Well-staffed, you can get a lot done here, like printing from Canva, dropping off papers to be shredded, buying items from special paper to trash bags to computer equipment. Good one stop shop for school and more. The people at the Copy Center are always helpful and patient, and managers have also helped with specific issues with precision and courtesy. Great experiences at this Staples!

Service charge $20 for copying and the service itself was not good.The staff forgot to copy the last page and I had to organize in order.Price for copying already blatantly went up and the total cost is shocking along with low quality paper.(used to be thicker)

Its not like I havent experienced some bad service here like others here have described--I have--but for the most part, Ive found the staff here to be quite helpful and polite. It also offers a lot of amenities (postal service, copy center, etc) and has ample parking, which is a rarity in Brooklyn.

This Staples is ALWAYS clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and the copies for the most part are always working. Their stock is good and have had everything I’ve come to get. This store has its own parking lot and it’s a good location. I’m in here almost daily it seems and it’s always easy in easy out.

The store is clean, the staff went out of their way to assist me in locating an item for my dad, the stock person checked in the back storage to see if there were any more, the manager checked the computer to see what other store had the item in stock and each store member was polite, helpful and wore a smile that made me feel as if I owned the store.

Had to make an quick purchase for supplies and was very impressed by the level of attentiveness and helpfulness at this location. The employees that were on the floor answered my questions and even took the time to walk me over to the aisle I needed. I was asked twice in the short time I was there if I needed help and everyone was friendly. I would definitely shop here again.

I came in this morning with a jpeg on a USB stick, to print an 11x14 replica of a poster I had as a young man. Ashley, the manager, was behind the Print counter and was a complete professional! She made sure the image was sized correctly, offered me the option of glossy paper, and even cut the paper to the right size. AND the poster looks great!As retail locations struggle during this pandemic with social distancing guidelines and patience running low all around, Ashelys professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction was refreshing and inspiring. Nobody was kept waiting too long, and she was able to focus on me without ignoring anyone behind me (Ill be right with you in a moment, sir, etc).I shop at this location all the time and the staff here is consistently reliable, helpful and knowledgeable, but I want to give extra kudos to Ashley for her outstanding service this morning; she really did make my day!

About 1h to bind the pages of a very simple presentation document. The young man apparently did not know how to do the job properly. I saw him pulling out the pages of my presentation to make copies and put the copies back in to put the pages together. Then when he finally finished, I asked if he had to replace the pages and if the quality of the pages was the same. He said yes and when I checked, the pages were totally different quality, with a poor finish. He was about to give me the final document without saying anything. That is an application for a big grant, so presentation and professionalism does matter! I asked him to print the pages again from my usb. Same results. Finally I had him print them again from the self service printing machines I used, then he reopened the document and replaced the pages under my supervision. I had to ask him to give me the copies cause he left them randomly on the desk. The document is copyrighted... Big sigh. The guy is young and so unprofessional. So I didnt take it further but what a waste of my time! That poor service should have been free!

Initially hesitate about placing an order at this center after reading all the nightmare reviews, I must say I had the most amazing experience with Ms. Stephanie, one of staff at the Print & Marketing Center. Anxious about printing a 36x44 poster the day before a medical conference (which apparently is nearly impossible to print without outsourcing to a third-party within a 24-hr range), Ms. Stephanie was extremely patient, professional, understanding, and supportive. Not only was I able to print my poster in time, but also it looked fantastic! One month after attending the conference in late April, Im back just to leave a fair and honest review. I can not give a more laudatory review to express my gratitude.

I bought powerbeats pro here. I tried to return them as I found a better price online. The store manager Jeff, informed me that the serial numbers were different. He was correct, however I didnt switch the product with another. He told me he would look into it and contact me. I called him and emailed him. He never got back to me. Although I understand where he was coming from an email or call back would have been appeciated about the status of the investigation. It has been about a month and I still havent heard anything through email or a phone call.

I love coming here! Staples is a playground for me. Its great to be able to hop on my bike and pick up office supplies. Im a big fan of their ARC notebook system. People are always willing to help me find what I need. Ive also had a nice banner made here.

