I have been living at Reveille Ranch from the past 9 months. The maintenance was good. But the management team changed a few months ago and since then the service has gone down significantly. My shower door has been broken since the past 66 days and no attempt has been made to repair it. The floor gets wet all the time which is a hassle to maintain and a hazard as well. Anytime a person might slip on the floor. Moreover, the glass of the door is slipping and might crash the floor anytime soon which again is a major hazard. I have been requesting to take some action to repair the door but in vain. The manager is rude and once told me that even her door is broken, live with it. I dont understand what kind of response is this. Additionally, there has been several occasions of misplaced packages including a major one which included a vacuum cleaner! Again, no measures were taken in this case as well. Overall, the experience has been horrible. I wish I could give a better review but these type of experiences have been way more common not just with me but people around me as well.

Do not live here, this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. The management was hostile towards us from the beginning, and are impossible to get a hold of over the phone. The maintenance staff do not clean up after themselves and they repeatedly left a mess in our apartment after answering our maintenance requests. Repairs were very shoddy and would need to be re-done 2 or 3 times to MAYBE be fixed. They also attempted to throw hazardous waste (mercury) in our trash when replacing thermostats. One window was broken, causing the room to drop to 35 degrees during the winter freeze, and we were told you dont know what youre talking about, the window is fine. Later, the same room flooded from a burst pipe and the room was not repaired for over 6 months. Mold was in this room constantly, and maintenance told us it was just watermarks. One roommate was forced to move from this unlivable room into an empty one, and was threatened by management with fines for moving into a room that was actually livable.Terrible management and maintenance. Dont live here unless you are ready to be constantly frustrated.

We cannot get the property manager to respond after repeated emails, voicemails and calls. My daughter was expected to moved in on dog chewed carpet and asking maintenance to show up, well that hasn’t happened yet either… There is also a roommate with two loud birds that the front office said were not allowed on property but guess what the roommate brought back to the apartment today - TWO LOUD BIRDS! We cannot get anything resolved and there is no follow through or communication. Safety lights are burned out and the property is in disrepair. I would look elsewhere for your college student to live. She is beyond disappointed to have this be her first apartment experience.

It’s been almost two months since I’ve been living in reveille ranch. The unit was good and comfortable when I moved in but the maintenance team isn’t efficient at all. Any issue raised is never addressed quickly. The maintenance team came to address an issue in my bathroom while I wasn’t home and by the time I came home half of the unit was flooded due to a mistake they made. I reached out about the same to the management team. They fixed the leakage issue and made the arrangements (heavy fans) for carpet drying and said the fans would be removed in 2 days but didn’t follow up about the same again irrespective of repeated requests. All the members in the house aren’t able to sleep in the rooms due to the arrangements made which we were advised not to touch and no one showed up till now(6 days later) to take care of it.Overall, the experience was horrible

Amazing place to live! Not only is the new management great but so are the prices. I see a lot of the comments about the changing in management but honestly the new management is great and understanding. Maintenance also is always on top of everything.

They will bill everyone extra for cleaning no matter what. I had my room professionally cleaned when I moved out and was certain there was nothing they could justify charging me for. The cleaning job looked perfect to me yet they still billed me. My roommate who moved out before had the same experience, and the roommate who moved out before him was also billed. The front office is a disorganized cancer. The vast majority of the time I call them nobody even picks up. And management please dont respond to this review, you chose to implement a policy of billing everyone for cleaning even with spotless rooms and this is the consequences so dont lie to me and tell me youre sorry

I had a wonderful time living at Reveille. The staff was nice and anytime I would put in a maintenance request it would be fixed in a timely manner. I didn’t even lose power or internet during the ice storm! Would highly recommend living here to my friends.

Excellent housing facility, hassle-free maintenance service, loads of amenities, courteous staff, fun events & parties at the clubhouse and a super friendly neighborhood! Rush-to-the-Ranch!

Leasing office employees are very friendly and helpful..rooms fully furnished and very cozy...in-unit washer and dryer and beds and sofa and study chair and desk make it a very attractive option...also a pretty decent patio is very much worth it...

I really like this place. It is extremely affordable and the longer youre here the cheaper the rent is if you talk to the office. There have been problems but maintenance always fixes them. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the office people take forever to help you or fix your lease problems. They always do what theyre supposed to do, they just take a long time. Amenities are okay, the gym has good machines but some are broken. Hopefully they fix those. The bus to campus is great and if for whatever reason you need to walk to campus, it is a 25 minute walk down college main. I totally recommend them if you want to save money or if you only need a place for a year or two.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now. Have had issues here or there but never like this. My dryer has been out for about a month and I haven’t even been able to get someone to look at it. I’ve received the run around. Even gotten emails about if it’s not an emergency you’ll have to wait. I moved here for things like in unit washers and dryers, if I didn’t want one, I’d live somewhere without them for cheaper. Atleast come get someone to look at it, if it’s broken beyond repair it’ll still take time to get a replacement. I’m fed up.

