I am a new patient of Dr. Hameister, I have seen him 3 times now and I have to say I am feeling so much better! It has been too many years since Ive had Chiropractic work done, and I was feeling very stiff and out of wack to say the least!!I love that I simply dont lay there and get cracked. Dr. Hameister has me actively participating when he works on me. Moving with him, as he releases my tightness. He has given me some great life hacks for relieving pressure on my lower back and has given me simple but very effective stretching that is done with a rope that I do daily at home.I feel welcome, cared for and respected by the entire office staff and I am really very grateful for finding this very professional and long standing practice.I would highly recommend Mountainview Chiropractic Center and Dr. Hameister to anyone looking for relief. I have had the good fortune to see Dr. Don Schmidt for 25 years. I never thought I would be without back pain after hurting my back early in college, until I met Dr. Don. He understands the human body and spine so well. After an adjustment I am most often out of pain by the same day. His extremity work is amazing. I may not even know that my shoulder, hand or elbow are out of alignment and with a few tests (that I do not understand) he is able to fix my ailment immediately to allow for better mobility, golfing, skiing, athletics and overall better living.

Dr. Don is the best ever! He is a very skilled chiropractor and he listens well. I especially like how Dr. Don is very scientific about pinpointing problems and solving them. Hes very determined to make you feel great! I also appreciate how open he is to trying different adjustments if a particular adjustment isnt working. He doesnt get stuck in one method, like Ive experienced with other chiropractors. My most favorite part about seeing Dr. Don is that after over a year of chronic hip pain, I am finally pain free after seeing him for only a few months. Thanks Dr. Don!!

After a career of nursing took its toll on my back, God mercifully let me find Dr. Dale Hameister. For 10 years he has masterfully been able to pinpoint old injuries, new tweaks, and random accidents and put me back together. He has never ever had an assembly line approach, but patiently listens and works on the soft tissue surrounding the problem and then is able to pinpoint and adjust precisely the right spot. He always has some helpful stretches and exercises to send me home with. I can honestly say that my back at age 48 is in far better shape than my back was at 38! Dale passionately believes in healthy diet and lifestyle, but never sends you away feeling guilty when you might not be doing diet and lifestyle quite as well as he does. Just kind encouragement toward better choices. (Sitting here at my computer, I just checked to make sure Im sitting with an arch in my lower back, - thanks Dale!) And I havent even mentioned the office staff yet! Helpful, friendly, comfortable, professional ,wonderful office staff! Much to my backs dismay, two years ago I had to move to the west coast, and even though I see a chiropractor out here, whenever possible, I fly back to Boulder to give my spine a special tune up with the chiropractor extraordinaire, Dr. Dale!

Dr. Dale Hameister, D.C. is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He uses the Gonstead Technique which works like magic on my problem area (neck). I find if I visit Nori first (massage therapy) she can really loosen up my tight muscles with incredible precision. Nori has a remarkable ability to find problems spots everywhere! I realize when she gets to a specifically painful area (I never realized was there) just how much I needed her help. In turn, that helps Dr. Dale Hameister, D.C. give me a better adjustment that I truly needed. I have also been to Dr. Eliu J. Hernandez. He is excellent too! He finds areas that need to be adjusted and there is no pain, just a gentle manipulation. He also uses the Gonstead Technique. That has now become a requirement in my chiropractic care! I find the entire staff helpful professional and genuinely very interested in your best health and care. I highly recommend Mountainview Chiropractic.

I have had a great experience with Mountainview Chiropractic and Dr. Hameister. The morning I came into the office, I could barely walk with lower back pain, but he spent about two hours working on my back and explaining the causes of my pain. You can tell he truly cares for his patients and wants the best outcome for them. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone having lower back issues.

