Have used Wemoto for Motorcycle parts for probably 7-8 years and literally never had anything but a great experience. Super reliable and fast turn around, great selection of genuine and high quality aftermarket parts. Also because Im a child I love it when I get an included goody with my delivery but what happened to the yellow Wemoto key chain band?! Its blue now! •-•

I placed a small order with Wemoto, and after a week, chased up the delivery. After a quick email, the office replied to say it looked as though it was lost in the post, but not to worry, they would send it again via overnight delivery. Sure enough next day a parcel arrived.You cannot argue with the customer service. Ive used this company for a long time, and can say they are a pleasure to deal with, well done guys.

Used this company for over ten years, Really helpful, had an issue with registered date of bike being slightly younger than manufacture date so wrong break pads ordered, Otto sent new ones out and a free return label straight away. I have used Wemoto on several occasions and have been thoroughly impressed each time.The first time I was back in 2017 when I was doing an engine rebuild of my fairly old motorbike. I was having trouble sourcing a gasket kit that wasnt going to cost a fortune to have it shipped from overseas. The Wemoto team found me the right product for a great price. During the process I had a few email conversations with Liam, and I was very grateful for his professionalism, knowledge and courteousness.I have just fitted a replacement tachometer cable from Wemoto. Ordered a pair of Marving silencers for my Yamaha xj 600s diversion Wednesday 13th October and delivered Thursday 14th October . Liam took my order over the phone, he was very helpful and polite. The silencers were very well packed , and sent out within hours of ordering. Fitted on the bike Friday and they look and sound great. Superb customer service from wemoto, I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: was phoned up by the store to say that management had seen my review and my issues I received and had issued a 50% refund on my order, nice to see the customer service is pretty decent here 👌Phoned the store to ask about the delivery for a part as I needed is ASAP for an MOT already booked and paid for!I placed the order on a Thursday and They assured me I would have my part either Tuesday or Wednesday, which I was happy with as I could easily fit in time for its mot..6 days go by and I see on the order status that it still isnt dispatched, and so again I phone up.. now the tell me Im not going to get the part until either Friday or Saturday, completely missing my mot as it would be a failure..I an so annoyed that if I was told I would have to wait 9 days for a part then I could of easily went elsewhere and had the part fitted and ready to go ALREADY!WHY TELL A CUSTOMER ONE THING WHEN THEY HAVE PROVISIONS THEY HAVE ASKED BEFORE PURCHASING, THEN LIE ..?

I ordered some parts for my mt125, which included some wet and dry sheets of various grades. I got an email telling me they didnt have all the parts in stock, so they would send me what they had and post the rest when available. I received the bulk of my order within 48 hrs and then the following day received another package with 1 sheet of wet and dry in! I wouldnt have even noticed it was missing and Im sure the postage and packing cost more than the 1 sheet they sent. Customer service of the Highest quality, Wemoto will now be my first choice for all my parts and accessories. Thanks guys and gals 👍

I had an interview for a job there. went ok I thought, I was invited to do a trial shift, I thought it went ok. However, I never heard from them again. I dont mind not getting the job, its fine, Its absolutely fine, I have a job. What I do mind is the lack of courtesy and professionalism, to leave someone waiting for a month and not bothering to tell them you dont have the job is rude at best, Its only an email, how long can it take?? how very cruel and callous. Maybe they just forgot? maybe they just did not give a ----- ? Obviously, if they choose not to choose you, you are in the death star dumpstar, either way, I would not work there if it was the last job on earth. good luck with your parts. and if you apply for a job there, dont hold your breath....very, very, very poor

Good reliable website for ordering parts for your motorcycle. Ive used them a few times now and accurate/fast delivery. Prices reasonable. Some products on their site they dont show accurate pictures for so its hard to know what youre ordering or if it will fit your model exactly.

Ordered some fork seals from wemoto and the wrong size came (or so I thought) As it turns out the forks on my bike were older than I thought and required different seals. Wemoto helped me find the correct seal and shipped it to me free of charge! Perfect customer service

Ive ordered a Sprocket set & others with an online order. At first Ive received badly machined Sunstar rear sprocket which has got metal shavings on it. Also I didnt like the teeth profile of the other tooths, dont want to ruin my new DID. Ive got in touch with their sales team and they (Liam) offered me to replace that with another brand without any extra cost. The day after Ive received another sprocket and return envelope. This weekend job done. Really happy with their customer service.

Lack of communication between staff and customer.Have had to constantly chase them up on my order and get told something different each time i call, not very good customer service.Update: as much as i was not happy with the service i was initially provided what I was happy about was the way they handled the issue afterwards. Unlike majority of companies they did not shy away from the error made and in fact were incredibly apologetic. They also took it upon themselves to show my custom is valued and that is very rare these days. That alone is enough to make me want to in fact continue being a customer of theirs. Although mistakes were made initially i feel this is a company that puts the customer first and will in fact always look to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Hi all, I ordered various parts from Wemoto and I am in SHOCK !!, SPEECHLESS and OVERWHELMED, my last order was sent to me in South Africa on 7 January 2021 and arrived in country on the 10th of January 2021. After 3800 emails, yes 3800 to the South African Post office, I still havent received my parcel. I have been in constant contact with Dan from WEMOTO, he was/is extremely helpful, replied every time and this morning I got an Email that blew me out off my seat. He is resending everything via DHL for free, this is unheard off, I have never experienced anything like this. Brought mirrors for my cbr 1000rr (£100 per mirror) 1st lot came scratched. Second lot have one orange side light and the other mirror has a flashing white light. Wont give me a refun until they have there mirrors back (not legal in the uk) so they are no good anyway. Poor customer care... No quality checks nothing. Wont be using wemoto again.

Big thank you to Wemoto for their amazing service. I bought a pair of YSS shocks G-series through my bike mechanic (Traxden Motorcycles) as they had trade rates with Wemoto. The shocks started leaking after 20K, but they were still under 2-year warranty. I first contacted YSS support, but they did not even reply to my email. I then went to Traxden Motorcycles and they took a picture and sent to Wemoto. Replacement shocks came within a week and this was BEFORE we sent the faulty ones, so I was up and running with new pair of shocks within an hour. This is top-notch customer support in my book. I highly recommend this company.

I live 10 minutes down from the shop, my MC mechanic tried to order some parts for me and he has used and bought a lot of my stuff from them before. The items that are needed are in stock however unable to collect due to pre-arranged collections only, the next one is 3 days away so now he has to recover the bike back to his workshop and wait 4-6 days for it to arrive in the post. Completely appalling service and I doubt Ill be returning. Completely understand about needing pre-arranged services for pick up that day, however 3 days is a bit excessive especially for a key worker like myself and need it to get to work. Id like to know how many collections they are allowing per day, whats wrong with me waiting outside the shop, them opening the door and putting it on the floor, walking away then me pick it up, it would have taken a minute of their time. Thanks very much for causing me to pay a recovery fee when I couldve had it sorted in no time at all. Great help to key workers....not!
