Visually not a best store of Shoppers stop, a bit messy, Visual Merchandising needs to be improved a lot especially in mens brands like Celio, Tommy Hilfiger. Very disheartening to see such poor display. Casiers doesnt smile at you even though you smile at them, they are feeling as if they were doing unwanted Covid duty. I have redeemed some coupons which i got as a gift from my friend, their look towards me was soo cheap and it definitely embrasses a customer.I warn you never repeat that again. As i was really busy and in a hurry to buy some clothes for my meeting i didnt make a scene out there.

Huge store which has recently come up on one of the busiest places in Vizag. Visited them on numerous occasions in a short span of time.The support staff are kind, polite and patient. But there seems to be a problem with logistics. The offers are so confusing that even the staff are not confident. On more than one occasion, the staff helped me select clothes for discounted price but at cash counter, the prices increased. On both occasions manager was called and only once they agreed on the discounted price. Temp shud be checked either behind the ear or on the forehead with ir thermometer,but the person is checking on the wrist which almost always would be normal even if pt is having fever.2. The sanitizer which is being given at the entry point is diluted with water, once the sanitizer is diluted with water, the function is lost, the solution becomes simple water with which virus cant be killed instead it grows.3. Masks shud be worn to cover mouth and nose but not to cover chin and neck and keep both not to keep mouth and nose open. This is most critical point which has to be followed at anycost. But sadly most of the people wearing it as a show piece rather than a shield for protection.If the covid protocols followed then , shopping would be safe.Sorry if i hurt feelings.. but expressed in view of safety for all.In pandemic times, its the team work which saves everyone from getting infected.
