Ishan made shopping for my first Indian wedding such an easy, fun and personable experience!! The ladies from the store even face timed me the day before to give me a lesson on how to properly drape my sari.After I bought my sari there (which they sewed in the draping upon request) we ended up buying both of my husbands outfits and my reception gown there as well. Ishan made it a private shopping experience for me, even though they’re in Canada and I am in USA. He answered all my other wedding etiquette and attire questions as well. He was basically our “wedding guest” consultant! After seeing how beautiful the quality of the clothes are, I have a new obsession: Indian clothes and jewelry. I will be wearing my outfits to Western events.In the photos the outfits we bought from Frontier are both men’s outfits, the sari, and the formal gown. Thank you Ishan!

Ishan and his whole team at Frontier Heritage are very professional and helpful. They will keep showing you pieces until you find that perfect outfit. I really appreciated how we were able to shop without being pressured. The store caries a wide range of sizes and styles and they also offer custom made. Their prices really reflect the quality of the clothing you are purchasing. Some pieces are pricier than others, but the cost is reflected in the workmanship.

My mother walked into the store today to look at bridal lenghas for my wedding. However both the shop owner and employee working at the time would NOT show my mom anything because they claimed the bride had to be there, when I was unable to make it. Our parents are the ones who help in this process and my mom was going to buy it however she wasnt even given the opportunity to even just LOOK. This customer service experience was absolutely appalling considering I would have done all my shopping at this place. Now I will not come back because of the terrible customer service my mother received. So if youre not the bride dont bother coming here.

If you walk into this place and youre not dripping in designer logos, expect to receive the worst customer service. They basically tell you to go away by pointing you to their stale inventory sitting out on tables and racks. Theyre also HUGELY overpriced. A few years ago they had nice stuff but it has all really gone down hill. Never going back here again.

I went there with my fiance and mother-in-law looking for a suit for him for our wedding and we had an absolutely lovely experience. We had looked at other places and hadnt found the perfect thing for our wedding. Once we got to Frontier the staff were very helpful and showed us many options to figure out exactly what fit with our vision, after maybe just 10 minutes, he was already trying on the outfit we ended up choosing! 10/10 costumer service, clothing selection and jewelry options at really good prices. I had to go back a couple of days after to buy some more things before heading down south to our wedding in Colombia.

As a white woman shopping in a store mostly for East Indian woman, it’s a bit intimidating. However, the staff here made me feel comfortable. They were very sweet with my son and took their time showing me a wide variety of outfit options!

I got my bridal lengha and chooda outfit as well as chooda set from here. My husband also got a few kurtas from their store. They have a great collection and amazing service. They got my custom lengh ready on very short notice. The outfit was tailored correctly the first time and no further alterations were needed. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

I love this place! All the ladies here are very accommodating and friendly. No matter your price range, theyll have something for you if youre upfront about it and what youre looking for. Ive been here twice just in the past couple of weeks and they remembered me and my mom (despite our masks) because of how closely they work with each customer. I had a very specific vision for my engagement lengha, in terms of design and colour. I looked everywhere, every big-name store and designer. When I came to Frontier, I wasn’t expecting to find my perfect engagement outfit due to my bad luck everywhere else. But when I went to try on a few pieces, I knew right away that I had found the one. It was the perfect colour, design, and level of drama I wanted. Aside from finding the perfect piece, the customer service was exceptional. Personally, customer service is very important to me and if a store does not offer good service it will turn me away. Frontier is a big name in the wedding industry and the staff know how to treat their customers. Frontier definitely gives off a family vibe.My story doesn’t end here.Of course, a few months later the time had come for me to buy my bridal lengha. Where do I end up? Frontier Heritage. It was nice that the staff remembered my mom and me. I knew I wanted to wear red for my ceremony and had a design in mind. I wanted a very specific red colour that matched my favourite red lipstick that I will be wearing for my ceremony. I fell in love with the first lengha I tried on! I still tried on 2 more, but I knew immediately which one I will be wearing the day of my wedding. I came back a few days later with my committee and red lips, and everyone agreed that this was the one. You know it’s the one when you don’t want to take it off. Again, throughout the entire process the staff was exceptional and very patient. I don’t think I’ve met a nicer staff, and that says a lot about who they are and how they want Frontier represented. Ishan, especially, was wonderful during the whole process. He answered every question I had, no matter how annoying I might have been. He provided updates on my custom lengha and let me know immediately when it was finished and ready for pick up.I know I will definitely be going back to Frontier. The outfits are amazing, and the customer service is the best. My experience was great, I really cannot think of anything that could’ve made it better. The lady that was helping us lied and said there was room in the outfit to adjust to my size just so she could make a sale. That was such a SCAM and so upsetting to find out later there was no room to make it fit when I needed to wear for an event. I wouldn’t trust this store to buy any outfits!!