Had to print an odd-sized poster quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to give me a quote for the print and get everything done within 10 minutes. When the first print came out with a wrinkle, they printed another one without any questions or costs. Great service and great quality printing!! Would definitely come back for any future printing needs.

Terrible customer service & leadership!I placed an order on Thursday and sent the files over AFTER speaking to Ashley the store manger.She assured me they would have the order complete by Sunday for a VERY important Critical Care training course I flew in to teach.She said the files were having difficulty loading and would call me back to update me.Ashley never called back prompting me to call the store to see what was going on. The employees couldn’t find my order then said they would contact Ashley to find out what had happened. I received a call later Thursday evening and the employee said Ashley has spoke to me and that it would be ready for pick up when I arrived in town.On Sunday I landed and called to ensure it was ready for pickup. The store employee was disrespectful and unable to find my order. After contacting the manager they later said the project was hold, then I was told it was routed to another store, then they said they would have to redo them in the store and did not think they would have it ready by closing in 3 hours.I just want to express my severe disappointment for a few reasons 1) the students may not have the study guide the goes along with the course for day 12) A a business owner I was looking to see if this was a viable solution to a problem we’re having getting study-guides to courses and would have potentially yielded CO student business with Staples for our business but is NO LONGER GOING TO HAPPEN3) I have had to contact your team and staff multiple times with no one returning my calls as they stated they would 4) The print staff is unknowledgeable and discourteous 5) The manager failed to meet the expectations of the customer and blamed the customer for being proactive and contacting the store when she stated she would return my calls and NEVER did thus leading to this situation.A failure at all levels. I have followed this up with a corporate complaint as well.

Staples AKA Back to School Depot. Great prices on quality brands. When school gets ready to start they stack barrels of supplies all around the store. Get printer ink and paper here The Staples brand notebooks are sturdy and worth the money. Usually have every supply on a teachers list and then some. For younger kids just get notebooks, pencils and pens but for other supplies youd do better at Dollar Tree or . 99 cent stores. Been there, done that.Save some money!

This is an excellent staples. Great selection of tape. My expectations for staples are pretty low I guess. Everything Ive gotten printed here has been sort of disappointing, but what do you expect its staples. Once a woman named Natalie really helped me out with some printing issues. Just tried to return an item at this location. The first customer service I talked to, Sumri, was very unpleasant, did not greet me, and said right away that she could not take the return. So I talked to manager Gustavo, who is the most rude and unhappy employee I ever met at Staples. Right away he started making up so many excuses on why he would not accept my return. I had to call the 800 number and talk to two people to finally have manager Patricia to tell Gustavo to take my return. Gustavo was giving so much grief even to Patricia. Patricia was able to finally authorize the return. In spite of everything, I left thanking Gustavo. He didnt say anything and he turned his back on me and left with his grumpy and unhappy face. I wonder why Gustavo works with customers if he is so unhelpful and rude. He sets the tone for the entire store.

Do not send your documents to be printed here. There is a high likelihood they will not be able to locate them within the copy and print system that their management probably thought was a great idea to implement. Want a printing service that makes excuses? Go here and wait for thirty minutes before they tell you they cant find it. Goes to show you that simply emailing your jobs in wasnt such an inefficient idea after all.

If youre looking for a professional and well managed copy and print center, keep looking. I spent a few days trying to get a job completed by them and only ended up with wasted time and frustration to show for it. Other locations that Ive worked with have competed the same order with no problems, and have been much easier to work with. Check Yelp too, those horror stories are probably true. Good luck!

I came in planning to make a purchase for starting school.. I walked around for a while, the prices seemed expensive, and I ended up taking only a few urgent stuff, and decided to take my purchase to Amazon.. when I got to the register, the prices were not as mentioned on the tags.. they were lower. I wanted to go back but I didnt have time to start checking prices again.. I ended up spending around $10, and if the prices were as attractive on the tags as they were at the register I would spend much more. Too bad..

