Love the service and the people!

The employee made an agreement with me by phone to take back the 4kg bag of food without an invoice. However, when I went there, she refused the agreement because it could not be found in their computer system. She told me that for the purchases to be entered into their system, it would have taken a consultation with a veterinarian. Whatever. I wasted 1 hour of my time not counting the trip between. This is a store that I will never return to. Poor service ! Beware.
