Fusion India - I was expecting something new, & great....they have only worded their menu in a fancy fusion kinda way but the taste is like any other Indian restaurant here. I came here (second time) coz I was not able to cook and its walking distance from my house.Taste- decent , but not something new that I havent tasted before. Like any other North Indian food.Service- kinda felt cold behavior to desis but nicer to Caucasians. Come with a gora friend here.Ambience - dining area is small , tables not properly distanced . Red & black coloured poor looking furniture , peeling off on tables .Its not the right kind of bright Bollywood Desi look , very dull feeling.Self service mostly , pick up food from counter & throw away your own utensils, no lux service to your table. They give food in to go boxes (covid) but you can sit & eat .Price- when I compare all the above points I found the food expensive.Pictured- dangal paneer (very good but ask them to make it spicy) comes with spicy naan for $15.99spicy naan with garlic & chilli (was thin & crispy ask them to make it soft).Paneer biryani -was very good but portion size today was small & not filled to the top of the line of the box, I told them .butter naan - hardly any butter on it but was soft, vegetable biryani- way too much broccoli & mushy zucchini in it , wont order again .For 2 people around $40-45 is bill with biryani & entree , tip is extra .

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The food here is exactly like what we get in India!! Its been 7 years in the US and I never-ever tasted something that is as exact as they cook in India! I was stunned to taste the Indo-Chinese which was a complete reminiscence of the spice, taste, schezwan sauce, freshness in food quality, etc.We ate both Veg and Non-Veg items and surprisingly everything was fabulous. The order was quickly served and the owner made sure that the order met our expectations. Definitely visiting this place again and again. Good job team Fusion India. :)

I went to this place with family to celebrate the special occasion by looking at photos. They are currently expanding their place so not offering full service. They are serving food in plastic containers so do not expect dishes to be served as you see in photos. We were disappointed as we couldnt experience the real ambiance and full service. Besides this, food was nice. I would try to visit the place in future when they are open with full service.

This restaurant had an amazing mango shake with ice cream. Also, the veg Manchurian I have tried here is so far the best in the town. Among vegetable curry dangal paneer is a must try. Some items from the menu are exceptionally great and last but not the least, happy and jolly service and great music in the restaurant definitely made my experience really good!!

I have enjoyed eating at Fusion India since they opened in 2018. Whenever I feel nostalgic about Bombay, Fusion India helps me feel at home. Kathy is my favorite person who makes me feel welcome, comfortable and always ready to accommodate dietary adjustments. During non busy times, Chef Rajesh, chef Rauf and chef Asimul are willing to cook up allergy free meals for me without compromising on authenticity and taste. I also appreciate the owners being flexible to my requirements. Fusion India is definitely my community restaurant that I would go to have a chai and samosa anytime! Their samosas are the best! yummy!

Excellent service - the server was careful to explain the menu, to set the expectations for how the food would be served, and in checking to make sure that our dining experience was 100%. The food was served hot in clay pots, the spices in the chutney were amazing, and the large samosas were well-prepared and delectable. By far, the best Indian dining that Ive experienced in recent years. Seating in this apparently popular dining establishment was limited. This restaurant would do well to expand the dining space by a factor of 2 or 3, with care not to compromise the aforementioned quality of food and service.

My main Concern and the reason of this low rating is: Most of the people works there were bare-hand (No Gloves and they use their hands add stuff to cook) and also not using masks! Although everybody can see the kitchenWe heard about Fusion India a lot, I only can say the only difference is that they are doing different kind of indian food not only the normal traditional foodWe had Biryani Chicken, Butter Chicken, and Vada Pav.. They are tasty cant dsy they are special The overall quality is Ok but using their hand and no masks is a red flag for me!!

We used to love this place earlier but it’s in a really sorry state at this point. Understand all the limitations that might be in place due to the pandemic, however, we gave a few chances before we finally had to decide to bid goodbye to this restaurant after our last visit earlier this week. No flavors in pao bhaji, samosas dripping oil. Noodles were still fine but the worst was when we ordered two servings of gulab jamun with rabri to finish our meal. They arrived in about 10 minutes, took a little bit rabri in the spoon to start the dessert and was taken aback to find it was sour and badly stale. It was brown in color which was suspicious itself but I thought to give a taste. Upon informing, they asked us to refund the price for the gulab jamuns and did not offer any dessert replacements although our kid had been showing so much excitement for having dessert. Spent ~$50 in this visit (without the dessert) which was of course not worth a bit!