Honestly, this is the best management Reveille has had! I had an issue with some things and they were able to get it taken care of in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend to anyone

Reveille is such a great place to live! The rent is affordable and doesn’t feel as though your breaking the bank each month. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The apartments are clean and well kept too! If you ever have an issue maintenance is always there to fix the issue and are very nice and polite. Overall great place to live!

If you like to sleep at night, then this complex isn’t the right place for you. Pool hours are not enforced, and people are partying with loud music and singing at 3 am (happens at least once a week), and the nonexistent management is not interested in doing anything about that.

Worst possible accommodation at College Station ever.Moved here almost 2 weeks ago, our TV is broken, kitchen chimney does not have grills, fridge handle is broken and one bedroom does not have power supply for lights. Not to mention the incompetent pest control that the entire apartment is filled with cockroaches.The mattresses are so old and used that you can feel the springs hurting you through the foam and sheets.Bedroom blinds do not roll up/down and are stuck halfway, disrupting the privacy.We kept on requesting maintenance multiple times yet no satisfactory response from the Management.They do not even provide the basic amenities promised in the lease document.

*******update they fixed the carpet (took 3 weeks and they busted my floor in the hall so that needs to be fixed now) Ethernet port got fixed, but that is the only two things that have change still disappointed…oh and the pool and gym are both absolutely horrendous********don’t try to live here if you want anything decently nice cant believe I am paying $534 a month for less than a year….I can’t even get anyone to call me back or email me back. Our service pets foot is literally bleeding because of the nails sticking OUT THE FLOOR!!! Of course you are also paying full months rent even though you move HAVE TO MOVE in 1/2 way though the month…super disappointed will update if they come around and fix it up.

I have been living here since July 30, 2020. Overall, it has been decent and was one of the cheapest options when it came to furnished one bedrooms. It is a pretty quiet community. When I first moved in the apartment was not the cleanest. There was dirt and other debris all over the floors and carpet. I did my best with what was given and created a cozy little apartment. Throughout my time here I have had to deal with cockroaches and even had an incident where a mouse was in my apartment… I think I spent more time cleaning throughout my almost a year living here and was paranoid that something else would happen. I think some of these problems can be avoided if they would be more careful when fixing the apartments. You can see the carelessness when they painted the walls and ceilings.The weight room is alright. I wish they would fix some of the machines as they have been broken since I’ve moved in. The staff is a hit or miss. There are some very friendly and helpful people in the office but I have also dealt with some rude individuals. Especially in recent months… very disorganized.

Apartment D on ground floor in any building has hvac units next to the bedroom wall. This may lead to huge noise which causes difficulty in sleeping and concentrating while studying. My apartments adjacent hvac unit creates a hell of noise turning on and off. I have a recorded video of this as a proof as well. Not receiving any help from the management for this has led me to give this review here.

Affordable living but justified. The ordinary maintenance system and the communication with the management during emergencies is of very low quality. Sending an email to the management usually goes unanswered, so you need to always address any issues/inquiries in person to the central building. A week+ may pass without a maintenance request to be looked into, and this does not change even if you enquire personally at the management office. During an emergency (half day power outage in part of the complexes) the after-hours numbers are useless, since there is no feedback from the maintenance emergency number, and even if you reach the management after-hours responder, there is no actual action from anyone on site.

These people will steal your money! Make sure to get absolutely everything you do with them in writing or they will use that mistake against you. They made me pay a $450 resetting fee after I had already told them, multiple times, 7 months beforehand that I didnt want to renew my apartment. All because I didnt sign a form that I was never told about.

On bus route to the for University and furnished apartment at reasonable cost. But no restaurants or go to places nearby. Bus frequency is 30 minutes

I have been staying here for the past 8 months and I see myself staying for the next year as well. This is an amazing place with really supportive staff working all the week for its residents. The apartments are good and its very difficult to find such deals around the campus.

It was horrible. I filed the application two weeks ago and followed up multiple times. Each time the person told me everything was in order and we would be approved today.Now, they told us today that the complex is sold out and nothing available. This leaves my roommate and I in a bad situation with only a few weeks until school starts.Terribly mismanaged place.

