They were easy and comfortable to work with . They helped through each step in selling our condo. They cheerfully answer all my questions ( I had alot of questions). They kept us informed when anything new happen. I would definitely go back to them if we needed to sell again. This was the 2nd condo they helped us sell.

We recently bought a home in which the seller had hired Gerken as her realtor. We knew the seller and went through her to look at the property. When we went to the closing, we found out that Gerken charged us a transaction fee of $195.00. When we asked what this was for, we were told it was the fee for services provided to us for retaining them. We were astounded! We quickly told them we had not retained them, nor had they provided any services for us. It was the seller they provided services for. But we were not refunded this transaction fee. We will not recommend this realty agency to anyone.

The home buyer process is stressful for everyone, but I recommend knowing your realtor knows what you need or will take the time to help you even after they have received payment from closing. I hope to never have to buy a home again.I appreciated the help after I made a complaint though.

Charlie and Yulia sold our villa villa in Stonebridge Village last year in 3 days.
