Part of larger chain of deco and school supplies shops. Fairly good choice in seasonal decorum, party supplies, consumables ( cups, paper plates, napkins, table ware,... ), candles. All you will need for hobby and crafts ( though not too special ) and school. Though the store isnt that big, chances are you will find what you need for your project. Even when the store owners originated in Antwerp, language here is mostly .....french ... Not a problem ( I do speak both), however the range of eg birthday cards in Dutch is very limited. Prices are rather on the steep end .....

The shop isn’t large, but they have a good choice of products for decorations, home celebrations, school and crafting.

They have many party/deco goods and DIY goods. Also there are many disposable table wares for picnics/campings and stationaries. You will get some great ideas of the deco or theme when you plan a party. It is worth a visit and have a look around.

Its a very interesting shop where you can find a lot of things for crafting and for decoration.

I dont think its high time to see the store staff again. When buying the balloons, we asked the question when should we come and inflate them so as not to be out of schedule and also be able to organize as much as possible because we are also working! The cashier replied that at any time we can come and inflate them. Yesterday going to the Ava around 6.30 p.m., we first toured the store to possibly buy 2/3 small additional things then 6.45 p.m. we went to the checkout to pay for the items as well as asking to inflate 2 balloons and there we were told that this is not possible because it is too late ?! Why, because there are two of them in the stores and both are at the checkout and no one wants to blow up the balloons when no time slot has been given to us !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were not alone, there was another lady in the same problem as us who had a birthday the next day and couldnt, so the balloons were useless! The manager did not want to know anything for her there was no question of inflating them because of a lack of staff. Being a salesperson and making a gesture because there is an error coming from the staff, is it no longer possible? You might as well no longer be a salesperson. Finally, I ask you all the same to review the Ava Evere team because it is not normal that there are only two people in the store and to say things which apparently are not relevant causes misunderstandings. Staff should be reformed to manage a team and know how to make a gesture for 2 balls!

Nice assortment

Not very expensive, but the staff leaves much to be desired, they phone all over the store without wearing the mask.I asked a saleswoman for help finding an item, she just told me that it was written on the cardboard without moving.Even if it is a family business, the minimum is helping customers.

Ava with a mediocre range of products that are quite high priced. You have a lot of easy parking under the store, which is always a plus. I had the impression that the staff is sometimes completely understaffed for the number of customers in the store because they are busy applying to help. The products in the store are unclearly arranged, so you sometimes have to search for what you are looking for for a fairly long time. The disadvantage is also that the staff does not speak Dutch (or at least insufficiently), which is actually incomprehensible for a store in this region.

I go there regularly for certain occasions (baptism, baby shower, new year, ...). Always a great assortment. Beautiful collections for the holidays. The events department is always beautiful. Friendly staff!

Hello, I have a complaint to make I have already bought several balloons helium ava but Ive never seen that the balloons that I bought at 18h Saturday are already on the ground the next morning? is not normal and it proves that we have to mix air and helium I find it scandalous!You should notify your employees! And make me a compensation for at least inflate my balloons I had 6 in total ...Yours truly

A good ava with great service and well stocked

I just bought a Christmas wreath. Every 20 cm there are 2-3 balls that are missing or are deformed. For that price I will buy more 5 garlands without defect on Aliexpress. But thats exactly what Im going to do in the future.Long live the Aliexpress!