I am a new resident here and also its the first time I travelled outside my home country. So everything here was new for me. Add to that the constraints due to the ongoing pandemic. Given all these things, the lease process, the move-in process, everything was streamlined, smooth. My room here was already well arranged. All the issues are taken care of. I am genuinely happy with my experience. Keep it up and best wishes :)

One of the best places to live in College Station.Staff is too friendly and always willing to help you.Maintenance request is as quickly and smoothly done as Thanos would snap the fingers to wipe out half of the planet.In fact during the recent winter storm Reveille Ranch was among those places who had uninterrupted power supply! Just loved it!

Terrible office service. They lied about not renewing my boyfriends lease and are trying to charge him. He called several times to make sure they had nkt renewed his lease and every time they said they had not. Now new management refuses to acknowledge that. Untrustworthy place do not live there.

If you care about your health I don’t recommend you live here. I’ve been told the apartment would be cleaned and ready before I moved here but this is the result. Employees prefer to waste of your time and misinform you instead of solving your problem. They never act constructively and want to impose their own rules on you, it’s not a good way to communicate.

Just talked with one of their office staffs through the phone and she was so rude. I was asking only some simple questions and she acted like I am bothering her. I know the other staffs are awesome, but she is not. Dont take phones if you dont wanna answer people.

We were given the tour of a 2B/2B (by Coulton) and told that multiple rooms are available for lease, all we need to do is fill out the application and theyd send the lease to sign. Almost a week went by but we didnt get the lease, and every time wed call, the response would be that it will be sent over by days end. Now we get an email today that the entire property is booked out and we cannot be offered any apartments! Idk if what they did is in regulation with the Fair Housing Laws in Texas, but presently we do not have any other apartment options to go with, and would have to start our search all over again. Disappointing

This place is really quiet and peaceful. I can tell that the workers here try their best to meet everyones needs. The place is equipped with great facilities such as computer rooms, study rooms, gymnasium, table tennis and pool room, swimming pool, basketball court, valley ball court, etc. I would recommend living here if you are looking for a chill place to stay that is affordable and near school!

Updated review: some things were unclean when I moved in, but the management was very responsive and fixed all things with in a couple of days. The amenities are good and you get to see some great sunsets!

Really disappointed. I had the worst experience moving out and reletting the apartment. I found someone to relet the apartment to a couple of months after moving out and I did turn in the keys a few days before the new resident move in date and also paid the reletting fees. I have not visited the house for a couple of months now and there was some trash left out in moving out process. I expected the apartment would be okay since I had cleaned it before leaving and the trash would be picked by the valet trash. There was a note left saying that the trash seemed old and been out for over a month so it will not be taken. But if I was not physically present in college station there is no way I could take it out or know about it and I did let the management know that I moved out within a week of my moving out of the apartment. Even if this were not considered if a person is moving in as a new resident the apartment I would expect that the apartment would have been inspected for general state and cleanliness before the residents move-in date. I am not sure why I paid a relet fee or anything I am really disappointed at this negligence.

I lived here for 3 years. The experience was alright. The room size was adequate and the amenities were acceptable. Theres plenty of room for improvement, but this was one of the places i could afford. My main issue was the lack of communication from the corporate office. I spoke to management and they were able to help me with my issues.

I honestly love this apartment complex! I had some trouble with my email when trying to sign my lease and they were always on top of it trying to help me. The management is great, staff is awesome, amenities are 4/5. Anytime there is something I need fixed maintenance gets to me in 2 days tops. If you’re looking for a great place to live with great prices I would HIGHLY recommend living at Reveille Ranch apartments!

I really enjoy these apartments and the area. It is a great location to restaurants and stores. The apartment complex is overall quiet and neighbors are nice. It is nice that the property has a pool and a gym area, and I have visited different days and times of the day its never over crowded. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced apartment with a great location. We were also able to move in with no deposit which was a huge bonus!

This place speaks for itself. Its definitely one of the best bangs for your buck in the CS/ Bryan area. I went on a recommendation of a few friends after living in a luxury apartment, and I have to say Reveille ranch has everything higher end places have to offer that most people will realistically use, including an awesome pool and good-sized gym. Its really close to campus and theres a bus that goes by here. Management and reception staff are friendly, helpful and very polite, and maintenance is taken care of very soon after request is placed. I stayed in a 2x2, which although not the most spacious, is cozy and well-furnished with a significant amount of storage space. As a bonus, Reveille is one of the few places that does 4-6 month only rent (please double-check, I hope this hasnt changed) which is extremely convenient and is what I did. One small detail to keep in mind: last months utility bill is an estimate done by conservice (the utility bill company) and will be charged regardless of if the person is there or not (and also is pricey if youre moving out by the end of July). This is not something that would make me change my review or rating, just something to keep in mind if for any reason you have to move out earlier than the last day (a normal thing in the Summer).

