A few days ago I brought my jacket to this cleaning place because I dropped some cooking oil on it and I thought that I could use their help.They told me that they have an solution that can help out but probably didn’t even bother to use it.It is very disappointing because only after one wash at home I got rid of the oil stains only by using some vanish and vinegar. not mention the fact that I washed it in the bath tub and the water came out really dirty, like they did not even washed the jacket .I strongly do not recommend this place, just a waste of money.Sorry I am not trying to be mean, but this is what it is. 😊

I have used this service multiple times. While the service itself is quite good, for some reason when it comes to delivery and pickup, it is appalling. The lack of professionalism from the delivery staff is astounding. Not only the refused to pick-up/deliver the bags from/to my doorstep - as described in their service agreement - but they were very rude about it as well.

Whilst I can’t fault their cleaning, and they collected and returned when they said, sadly they returned an incorrect shirt first time I used them and now maintain they have given me the right shirt and are now unresponsive. I know what shirts I gave them. Poor customer service if things go wrong.

Ive no used this company a few times for a mixture of dry clean and laundry - a few clicks on the app, they pick up basically whenever you want, and drop back 24 hours later - on time, inexpensive, and responsive via the app or email. Much better than lugging huge laundry bags around!

This place is truly outstanding. The turn around time is super fast, my clothes are always beautifully washed and folded. I dry cleaned a vintage coat with them recently and not only did they dry clean it beautifully but they also mended the massive rip in the back (the rip was there before I sent it to them)!! I can hardly tell it was ever there and they did unprompted! Amazing service.

Arrived earlier than scheduled to pick up the order, luckily I was home so gave the items but they then sent an email saying nobody was home for the handoverDamaged 2 items in the order then blamed the quality of the items for the issue when the items were expensive rare vintage silk scarfs and they were specifically asked to take special care when cleaning themAnother item was returned smelling of body odourI asked to be contacted by the manager to complain but no contact made for weeks until I repeated contact with themRefused to compensate for the damage in anyway, even to reduce the cleaning costs paidI now know why they were the only dry cleaning company I contacted to query the cost of cleaning such expensive items who quoted the same price as a general everyday scarf advertised on their price list!

Brilliant service! Needed a dress cleaned as got a mark on a brand new dress which was a present. Went to another dry cleaners first who said no chance of it coming out and certainly not before Christmas. I thought I would get a second opinion, came to click clean and they were amazing. I was told it would be ready for collection in 2 days or maybe sooner, they would call me if this was possible and the clean would not be an issue. Picked it up today looks great! In time for Christmas and looks beautifully clean. Highly recommend

They collected and delivered in a precise 1 hour slot free of charge, and were very happy to help when needed. Finally found a simple reliable service, I couldnt recommend more!

I have tried a number of other collection and delivery dry cleaning services in East Sussex and nothing compares to this. Absolutely amazing Brighton dry cleaning and laundry service. I get my suits dry cleaned here for work and I also get my weekly washing done. Their free collection and delivery is convenient and always on time. I highly recommend. I took there brand new curtains which came back with blue patches on them and definitely not ironed. Their response: Your curtains are cheap and its the manufacturer|s fault. They were from IKEA and honestly I have never had a problem with anything I bought from there. Oh I didnt know you only cleaned expensive fabrics!!! You cant call someones curtains cheap just like that, how dare you? Who are you to judge whats cheap or not? Then the lady moved on and said: It happened by accident therefore Im not liable for it. I can reassure you that this is not the case for any other job! If I make a mistake by accident at my work, Im still liable for it. However, I apologize and I try to make things write. The attitude of that lady was atrocious. The young guy that was with her was not any helpful either. They did not want to refund me and I have not heard from their manager although I left my email address to be contacted. AVOID at any cost.

I brought in my Glorious Gangsta Tracksuit Bottoms. They were fine when I gave them in but when I got them back I was so disappointed the gold tassel metal part on them had come off and I was ready for a performance as well and I had to look at them in disgust. So its they either fix my Tracksuit Bottoms or they give me my money back for what I payed to get them dry cleaned and they give me the money I payed for the Tracksuit Bottoms which is £35.00 Ive got the receipt to prove it.

