I recently ordered a custom cake and everything about the experience was great. They were quick to respond and very helpful when coming up with the design and finalizing the order. The cake was ready as scheduled and she provided instructions for proper storage. The cake itself was delicious, so moist and the flavour of the cake and icing was so good. We chose Dolcezza for our wedding cake last November (2019) and again for our cousins smaller wedding celebration just this past weekend (Aug. 2020) and we can not say enough great things about them. We were able to completely customize every aspect both cakes and at very affordable prices! The designs fit both our celebrations so perfectly and were so unbelievably devious.Kristina is absolutely fantastic to work with and is extremely creative when bringing customers visions of what they would in the cake design and flavours to life. I had a micro-wedding last weekend and due to restrictions, couldnt offer food or drinks to my 16 guests. I found Dolcezza and I am so glad I did as I wanted to at least provide a tasty favour to those who attended. Kristina worked with me based on my needs and answered my many questions quickly. The cupcakes were DELICIOUS and I will not hesitate to order from them again.

I dont really love light and airy cakes. I prefer dense ones like a pound cake. But this one wasnt too bad for a fluffy cake. The buttercream frosting wasnt the best either. The people working there are nice though and it is affordable.

Dolcezza was the partner vendor toy wedding venue, Carls Catering at the Glen. We chose 6 cupcake flavours as the taste test for sponge flavours, icing, and so on. Our wedding cake was vanilla.sppnge with mocha filling and vanilla buttercream outer with gold lacing for decor. I received many positive comments about how amazing the flavour was, and how it really popped.

This Custom cake store gave a very good impression! The owner ( Pragati) is so hospitable , and accommodating . their custom cake is delicious and has a very beautiful presentation . My daughter was so excited and happy when she saw a cake made by Dolcezza . I will definitely come back to this store and I will not hesitant to recommend their services. I setup an appointment to discuss my needs and was met with a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and PATIENT owner to help me figure out what suited my event. Fast forward to event day, the surprise cake for my significant other first shocked her and then wowed her after she took in the beautiful design and colours. She definitely ate with her eyes first. The cake itself was delicious. Not much more I can say about that except that I particularly liked the sponge. Super glad I found this local gem and will be a repeat customer for sure.

I’ve also attended many events where Dolcezza has supplied the dessert and have never been disappointed! The owner is an active leader in the Brampton business community, always supporting local downtown events. This shop is a great example of local entrepreneurship.

I was excited to order from Dolcezza Custom Cakes, I had seen so many wonderful cakes on their social media and wanted to use someone local.I contacted them with a request for a beach themed cake, I provided a couple of different ideas. Kristina suggested that they could do a buttercream one similar to one of the ideas, I went with a 9 x 13 cake to get the full effect of the beach and sunset and added a sea turtle.When I picked up the cake my heart sank, it looked nothing like the picture that was provided. The sunset background was a dark red instead of a soft yellow/orange, and the blue did not look like an ocean, the cake looked blotchy and thrown together. The only thing that did look good was the sea turtle.The inside of the cake was supposed to be a vanilla cake with a cookies and cream middle frosting. The cake was fresh however the cookies and cream center was more like a very sweet vanilla taste than Oreo cookies and cream taste as well it felt there was more filling than cake.Overall, I was disappointed with the turnout of the cake and taste, for the price I expected better.

I sent them a few pictures of what I wanted and they made a beautiful cake; even better than the pictures I sent. I received so many compliments. Got a cake for wedding, two tier, cake and filling was awesome. Only disappointment was that the cake topper fell off the cake after setup (due to the weight of the topper). While cutting the cake I never found the necessary dowels that should have been under the topper to stop that. Otherwise, she provided excellent service and has good attention to detail.

Ordered on a holiday for the next day and owner responded to me offering to fulfill my order of cookies and iced fudge brownies the next day. The brownies are perfect!!!!

I ordered a cake for my parents’ 25th anniversary and Dolcezza Custom Cakes did an AMAZING job!!! I had sent them a design and description of the cake via email and the cake turned out to be exactly what I had described, in fact, bigger. I was not too sure if the cake, based on the design I had sent out, could feed all of my guests, but Kristina really helped me out with that. I ordered my son‘s baptism cake along with some cake pops, and cupcakes. Everything was awesome! Kristina was just amazing. She was very friendly and super easy to work with. She made sure everything was to our liking and made sure we were happy. Everything tasted amazing! People at our event couldn’t stop talking about the flavours and how amazing it was. The flavour of the cake was vanilla with strawberry raspberry filling. The cake pops were red velvet and the cupcakes were lemon, chocolate, vanilla, red velvet with cheesecake icing, berry berry chocolate and strawberry. I can’t thank Kristina and her team enough. But thank you again for making my sons baptism so wonderful!! We will definitely will be back.

I ordered the cake for my first anniversary and i really wanted to be special and i spend about $95 for the cake. Cake was gorgeous by looking at it but when you eat it, it was so disgusting. The outside cream was really really bad test and inside feeling i ordered cookies and cream, but i can only see bread without any flavors. It did ruined my 1st anniversary please you dont ruined your special concussion. I would never go with them again and i would not recommend them as well.

Ordered a Ferrero rocher cake for my moms birthday and was thoroughly disappointed. The cake looked gorgeous and I was quite excited to try it. Its $161 for a 9 inch cake. At that price I expected the cake to taste high quality and have a home made taste. However, the frosting tasted store bought and the cake itself was average at best. Felt like I could have gotten a la Rocca cake from Sobeys for 3/4 of the price and it would have been the same or maybe even better. Felt like a waste of money.

I was happy to see no negative reviews, so I made an order at this place...sadly, I was not satisfied with my daughters cake....dont get me wrong, the cake looked pretty...but they had forgot to put how old she was, which was 2, and the cake tasted more like sugar, it was too sweet. I think they put to much icing in my daughters cake, so for that, I had to order a cake from another store for my guests. But atleast my daughter had a cake that looked pretty for her birthday photos, so I give it a 2 stars for that. I dislike being the negative one, but I would not purchase from here again, but the owner seem nice. This is just my opinion.And I wished they would have let me do a cake tasting test so I know if her cake would taste good, I know she had told me that something went wrong in her store, a water leaking problem, so I had to meet her up somewhere else. But I wish I would have tasted the cake, but I dont know if they do that or if its only for weddings, but, yeah.
