The owner is rude and left their shopping cart halfway into the parking spot and the other half on top of the plant divider in the costco parking lot. If they cant be bothered to push a cart 50ft to the correct cart drop point than how can they be trusted to do a quality job

Be courteous and dont block busy intersections with your truck...
