was disgusting, the groomer we had booked with didnt seem like she wanted to do her job and she herself was also covered in fur as if she had just put a dirty uniform on. Extremely disappointing, will not be booking at that store ever again , can not believe how gross the grooming area looked! It was Revolting! The PetSmart we go to normally looks immaculate in all areas of the store, again it was extremely disappointing