I recently took a tour of Reveille Ranch Apartments and was very impressed with the complex. It is in a safe location, is affordable, and has great amenities! I love the rustic charm, and could see myself living there. Kelsey gave me a tour of the complex, and she was amazing! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend taking a tour of this facility!

I love living here. The team makes sure that I am well taken care of and that my questions are addressed. Maintenance is always quick to make repairs and the staff is really friendly!

So if you are looking for a place like home, look no farther Reveille Ranch is the place to live and the staff are very helpful but just talk to Marie! She is the bomb and will answer all your questions! She always there for you when you need a help hand and will make you feel like you are part of the family! I had a great experience. I loved having an apartment by the pool, and a good gym right next to my building that I didn’t have to pay a membership fee. Good place for students!

The rooms are beautiful and spacious- granite counter tops even. The grounds are always very clean and they are so nice to have goodies downstairs for the residents. I feel comfortable knowing she is in a safe place with staff who care about her. If you are undecided on a place to live, go take a tour. Sadie King is the best leasing agent! You wont be disappointed!

Apartment complex is okay, good for the price. Furnished apartment but most furniture is old and not everything is in great condition. Apartment wasn’t clean upon moving in. Bigger apartments available in nearby complex.

Reveille Ranch is a safe and friendly place to live. While visiting friends I always had fun and felt safe. The location is awesome! I love the pool and using the grills!! Super affordable and pet friendly. Marie Galvan in the office is always so sweet!! I recommend taking tours with her! If you’re looking for student housing, definitely look at Rev Ranch!!

Horrible management. Was in the process of moving out and going back and forth between places. We got a new roommate and he had his friend living with him and they were trouble from the start. This friend eventually broke into my room while i was still in the process of moving and was living in there for free. I contacted the office they said I needed proof and that they would talk to this person. I wasnt the only one with issues with this roommate the others did as well. But the office said they couldnt do anything and that he seemed like a good person to them.

The living experience is great. The management is cool and willing to help always. The pool is well maintained and the service requests are answered fast. The only problem is with the gym, which is very poorly maintained. Some machines are so bad that people can get hurt, and I hope the management does something about it as soon as possible.

My step daughter moved in these apartments last year. She really enjoyed the complex, however it seemed as though she was constantly having issues with her apt. Our family became very acquainted with a delightful young lady named Sadie. She helped out a lot, she was always there to help us with any questions and very professional. Need more employees like her.

I had a great experience but once I moved out it was a NIGHTMARE. Before moving out, I paid to get the carpet clean, but they decided to find a victim and RR said they needed to replace the carpet and charge me for it. The day I was moving I told someone in the office that I had left trash outside but I would come back and throw it away because I had to come back to pick up my second car. I moved 4 hours away and I did come back to pick it up but they charged me $25. They also said that the apartment was dirty and charged me 120 something. They didnt want to give me my deposit back and charged me for $350. When I called to inquire about this, the manager gave me the run around and was rushing me to get off the phone. We lived there for 2 YEARS and thats how they treated us? AVOID this place!!

Reveille Ranch seems to be a very quiet apartment community, that is in a safe location, and has fantastic amenities! I was recently given a tour of this complex by Kelsey, and she did an amazing job! She was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions! I really liked the homey atmosphere of this place, and could definitely see myself living here. I would definitely recommend taking the time to tour this place!

During the months that I lived in Reveille Ranch the environment was amazing. I knew that it would be an amazing stay because Whitney Clay assisted me the whole application and, leasing process. I ended up moving due to my career but, if I was ever back in the area I’d for sure give them a call

I went there to check it out alone and was helped by a leasing agent, Marie. She showed me around and gave great information. I like the facilities, the pool looked awesome!! The price was actually good considering CStat. I highly recommend!

I have lived here the entire time Ive been at TAMU, and i love it! It is affordable and really quiet. If there are any issues in the apartment, maintenance is very responsive, and the people in the office are very friendly and accommodating [shout out to my girl Marie Galvan]. It comes furnished and is on a bus route to main campus which is really convenient. Being on the Bryan side of town, electricity is cheaper too! The pool is always pristine, and I LOVE the free food and giveaways sponsored by the complex a couple times a month!

Reveille Ranch is a great place that really tries to engage college students to be together. There maintenance is pretty quick to respond and all of their leasing agents are eager to help. Especially Marie, shes the one that swayed me into coming here!

