The worst service, I called them for a laptop speaker repair, over the phone the guy said he has the spare and will replace it for Rs.800, so yesterday I tracked them through Google maps and took the laptop to their shop. The guy whom I spoke to earlier did not respond to the phone anymore, upon reaching the outlet his partner was there, he also said yes that he has the spare and immediately took the laptop and started dismantling it. After dismantling to my surprise he now says the spare isnt available but the speaker can be repaired, had no choice now so asked him to get it fixed. While I waited for 30 minutes he went out with the spare and made some minor tweaking, he said it will take overnight to dry up and should work properly by morning and has charged me Rs.500 for this. Now the speakers dont work, and money is gone. At the first place, when I mentioned you the laptop model over the phone, why you lied that you have the speaker? Fraudsters!!To your reply: I would not have let you dismantle my laptop if at first place if you had informed about unavailability of the new speaker, be clear with your communication
