I purchased a cycle from bharat cycle agency. initially it was better but in 2 months i got many issues like break, tyre puncture, all screws and nuts gone etc, I thought I will just give it for servicing at same agency but they charged for it. Basically cycle should work for atleast 1 year, and even if any issues comes, cycle store should take care of any issues but theyll just do promise and do nothing.
