This place is amazing. Everything we ate was so delicious. The best seafood pasta I have ever had and they didnt skimp on the seafood or the portions either. We ordered starters (sea bass tartar and Kamchatka rolls), entrees (ribs which came with fries and an amazing sauce and seafood pasta which was served with homemade pasta and soooooo much seafood) and desserts (a decadent cheesecake and a lava cake that came with ice cream that perfectly balanced the chocolatey flavour of the lava cake).If youre in Bucuresti, stop here to ear. Service is impeccable, food is delicious, portions are ample. I enjoyed it so much, wish I could go back again.

One of the few places in Bucharest where service is simply amazing. Marin welcomed us in a very professional yet friendly way. The pavlova is the best one in town and he was nice enough to “reserve” one for us since we asked about it the moment we arrived (as they obviously disappear quite quickly).Food is delicious, ambience is nice and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Service is good as well as the location (nice view of the parliament). Unfortunately the portion I ordered was too small for a fairly hungry man (pork chops - it was the largest portion on the menu, according to their own weight system, and it still didnt do the job). It took a very long time to arrive and the mash was actually cold ish, which is very unfortunate for the price + location. I didnt complain because of being starving. Wouldnt go back taking the above into consideration.

I enjoyed this place so much 😍 the salads and lemonades there are amazing, really good quality and taste 😋 on a warm summer day, the outdoor terrace is nice in the shade and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Also inside it looks very nice and quite big. The waiters are very polite as well. I can totally recommend this place 👌

The food was ok (good, but not super great), I could say fair pricing. The waiter was friendly and has a decent skill of English, which is rare for Romania.We came then for breakfast at 10:15, and it was stated at the menu that you can order breakfast from 10:00 till 12:00 or something, but we were told that we can only drink coffee, and the breakfast can be ordered in 1 hour or so.Which is very weird. Why would you write in menu that breakfast is from 10:00 if it is from 11:30?!

Excellent food and drinks. For a prime location, I am amazed how nice the price/quality ratio this place actually proposes. Serving was exquisite, polite staff and wonderful decor, background music and everything else. Cannot fault it. Wonderful risotto with (frozen) salmon cooked just right, smooth rice and fresh pleurotus I think, Alira rose wine also a delight... What can I say, for my taste this place was perfect for a romantic dinner. Thanks again!

Service is super helpful and friendly, and to me thats what matters most. Food is also very good, but portions are rather small. I mean for us the portions were just right, but bigger, hungrier people might leave disappointed.Overall, I highly recommend this place.

You know when you order seafood risotto and you only find like 2-3 shrimps, 2 mussels and the rest is just rice? WELL THATS NOT THE CASE at Haute Pepper!Love the seafood risotto here, for every bite you get like.. more seafood than rice 🍤All the desserts are absolutely spectacular, and everything else I tried is just tassssttttyyyy, so pay them a visit - even for special occasions, as the interiors are very nice & even intimate ❤️

Amazing Fillet Mignon with forest mushrooms and gravy, very good chicken supreme and overall a very nice service! They serve illy café and nice cold Carlsberg from the draft. Sitting on the terrace was very pleasant. Definitely recommended!

If you dont have a suitable table for your customers dont agree to make them a reservation. Although we had a reservation for two, we were offered a table with four chairs under the stairs next to a hanger full of other peoples jackets. The hanger was about 20 cm away from the table. In a few minutes the bartender came and said that we could also sit at another table in a corner. We got up but realized that the table in the corner was neighbored by another one, already occupied, that was less than 50 cm away. Imagine sitting at a table in a restaurant that calls itself Haute something and being able to eat from other peoples plate without any effort. Not only that a normal social distancing (and Im not talking about the pandemic) was out of the question, not even a minimum of personal space was respected in that matter. So we sat again at the first table (under the stairway) and suddenly another man from the restaurants personnel came to tell us with a rude tone that we WERE TOLD TO SIT at the table in the corner. He didnt ask as to, his attitude was like giving an order and shaming us for it. Dear sir, you should revise youre attitude towards the customer. We were offered a bad table and then a worse one, and as a desert, a wonderful lecture on how to make your customers leave.

I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in Bucharest throughout my visit. Once I discovered this place, been there 3 days in a row. Really good food with fair prices and menu is in English. The staff were pretty nice and food didn’t take long to be delivered. This is the best restaurant in Bucharest in my opinion and open air overlooking the parliament.

It is close to five, but taken into consideration what it could be, I tend to go 3*.The place has great potential, location is pretty nice, close to CASA POPORULUI. Shade and sun, inside and outside, good food, great drinks, fast and polite service.Usually I visit lavatory, buuuuut...

Very dissapointed. Basic menu and the food was amateur. Was very much looking forward to eating in Bucharest, somewhere thats something different given its #10 on trip adviser. Everything was boring and tasteless. I tried three starters that were ordered, soup taste like canned soup, the truffle tagliatelle just tasted like cream, and the cucumber salmon rolls...could get better from the supermarket. Had chicken breast for a main with watered down sweet potato mash, and a slice of carrot, I couldnt even eat the pak choi as it was Too hard. Slap on the face. Wine - boring

One of the best ribs i tried in Bucharest which means in general the best ribs in the world as ribs in Bucharest are the best. Everything else there is very good, not the best but good. So you can have great dinner with great service, nice wine or beer even very great tea. Prices are above average but it is normal for the quality like this.

Hello, this restaurant was good, it had good prices, good food, but the amount of homeless people asking for 9 leis was weird. also it was very busy and the food came 50 minutes after ordering. our waiter was irresponsible, and i did not like him. but the food was yummy. also a cute guy was there so i would like to know his number if he sees this. also yes i ate a lot there the fries were good.

Its a nice restaurant with friendly staff. We liked the atmosphere. Weve got a table for Valentines day pretty easy.Drinks are good, the food is also delicious. I recommend Seafood Risotto, very delicious and Pavlova as a desert (ask the waiter).The reason Im giving 4* is because my wife didnt enjoy the Royal Rabbit because it was too raw.

Delicious from the beginning to the end!Food was very well cooked and spiced. The waiters were attentive and nice. Havent aten that good for a while and we are out for dinner pretty frequent.

Great place! Had lunch with the wife here while on vacation. Smoked duck salad with blue cheese and the pasta carbonara. Both very excellent! Just a nice place to sit outside, enjoy the day with a beer and a light meal. Im sure that the other main courses are just as good. The desserts we saw other tables get looked very tempting. Definitely would go back.

Food is a little bit on the expensive side and the portions are not quite generous but the location is great (overlooking Casa Poporului) and the service & staff is wonderful - extremely attentive and careful about keeping a safe distance and wearing their masks properly.