I live here. Its not the most glamorous or close place to college campus. However, I enjoy the more rustic lodge vibe of the visitor center. The staff are always very helpful and nice. The prices for rent are cheaper and you get a decent amount of space for what you pay. After you stay a year, theres a chance if you renew your lease for a super low price. Great pool and plenty of computers in the lab since its usually not occupied. The study rooms also arent usually occupied. The occasional community events are actually good and usually feature food. Always plenty of parking and visitor parking.

I lived at Reveille Ranch for a year and it was a great experience. I loved having an apartment by the pool, and the events the staff hosted were a lot of fun. The leasing agents were really cool, especially Marie. I also liked having a good gym right next to my building that I didn’t have to pay a membership fee for.

I toured Reveille Ranch and the location was good in terms of campus and anywhere else I’d wanna go. I love the pool and sports areas cause I’m outside a lot. Marie was very helpful on the tour and I’m seriously considering living here next year.

My niece loves Reveille Ranch! When visiting the grounds always look clean and well kept. Once there was a small issue and she said Marie was especially helpful! Good job guys!

I really enjoyed my time living at the ranch. The apartment was good, but the people/workers are the ones that made the experience for me especially Marie! Marie is a saint! She had helped me so many times during my stay at the ranch and was always one of the nicest staff members. Every apartment should have a staff like this one.

The staff at Reveille Ranch are great and take their time to assist us in making the decision to rent here. The staff member Sadie is always friendly, and accommodating! Great location, with close proximity to the college. You can also see the pride in ownership based on how great the grounds are kept up.

I have been searching for a new apartment and came across Reveille Ranch. This place is great! The amenities are just what I need, the location is close to my job, and the staff is great. I have been speaking with Whitney and she is wonderful. She has been patient with me and answered all of my questions. She has made me feel good about making the move to College Station.

I toured Reveille Ranch and was blown away by the cleanliness of the properties and the friendliness of the staff! Marie led my tour and was super responsive to the questions that I had, was super knowledgeable about the property and contracts, and very friendly from start to finish. I hope to sign at Reveille Ranch soon because of how great my tour experience was.

This isnt the newest or fanciest development in C Stat but I think its a good value for the money. The staff has been friendly and easy to work with. Overall, a positive experience.

I have lived at Reveille for almost two years now! The people who work there & those who live there are all so kind and willing to help. The study rooms are great and always clean. My favorite part is the free scantrons and pool area which are great for hanging out with friends. With a gym close by, it makes it so much easier to work out! There are so many events and prizes and giveaways which make it fun as well. Great place to live!

It is an amazing apartment for the price. The units are great; theyre big enough, have balconies, are very quiet (barely hear roommates and neighbors), and any maintenance issues get resolved within a day or two at most. Electricity is cheap since the apartments are just inside Bryan. I was paying $30 for electricity a month.The management is decent too, much better than the management where Im currently staying. If I had an issue, theyd actually try to solve it, which seems like a foreign concept to some other places (*cough* NPC *cough*). Marie at the front desk was especially helpful when I had questions about my lease or needed help.

Reveille Ranch was a perfect example of an apartment complex for students that is cheap and has easy access to campus. The complex had a decent maintenance team and was on a bus stop. However, they often took long when actually fixing the problem. I do not think they use the roommate matcher very well, even though I had no problems with my roommates, we were not compatible outside of living together. The leasing team was not very helpful except for Marie, she would always be there to help and when I had a maintenance emergency she knew exactly who to call. She seemed to be the only leasing agent that was willing to help and I would often request her at the desk because I didnt want to spend time explaining myself multiple times to their other staff members.

I called the property for information and spoke with Whitney. She did an amazing job of answering all of my questions and selling this community to me. I cant wait to tour next week!

Did not move in here but I worked with Kelsi and Morgan while considering to move in with Reveille Ranch. They were incredibly professional and very helpful.

Great place to be

Living at reveille ranch has been the BEST living experience. This is my second year here and Im already signed up for my third.The staff is so nice and totally willing to help. Anytime you walk in they stop what theyre doing to help you.Maintenance gets to any problem you have within a few days. And if its something serious, they get to it right away or the next morning.I love my apartment! Anytime my friends come over they tell me how cute the apartment is, and we love using the pool!The location is really good for both blinn and A&M students. Its kind of a half way point in between the two.The events are fun, especially our pool parties! There is always free food events at least twice a month typically, which is always nice.I love it here and always tell my friends looking for new places to live here.

Reveille Ranch has the most helpful staff!Marie went above and beyond to make us feel at home and was all around the best employee, this girl needs a raise!