I went to see Dr. Dale Hameister after a sudden injury left me in so much pain I was having trouble walking and going about daily life. I could feel his compassion for what I was going through, and he immediately put me at ease by explaining why I was experiencing pain and how he could help. This was my first time working with a chiropractor and he let me guide the way with the intensity of the treatment. He asked me other questions about how I was caring for my body and was interested in how everything fits together in overall health & wellness. Thanks to his incredible knowledge and experience I am pain free now. He is working with me on other areas of my body to stay ahead of any potential issues that could come up later. As a physician, I had always relied on Western medicine rather than trying Chiropractic care. However, when my neck and back pain began limiting my ability to drive safely, I sought treatment from Dr Dale Hameister. In addition to in-office adjustments, he has taught me simple stretches and exercises that I can do on my own. I am enjoying relief from pain, improved mobility, and am achieving better posture. I can now check my blind spot with a simple turn of my head! I wish I had not waited until age 55 to make this investment in my health.

The finest care anywhere. Dr. Hameister and his office staff are incredibly caring, kind and professional. They have taken care of me for over 25 years and I feel great. I am always amazed at how good I feel after receiving treatment at MVC. Their massage personnel are amazing! They also take care of my 2 active children, so much so my kids will say..when can we go see Dr. Dale again? His pleasant demeanor and knowledge of chiropractic, nutrition, and general health are truly a Boulder treasure. I would give the practice 6 stars if I could.

A couple months ago I got into a car accident that messed up my neck so much to the point I barely had any motion. I have tried many different chiropractors for this, along with my back pain, and it didn’t work as well as I wanted it to. I finally found Mountain View chiropractic a few months ago and I love it! To start with, the first time I called them, the receptionists made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and I would be taken care of. If they hadn’t made me feel this way I might have not been interested and might still be in pain today. I am currently seeing Adam Cosson. He is fantastic! He takes his time with each patient, making sure you feel much better by the time you leave the appointment. He shows that he cares by remembering exactly what’s going on and puting in time to relieve the pain. Only a few months ago was when I got in the accident and I already almost have complete motion back in my neck. I have always thought that chiropractors don’t resolve my pain as much as other therapies do, but Mountain View chiropractic absolutely works!! If anyone is questioning going to a chiropractor just come see Adam and his staff and they will take care of you :)

Hands down the best chiropractic experience of my life thus far. I always feel welcome in the office and they are very accomodating and helpful with scheduling. They also worked the billing out with my insurance with zero issues (something none of my other care providers can boast). Dr Cosson is excellent at communicating adjustments before they happen and making each visit as painless and comfortable as possible.

Great staff, very experienced chriopractors will focus on what is bothering you and make sure you are doing ok during the session. Very caring as to how you are feeling and how you have been doing since your last session.Bottom line great place with great people. Would highly recommend to anyone that is living with pain.

This place is fantastic! Our family has been coming here for almost 15 years! All of the doctors are awesome. Dr. Hernandez has been adjusting my girls since they were only a few days old. I dont know what wed do without him. Hes amazing...seriously! We drive over 45 minutes to come...totally worth it! Anytime my girls dont feel good or have aches/pains one of the first things they say is, I need to go see Dr. Hernandez!

Ive been working with Dr. Dale Hameister for nearly a year and a half. During this time he has helped me tremendously. I found my way to him after I herniated a disc in my neck. I spent two months in horrible pain--trying a variety of different treatment options, including other chiropractic care, that did little to help. I was even considering surgery, it was that bad. Dr. Hameister skillfully adjusted around the injured area, giving me the first real relief I had and continued to aid in my healing until I was back to full mobility without pain. I continue to see Dr. Hameister for his excellent care--both to prevent re-injury of my neck and for other adjustment as necessary. Ive also brought my young son to him. Dr. Hameister is a wealth of knowledge and a wonderful human being too.

I could not speak more highly of Dale and Mountain View Chiropractic. He’s track record for significant improvement is 100%. I’ve seen him on and off for about 5 years, on average about every 6 months, or when something has slipped out of line. He’s a godsend.Not only has he literally rescued me out of moments or weeks of excruciating pain, he’s helped me learn techniques to prevent the slips in the future.He is also the first Chiropracter who hasn’t tried to get me on some weekly program that I don’t need.My last point is that I’m not new to Chiropractic work. I’ve probably had 5 over my lifetime. Dale is hands down the best on an order that makes the others look like the quacks that body work horror stories are made from.