Amazing and good collection of Indian Ethinic clothes. Highly recommended for wedding wears. But above all we loved the customer service of Ms. Jaswinder Bassi and her colleague who helped my fiance with her needs. They were extremely helpfuland patient with a beautiful smile on their faces. They were not only accommodating to our needs but offered us one of the best prices in town. This store has really nice stuff -- they always do. Obviously they also have some misses. Thats to he expected, you shop based on your own tastes. If you look earnestly enough, youll find what you want.My issue with this place (and other places in the same vein) is the aggressive business tactics of the staff. Theyre always down your throat for the sale, and come across as almost entitled. And if you ever walk out without getting something, they look down on you as youve now wasted their time and effort for nothing.Just let me browse and if I find it, and the price works, Ill buy it. Or we can discuss the prices. Dont bombard me or Ill be more inclined to leave.

I bought a churidar from this store recently. They have a great selection of Indian clothing at very competitive prices. The churidar I bought was 50% off! The staff were friendly as well.

Ishan and the rest of the staff were awesome! They helped my fiancé and I pick out several outfits for our wedding festivities and they knocked it out of the park. I recently had a chance to shop there and I found the service to be friendly and patient. I was not sure what I was looking for but the staff had no issues showing me a variety of saris till I could narrow down my choice. The store is large and there is a variety of styles and budgets to choose from. The owner was particularly helpful and very polite. The store is terrific If you are looking for traditional styles and they have a lot of variety. However if you are looking for something out of the ordinary or slightly different from traditional you may have to spend time hunting through the large stock yourself.

Every time Ive been here, the service is impeccable. I had my wedding saree made to order from Frontier and it matched the picture I brought in perfectly! The staff are kind and work with you within your budget. They dont make you feel rushed or push you to buy anything. Their clothes are beautiful and very well made, but most of all, their customer service is excellent.

Found two amazing bridal party outfits here for an excellent price (if you dont mind bargaining intelligently). Mind you, this place is higher end but fairly priced in comparison to other well known premier boutiques. My tailor was quite impressed with the craftsmanship/work when I sent the pieces in for minor adjustments. The ladies here are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I travelled all the way from Montreal to Brampton in the search for our Nikkah outfits. The first shop we went into was Frontier, upon a friend’s recommendation. Our experience there was so warm and welcoming. Jaspreet was super helpful and honest with her opinions and assistance, she made it so easy and would be constantly making sure that I was comfortable. (Never too pushy to sale or anything of that sort of nature).My husband and I, had a very specific vision and idea of how we wanted our outfits and look to be: we did not want anything over the top, something elegant and timeless as we were having our Nikkah in a Mosque setting. To our luck, we were able to find the perfect Nikkah dress on the first dress that I tried on and we then also found my husband’s Sherwani, which coordinated with my dress perfectly.They then went above and beyond by contacting an experienced tailor for us to have both our outfits altered to our measurements within the day since we were only in Brampton for the weekend.Overall, I highly recommend Frontier, they have the such a great team and you’ll definitely find something with their large range of clothing, styles and fair pricing. I had a great experience purchasing my wedding outfits from Frontier. I had my reception outfit custom-made and it turned out perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The outfits were reasonably priced; however, in my opinion, the jewellery is on the expensive side. Overall, very happy!

I do not understand how this place has such a high rating. Their business model is simple: they have their outfits displayed at the shop and their outfits drop ship from India and that is where the problem lies. The alterations do NOT happen in this shop. When they measured my brother in law, they took the proper measurements and shipped the measurements off to India but upon delivery of this outfit, it was not made to measure my brother in law. The outfit did not fit him according to the initial measurements (it was extremely large). I am disappointed in their quality of work and would not come here again or recommend this place. To avoid stress around your wedding day, avoid this company. They do have tailors in their shop that fix the poor job that the tailors in India did but they are extremely unprofessional because they themselves do not understand the idea of made to measure either.

Frontier has very high quality sarees. The designs are very on trend. The sales lady Jaspreet is so so nice and helpful. It’s very hard to come across a place with good service and good quality Indian wear. Highly recommended! Even the owner is so involved and does his best to give you the best price!

We visited today with my wife and daughter. Firstly, staff so good, so cooperative and greet customers smilingly. Secondly, they do not pressurize or force you to buy. Thirdly, they have huge variety for stitched and unstitched dresses. They spend maximum time to show different designs and colors of dresses but never show fake appreciation that this dress suits to you. My sister and I went in to the store to see what they have as my niece was going to go there to purchase her wedding outfits and that of her bridesmaids and all but one lady were very unfriendly. Needless to say we left. I then learned that my niece went in and received the same type of service. Get with the program people, without customers, you do not have a business 👎.
