I have ordered multiple cakes from bake factory.white chocolate heart shaped pinataa cake was super tasty. Same as design given. Kesar pisata petals cake was soft spongy n very tasty. Its blended with badam n pistachio. Really very tasty n yummy cakes. I have ordered cake through whats app and smooth process of payment. With special request they delivered all my cakes to home. Only feedback to please improve packaging, it should strong one side folded box so while delivery it wil be enough to hold.

I wanted to place a corporate order for my colleague for his birthday. I came across Bake factory and they had suitable options. I placed an order for a chocolate cake for home delivery. The delivery was on time and the cake was fresh. Thank you.

We had ordered cake before from this place but recently we had ordered a 2 KG cake choco crunchy with photo print of COCOMELON logo.The person at the counter was not getting what requirements we were saying, it took him 1 hour to understand.The cake was only layered by cream, there was thick creamy layer with less cake inside. The bites were not crunchy at allThe photo print was just a normal paper print, birthday number 2 was melted and we couldnt use it.They had taken extra delivery charge for delivery but reached 90minutes later.It was such a bad experience, I am not going to order again from this place.

I brought one chocolate cake 4days back , after 2 days it was turned into fungus cake. I am very disappointed. Even they didn’t mention any date on that .

Disappointed - they ask for advance payment and special requirements and a wrong cake will be delivered to you. They dont give much time for discussing with customers what they need actually. And u can get same cake with a much reduced price from outside..

It is the new shop which was closed in sept 2018 as Paris Bakery was declared as fraud but as soon as a rich person buyed and become the owner . After that he changed the name pyaris bakery . Previously it was Paris Bakery and the owner change some rules and regulations and terms and conditions. I visited yesterday . The stock is coming from Bhubaneswar. The stock was full but cakes are very expensive and little bit costly according to the quality. It is pure veg.
