I am using BSNL fiber broadband connection. Speed is good when there is connectivity. Unless every time you have to call and request to solve the connectivity problem to contractor. Contractors whom BSNL depute for installation and service rarely responds to you after installation. I always have to request him for solving connectivity problems but even after checking whatsapp message or call he rarely give you any response.Pathetic service. Not recommended

Really bad service and no response from any support !! I do not have other option otherwise would have switched to other company. Do not deserve even a single star !!!!!

Superb Experience

I have gave application for a new bank fibre connection now it’s been more than 15 day no one replied. One one came home for formalities. Worst service ever. At the time of getting new connection this is situation, if I will have any problems after getting getting connection what will be the situation??

Gone for linking Aadhar to Phone no. It has yet not been successfully done. Cant blame this place but the system they are using.
