Excellent service, great products, reliable and friendly staff

Had replacement desk as previous one supplied was showing signs of wear and tear, had desk delivered after a lot of chasing and quality was not as good as previous desk, agreed to replace but took weeks. Took ages to reply to messages, finally got desk replaced and there were still defects! Bear in mind this is a £1000 piece of furniture, now ignoring messages! Desks look good but close up needs attention. Very poor response time from owner. Would not use again!