I like to thank click and clean for the service and being very helpful. I needed to get my suit cleand for a wedding and i put the wrong return date when my wife phoned them and they said that it was not a problem and i got my suit back in time for the wedding .so i like to say thank you for your service and i will use your service again

Fantastic service, collecting my items at a time convenient for me and delivering them back in time for work on Monday. Really ideal especially when you dread ironing as much as I do! The Customer service was fantastic

Really disappointing experience with CCC.After a positive start, with clothes collected within 24 hours of my initial call, the service deteriorated rapidly.The quality of the returned, apparently cleaned, clothes was appalling... it genuinely looked as though they had simply been ironed and put in a plastic bag. I contacted the company immediately, with photographic evidence if necessary, however they didn’t have the decency to reply.Shame, as they looked as though they had potential.

I messed up the delivery date on the app but when I called them they were super helpful and got the suit on the next delivery so I could have it ready for the weekend. 5 stars!

Worst customer service ever. Broke a brand new wool coat. Denied it, didn’t return it, claimed they hadn’t collected it etc. Would not contact me. In the end Phass Eight (who made the coat & have the most incredible customer service) replaced the coat as an act of kindness & decided to take CCC on themselves with their legal team. Absolutely appalling company, management & staff were so rude.

Ive found this service a god send. They collect your laundry and re-deliver it washed and dried. They are reliable and fabulously you can choose the pick up and re-delivery times to the hour.

Had these guys clean all sorts for me from bedding to suits, always a quality job done. Cant imagine a more convenient solution to laundry. Booking pick up and delivery by the hour is genius, you dont even get that level of service from Amazon.

I used CCC for the first time a couple of weeks ago, I couldn’t have been more impressed (ironing only). Just received my 2nd delivery back today and I’m horrified by the standard of ironing, eg. my cotton shirt came crumpled In a bag, previously it was beautifully pressed on a hanger. Such a shame because I would of used them weekly, they’ve lost my business and now I need to get out the ironing board, feeling ripped off!

Dreadful company. Took in a number of items to be cleaned, one of which they lost. It took me two weeks and numerous phone calls (which were variously fobbed-off) to get an email denying any responsibility/telling me that it was my fault that I didnt check the items on receival. I realised their mistake immediately after getting home, and suggest that it is the job of the front of house to ensure that my items are present and checked off at the point of collection, not mine to discover. Still staggered by the unapologetic and charmless tone of their email and the complete absence of any gesture to make amends. I will never be using this company again, and would recommend others avoid too.Edit: in response to your totally disingenuousness reply and further mistruths. I refer you back to my email to you on the 28/9:I tried to contact you several times the day after collection (I realised the error very shortly after collection, but having collected just before you closed you weren’t available to discuss), but no one picked up the phone. I first spoke with a member of your team the following day on the 13th and they said to leave the matter with them.None of this goes any way to explaining why it has taken you two weeks and multiple calls on my behalf to get even so much as an unhelpful response.It is the job of the front of house to ensure that my items are present and checked off at the point of collection, not mine to discover. Perhaps they were in a rush to leave, given the lateness in the day? Is the inference that I would spend so much time and effort to make up a fictional missing corduroy jacket?Here is a laughable fallacy:all items that are collected and delivered are securely itemised through our state-of-the-art IT systems. Our system will not enable any order to complete if items are missing or incomplete.This is simply untrue. You have a computer. Well done. You gave me a yellow raffle-ticket type receipt much like every other dry cleaner, I gave it back to you and paid and you handed me 3 out of the 4 items, which were wrapped, so I didnt immediately realise that there was an item missing. I then left the premises.There is evidence from other reviews that you have both failed to return items to other customers and have failed to pick up the phone many times. So much for your cutting edge practises. Ill leave it up to the discerning customer to make their own minds up when reading through your feedback.

Very poor service! So disappointed, ruined my winter coat and do not answer neither calls nor emails.

The front door says it open at 9 am ...this is clearly wrong, I wait from 9 to 9:30 to Open so I decided to go somewhere else instead, they just lost a customer for not open on time.
