Worst service... Installed cctv 6 months back.. There was some technical glitch... Called multiple times over 4 days.. But noone responded.. Everytime they were telling we ll send someone.. But Noone came... I had to call from a different agency for servicing.. Never purchase anything from new altek... Worst people...

Worst behaviour. Waited for 2 hrs for the technician but the store personal were telling he is arriving in next 10 mins for everytime I asked for the technician and the technician is also not so good enough to resolve my issue.
