Shipping rates are super expensive actually they are the double of the price from other companies... I payed for a similar package in other company 35 USD with bonvu I did paid 64 USD lots of price difference...The funny fact the lady by email writing to me like I hope you are not surprised by the price... There are then different parcel shipper with prices to choose from, there are no hidden costs. If you have any questions, the friendly boss will answer immediately. Very bad service, we needed to write them few times, before they sent us the packages after two weeks. In the beginning they did in time, now they become more customers and they do not care what we are need. There is no next day shipment or so, you need to wait......

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!!I dont understand how you can continuously send my products to the wrong address after multiple talks with the people who work at their warehouse. If they sent my product just to my old address i could understand, but they send my items to my neighbors, causing days of headaches and lost money. If i could leave zero stars I would since my packages always arrived damaged. I have sent a notice to fedex to ban this shipping company and I hope it goes through soon :D 100% would not recommend.

Back in January 2017 this company red flagged my account and kept my merchandise. The shipper never received merchandise back and I lost money. Here is what they want from you if they decide to flag your account so be careful you guys if you decide to use their service.1. They want you to send a photo taken while holding your ID next to you which I never heard of anything like this before and they can easily be using that to steal your identity.2. Credit card statement of showing your purchase and that the payment cleared in which say you use a prepaid card or some other form of payment to be cautious about purchasing off the internet anyway and dont want to use your main personal credit card online.So after this they state that if it is not provided to clear your account within one week they will contact the seller and the shipments be returned. Again this never happened and I lost a lot of money because if it wasnt returned then they kept it and the seller refused to give a refund since I have no tracking showing returned.I have contacted authorities and just any type of other ways I can expose this company I am doing just that I also have numerous friends I had register to only find out it happen to them also so we all are going to do a youtube video about their corrupt practices and horrible service.Update 8-14-19I would like to add that I was a customer and this fool has said this on other reviews. The unprofessional response from this fake owner or partner of the owner just shows I was correct. I have emails etc if proof is needed by anyone that is wanting to do business with these thieves I will provide all my documents. They kept my merchandise capitalized off of it and this is how they stay in business. And by the way Mr. Owner I live in Texas now and pretty close to your business if you would like we can sit over a cup of coffee and talk about how you do business and I promise you it will make you think about ethics and customer service skills.

Bonvu has been a game changer for me since a client in Germany recommended them to me! I operate a specialty boutique stringed instrument firm in Southern California and at least ⅓ of my clients live abroad. In the past, I had to spend (precious time I really needed in my busy backlogged shop) in the office processing AES customs docs, ITN#’s, and essentially “play bank” with shipping fees which would be sometimes come in higher than estimated when the FedEx invoice arrived two weeks later. I pretty much had to “eat it”. For me, having an international shipment be as simple as a domestic one really allows me to put my productivity back to where it counts; My work! Though there is a domestic shipping expense getting it to Bonvu, the math stacks up far better for my clients thanks to their bulk shipping rates. And now my FedEx invoices are in hundreds, not thousands! Bonvu empowers buyers abroad as their US address and assists them with the otherwise daunting minutia of international logistics. In effect, the buyers are shipping articles to themselves and making their own declarations (which, again, frees up much needed time on my end). It has been smooth sailing all the way since 2013, and once my clients understand it, they love it! My only regret is that I did not know about the Bonvu option years before!

I have been using BONVU since 2014 and I should say that if you want assurance, reliable and very fast services, you should count on BONU. Since I have been using them, I get the best rates possible from several shipping companies and the discounts that BONU offers are simply terrific !!!I love how automated their system is. I simply ship my package to BONU Warehouse via UPS for example, log onto BONVU Warehouse and create a new shipment with the UPS Shipping Reference. Once BONVU receive the package at their warehouse, I get an automated an email that the package has arrived. Next up, I instruct BONVU to ship it to the intended destination. I should say that the re-packaging and then getting shipping rates happens like fast. Last, I make my payment online after selecting a carrier and then the package is shipped with the reference number of the carrierI strongly recommend BONU and this is my personal recommendation !!!

Very reliable, but the advertising with low shipping costs is wrong, they are much higher than if I would send as a private person, in addition, the collective packages are packed so badly together that they do not fit in one package and so the shipping costs for two packages sent rise again!

For our small business I often order spare parts and accessories for customers from USA. Many mail-order companies do not deliver to Europe. So we send the goods to BONVU and they send them to Germany. Incidentally, you save a few hundred US dollars in shipping costs for larger packages by the way. We ourselves do not get close to their conditions at FedEx. BONVU-COM is and remains our preferred shipping partner!