After 30 minutes one office supply associate answered and told me theyd transfer me over... after 10 minutes still no response.. I decided to stay on the line but call again from a different phone...ANOTHER associate answered told me he could ask copy and print my question.. it has been 17 minutes since we spoke ....Im still waiting for an answer.Please tell me what the issue is here

Lazy, unhelpful and distracted, the print center is manned by malfunctioning robots. They clearly send their smarter employees to the Madison Ave location where the service was just the opposite, helpful and efficient. I came back the next day and was helped by Natalie, efficient and helpful. Just added 3 stars to my original 1 star. She was multitasking and polite. I guess it just depends who is on that day.

Useless employees in there. 4 people standing behind the counter flirting with each other talking about everything under the sun other than work. 1 other person checking customers out. Everyone having to wait while the staff acts like theyre in a bar or a high school cafeteria - this is why its better to always go with Amazon.

They are well stocked and have a marvelous new line of office products in bright colors by Poppin. They have a great selection of printer paper. I like the fact that they have such a great selection of office storage items. Ive never encountered a wait in the copy center. They have a good selection of computers, printers, and fax machines.However, shopping at Staples 4th Ave. is extremely difficult. Checkout times are never under 15-30 minutes, and thats with just 1 or 2 people ahead of you on line. The checkout workers do not seem to know what they are doing. Several times, they have failed to give me all of the bags of items Ive paid for, after taking 15 minutes to ring me up. The same goes for stocking- they are often out of stock.The copy center does a great job and they are very helpful, but their prices at 13 cents per copy, are the highest in Brooklyn, where standard prices are 10 to 11 cents per page. This is especially puzzling, since for many years they charged 2 cents a copy, so they went from being the cheapest to being the most expensive copy center.

Went inside store to purchase desk, chair and printer, was told by attendant that prior to delivery to expect a call however the call came when the items was at my address, after receiving a this call and informing that person to hold for 20 min since it would took me about that time to get to them i was cursed at and told they will come back the following day without a timeline... called into the store to get some satisfaction and the manager was just as rude.... very unprofessional there i wouldnt recommend this store....

Printing and Marketing.I was trying to get self-stick labels printed, never did it before. So I called in advance to know particulars and recommended programs. The woman on the phone was quick to get short in tone when I asked questions based on anything that wasn’t clear.I complete the process of setting up the labels on the Avery website and I called back to confirm and for further instruction. They told me the same instructions as the first time which was to email yourself a copy of the PDF file you make from the Avery website and bring it in, and there would be a 24-your wait time. It is Monday, I need to bring these in Wednesday morning.I arrive and they are quite slow with addressing customers, but were friendly. I finally get served to find out I needed to get a format number that registers with the Avery label you will print from. I was never instructed to find this after calling TWICE, and after paying for a computer I was still unable to get that info (only $0.98).I find out I have to redo them and bring them in tomorrow with a new format and buy the labels in advance. This leaves me late for work because I budgeted enough time for delays on train and the drop off of my labeling order. They didn’t care, except for the manager. I spoke to 3 different people over the course of 2 calls. They all gave me the same incomplete instructions.They are genuinely careless if not incompetent. You’re better off buying your own printer and label sets to save yourself the headache assuming you use it only once per year. At least Avery’s website is easy to use.

The hours posted for Sunday say they close at 8pm. I walked up at 7:40pm, the gates were not closed, and the store was full of staff members. A man came from inside and shouted to myself and a couple getting out of their car “The store is closed folks! 7pm!” While the couple drove off, I tried to nicely tell the worker that online it was listed on Google as 8pm, but he walked toward me with his phone in his hand, and put it up to my face to show me a photo of a sign I couldn’t read and said sharply “Staples website” and turned to walk away. I pulled up the Google page to show him and said “Ok so here it says..” and he cut me off to say “Sorry! Can’t change it!” I told him he should try for the sake of customer service, and he yelled out as he was closing the doors “Sorry! Separate entity!”Strange how he was just closing the doors at 7:45 if they closed at 7pm.

I came here because my HP laptop backlight went out & this was supposed to be an authorized HP service center. My laptop is still under warranty so I thought they could fix my PC for free or cheap. After a long wait they told me I need a whole new screen at a cost of 150 bucks, which is not true since I have seen online that a backlight replacement is an easy procedure. The fat guy at the service center is a con artist who tried to rip me off. If you want honest service this is the last place you should go.
