We used BairesDev years ago briefly for a project. Their developers were slow and very mediocre at best. They have since used my name, perused my LinkedIn connections, and reach out to my contacts that have software businesses to solicit new business, using my name in their solicitations. Its incredibly shady and desperate business practice, I wouldnt recommend this firm to anyone.
