The spot is small. The staff was very nice. Store was organized nicely.

The Male clerk was Cold as ice. Bought a ps4 controller charging stand and he could not be bothered. No eye contact. No greeting. Was friendly and polite to him but must have been having a bad day.

They have yet to pick up their own phone, and when I go into the store I get the rude service or the rude slow service. I want neither! I just want to use my warranty or buy a damn game.

Open or closed.-They will sell you damaged accessories and refuse to take it back because they are damaged.-Pre order shipments NEVER come in on the date they are scheduled to come in.² That might not be 100% their fault, but they always partner woth the least reliable shipment companies, so nothing ever comes on their release dates.- its Gamestop

Went in to purchase my niece a Rolblux card. Checked out quickly.

Friendly courteous staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Needed my sons PS4 to be checked out, due to overheating. They swapped it out for a new one out the box and I was on my way. Make sure you purchase the warranty for these systems because you never know what can happen. My son only had it for about 9 months, before it became defective. Another added bonus is that the gentleman was able to pull my info up by my phone number and never asked for the receipt that I couldnt find anyway.

Took my son there. We were looking around for a good 20 min and not one person came up to us to ask if we needed help. Overall, decent selection of games, new and used. Prices were a little more expensive than what I found on the internet but my kid wanted to buy it right there and then lol! I guess you pay for the convenience.

I called for a game and asked if it was available. Was told yes then went all the way to the store and was told no not till Tuesday. Meanwhile I know a few people who went to the gateway store and got the game when they didn’t pre order it or nothing. If they would just told me no over the phone instead making me go all the way there to tell me no i would’ve been fine with it.

It was not crowded so the staff was very helpful we was able to get all we need.

Take way too long to confirm that a game is available for pick-up if youre looking to put it on hold. They barely answer the phone as well. Its a small store, so there should be no reason for them to take over 20 minutes to let me know if a game is available.

I came into this store after being treated badly by the store on Zero. The Gentleman behind the counter was Awesome. He was speaking to some previous customers as we arrived. Once they left the store he was all to what we needed. The previous store was trying to charge us for a repair fee on a piece that was not put on correctly which we didnt know he slid it off and fixed it no problem. No charge. He explained store credit told us about the One X we are wanting to purchase soon. He made us feel like our business mattered and wasnt just money in the drawer. He was Excellent Changed our home store Just because of this experience in itself

I recently visited this game stop with my son, after he picked out the game he wanted,we stood by the counter to purchase the game , nobody acknowledge us. The store was empty we were the only customers there and 3 employees, when I finally spoke they said they didn’t know I needed help and acted as if i was crazy... bad customer service, I will never go back there...

Quade is knowledgeable af. Definitely ask for him and any suggestions he may have. I saw him recommend really good games to this guy- the man walked out with close to 30 games that he genuinely wanted based on Quades description. He is a gem.

They need to learn to pick up a phone in this store and answer their POS system when a customer is trying to put an Item on hold. I know they do daily counts of their new systems and games because I used to work there so any information I find online is updated daily. If youre not going to do your job then dont work there.

Very clean and organzed. Visited this store while i was food shopping. Their console games section is neat. All Microsoft on one half of the store. Sonys products ar the other half and there are others in a section. They sell merchandise. Alot of good shirts. Action figures. This store has 2 entrances. Front and back. Counter is in the main center. Customer service is friendly. Ill be looking forward to buying games from here.

I went to this Game Stop brought 4 Playstation cards as a gift for children. The cards did not work. Game stop told me it happens often and for me to call Sony. Its nothing they could do. Unwilling to hel . Very disappointed.
