I could spend all day at this store. For all your furnishing and household electronic needs, without having to pay top dollar for the latest. If youre looking to buy a TV for example but are more interested in functionality and price rather than being the latest model, then this is the place for you.

Checked out the fridges. The one I liked is no cheaper at the clearance store, but they do have lots of other items for greatly reduced prices. If only I had an endless bank account.

All the advertisements indicated they sold laptop computers. I walked 3.5 KMs to get there only to find out they didnt.So I bought a pushbike from cash converters next door.

Great place to go to for Shopping. Everything you may need is here. The staff at this store are friendly and helpful. During this COVID-19 Pandemic time, the staff stand at a fair distance away from you, but close enough for them to hear your questions and quiries that you may have. Worth going to. Ill be back there sometime in the future. 😀

Beware of the seconds and ask if they are b-stock. We bought a fridge that we had been told was a second as it had a scratch on it. After a months use it completely died. After being told by the repairman that the fridge had extensive work already done on the inside and talking to Electrolux I was informed it was a manafacturer referbished fridge. After many calls with both Electrolux and Harvey Norman I did pay an additional amount to receive a brand new fridge. However, I felt this was highly mid leading and would never have bought the fridge if I new it had already had extensive repair. Harvey Norman said they did not know but the repairman had pointed out a large b inside that indicates this. Either they need to train there staff to explain this or the just acted dumb to save face.

The girl wasnt very friendly or helpful

The electrical department manager promised that he would send someone to my house to connect the washing machine that I purchased from the Harvey Norman homestarter store as the delivery men failed to do so. Weeks later I am still waiting 😒. He also promised they would pick up all the plastic wrapping.The delivery men did manage to scratch my new fridge and my flooring. I have not heard a response about my complaint regarding this.

Warehouse staff at Bennett Green are very unhelpful and rude. Except you to tie your load down in the rain after you have spent $$$ on their goods

I attended the store last Saturday and was greeted by Carl. He was so professional and friendly.I suffer from acute back pain which Carl noticed so asked the delivery man to assist with assembling my bed - shout out to the deliver man also.Carl really went above and beyond and I appreciate his help.

Some great prices if you can take the time to compare. Be willing to ask if you can do a deal if you are buying 3 or more items.

Don’t come and offer assistance if you don’t have any knowledge about the product. Don’t make assertions on things you don’t know. Staff member gave incorrect advice about an electrical appliance and when we confirmed in manual that he was wrong, we politely advised him of the mistake he made and we were given a defensive attitude by the employee. Don’t come here ! !

We bought a Samsung fridge at Harvey Norman Broadmeadow. The service was very good, but the delivery guys were exceptional when they delivered the fridge today taking our old fridge away down 15 steps. No trouble for them - well done guys. We will certainly be back next time we need electrical or white goods.

Better prices on all stock in this store. Awesome customer service to. No dumb questions asks just relevant questions.

They have a great selection of furniture and appliances and the prices are really good.Sometimes they might stock end of range items which means being prepared to purchase the floor unit.They will deliver if needed.Only down side is if you purchase furniture and electronics like a television you need to pay separately for them at different pay points.

There is an opportunity to find some well priced stock here and there is room to negotiate, even more so if a factory second or there is slight damage.

I was looking for a discontinued line and they had it.

The after sale service is terrible. We bought a 6 burner Glem gas and electric stove and oven that is malfunctioning with the oven door heating up very hot and gas burners not always lighting. The over door is particularly dangerous now we have a toddler in the house. Weve called Harvey Norman many times about the fault and were eventually told they would send a technician to inspect. No one showed up. We called again and were told a technician would come the next day. Still no one. We still have a dangerously faulty oven we cant get fixed or return.

Prices are very competitive and the range is good. Some of the staff were very helpful but others not so much. I have purchased from here several times because they have severe discounts for minor cosmetic damages. Its usually my first stop when looking to upgrade or replace costly items eg fridge washer etc.

I bought a stove and was told I would get the missing splash back ASAP.I keep going to the Store seeking the splash back.They usually write down my name and say they will get back to me but never do.A month has gone bye.Still hopeful and I will keep visiting the store until I get what I paid for.But is this how to do business?

My time at this store was great all the staff were wonderful i purchased a few items. Come day of delievery i experienced rudeness from 1 of the delievery guys, leaving my delievery i the middle of a room in my home. The guy who was helping the delievery guy came back and helped me install my fridge. But at the moment i have no intention at going back to the store
