The reason I gave J & J Auto a 5 Star is for these reasons. In 2016 I bought a new truck, payments were high but it’s new with warranty etc and it was through Scotia Dealer Advantage. Through the next 4 yrs was awful, posted late payments which were false which in time lowered my credit. Tried to rectify that with them but it got worse. So with J & J Auto I worked with the finance Manager for approx 3 yes to get my payments lower. Because of SDA it was difficult, finally Rhiley Kamali with the tremendous help of iA Auto Finance she was able to get a new loan and get me out of my horrible loan with SDA. She went up and beyond to make this deal. With the help from the sales rep, Danny McIntosh and knowing the owner for 8 yrs, Issa this is the reason why I choose this Dealership and will for yrs to come, you should too. J&J Auto Sales took the time to show us This Lincoln and go over all the details about the car. For a test drive they handed us the keys and said take it for a spin without the salesman to me that shows trust and confidance on them selves. Soon as we sat down to fill out the paperwork theu took the car and washed it and filled the tank, I had a problem a week later with moisture inside the headlights soon as I showed them Brandon was out to the car hair dryer in habd and checked the gasket was not seated right allowing water in he dried it and resealed the lights NO CHARGE. They are like family now we stop in anytime for coffee and chit chat. They will not sell you a junker thirt rep means more and want you as a return customer. As for the Stars they rate a 10 Star rating

I believe certification is bogus on all of their vehicles. Tried selling me a certified car with 2 DIFFERENT cracks on the windshield. Then when i mentioned all of the dings in the car (at least 1 door ding on every portion of the car... all 4 doors, both fenders, both rear quarter panels) he compared them to my hwy driving rock chips. Also claims that blue book value is the only factor in price negotiation and doesnt understand that that is pretty well only for insurance write offs and will not look at surrounding cars in the area (Im sure because he knows that his is 3.5k overpriced). All of this being said, im not one of those people that say there should be a zero star option. They deserve at least 1 star for the wonderfully energetic receptionist i spoke to before this ungodly experience unfolded!**Edit** (reply)We had a 2 hour long phone call back and fourth and couldnt come up with a definite dicision so i was told by him he would call back at 930am to talk some more and then never called the entire day... Also me being in the military has nothing to do with me being a consumer, except for the fact that this owner appears to not believe that the military or a DND member is allowed to have a consumer opinion.

Got a great vehicle at my price range. My family expanded and my vehicle was getting a little tight with a baby, stroller, and a dog. I told them what I needed and how much I could do and they made it happen. Previous dealerships had said I would only be able to get a vehicle if I had a co-signer and J&J made it possible that I didnt need one. Now I can begin build my own credit without relying on anyone. The vehicle I got didnt come with command start but immediately Issa told me it would be no problem at all to put it in!

Written on Sat Sept 28 2019: This is for J&J Auto Sales in Brandon MB, I just bought a car there, i was in a super bind, my previous car on Tuesday Sept 18 breathed its last and died in front of a (closed)auto parts store on Rosser ave, i then had to cab it too and fro to work and super market for the remaining week and that really took a bite out of limited funds, i had a choice to bus it or keep cabbing it, or walk 17 blocks to work in the rain on Monday Sept 30.Low and behold J&J Auto Sales is two and a half blocks away from my apt, so i called and said i would like to buy a car That was that, They at J&J Auto Sales did not just give me a deal they WRANGLED up the very best deal available paying attention to the details, they could have stopped at the first approval but they kept going till they found the lowest price, i recommend J of J&J or if you please J will work for you just as diligently, just trying to be funny, im positive anyone working there at J&J Auto Sales will be just as diligent.And even if its not 2 blocks from your house it would be worth it to you to drive from Nova Scotia to Brandon just minus your gas and lodgings from $3000 because thats what they saved me on a 2013 Dodge Avenger, if you dont like dodge, they have other makes and models, they do all the work for you even arranging your payments the day of AFTER your paycheck arrives, they keep the cars clean and gas it up for you, and for me they even combined the test drive with registering at auto pac, VERY considerate, and when i left they told me their door is always to ALL their customers.When i left J&J Auto Sales i felt my mood was as if i had just left a fine restaurant and enjoyed a fine meal with friends, try it youll like it.
