Worst experienced. I would never recommend DTDC to anyone. I have parcelled my computer from Bengaluru to Kalna. Because of their unprofessional staff my computer got damaged Which cost 28k. And now whenever I am calling for claim the insurance they are dropping my call.

Very bad behaviour of the guy sitting there. He is an idiot and of no use. Never answers calls and behaves badly

The man who was there is very rude and bad in behaviour. Ill never recommend it it anyone. They dont even respond to calls and abuses customers