Have been here thrice now. Have been able to eat here only two of those times though! They stop taking dine ins after 9 pm on most weekends. Having read a lot of great reviews we were really excited to try this place.Pros: the food is unique. A lot of their dishes remind me of food you get in India! They don’t hold back on the spice or chilies so that’s always nice. Out of all dishes we have tried I really liked their samosas(awesome sweet chutney), chicken lollipops(best lollipops I have had in the US), malhari goat curry. I really liked their naans too.Cons: my main complain is with the service. When we first went here there were no clear way to figure out how they managed tables/orders. After standing in the queue for a few minutes we realized it was for ordering food and not for getting a table. Both times we did not get a menu, we were pointed to our table and had to grab our own menu. We had to “figure out” that you have to go to the counter to order food. We had to ask for water too. I read a few reviews where people mentioned someone explained the menu to them but both the times we went there that was not the case! There was no one talking to the customers everyone was in the kitchen. I am not sure what to make of the service it seemed really sloppy! Some of the dishes were not impressive. Their chai tasted old, and was lukewarm! That’s a cardinal sin in my book! Chai needs to be piping hot, didn’t help that the weather was cold either. We got the dangal chicken but it was a little sweet for my liking.Overall I am not a fan! I would probably just get takeout next time. Because eating there anyway feels like getting a takeout. No interaction with the staff whatsoever!

I have been here couple of times now. In general their food is very good so I would definitely recommend giving it a try. On a recent visit on Valentine’s Day they messed up few things though. The tangdi (fried chicken leg) piece looked perfectly fine from outside but when I bite into first piece they where completely raw meat. Upon sending it back I was expecting them to redo the plate but instead they gave me the same plate and felt like they just removed some meat portion of the piece and retried the same thing. This time it was more on the burnt side and the chutney and lemon was not bothered to refill. This three piece was around $13 and definitely not worth it. Also we ordered goat biriyani this time and it was not as good as chicken biriyani from them. Overall I felt they do some dishes really well (chicken curry, chicken biriyani and chat etc) and if you ordering those you will enjoy it!

We went to Fusion India first time to taste Lohri special cuisines. We started with manchow soup. It had the real taste of Indian manchow with crisp fried noodles on it. On Lohri they started serving chole kulcha. They tasted wonderful and satisfying, a little less hot (less chilli) would be great. We ended with malpua and rice kheer which came as dessert combo. The malpua was nicely sweetened delicious, but not crisp. Their prices are less thus the portions per serving is also small, which is fair to my appetite.

This place is unique for the kind of food it offers! Aptly named Fusion India; it offers a combination of Indo-Chinese, punjabi and Mumbai street food.Loved the interiors decorated with posters of Bollywood films. And an entire wall dedicated to Mumbai which tugged at my Mumbaikar heart. However the food here can be a hit or miss and the service needs much improvement.Hits: I absolutely loved the Fish Koliwada which could literally melt in your mouth. The Shami Kapoor chicken was creamy and delicious too. The biryani which is served in plastic pot, but isn’t dum biryani was decent as was the Masala Pav.Disasters: The chili paneer was as hard as a rock. The masala chicken lollipop had way too much masala to be enjoyable. The manchurian soup too was wayyyyy too salty. We also ordered the gulag jamun and rabdi which was a huge disappointment. The rabdi was NOT rabdi even by a stretch of imagination. It was basically sugar and cardamom added to condensed milk. Way too sweet.Service: It takes a while to get a seat here and much much longer for your food to be delivered. They also don’t take orders at the table and you have to keep going back to the counter to add things to your order. But the most annoying part is that the kitchen and seating of this restaurant has not been planned well. Since they have an open kitchen and not enough ventilation, the restaurant apparently gets filled with smoke due to which they have to keep the restaurant doors open.We were sitting by the door and spent our entire meal shivering in the cold.Several times we requested for the door to be closed but the waitress refused. We also requested for a change of table but they had none available.I would come back here to give this restaurant another chance and maybe try other dishes. This restaurant has a lot of potential but a long way to go before it gets 5 stars.

My review for Fusion India is long due!Fusion India at Bothell, Wa is what I call Home! The moment my taste buds are craving for a delicious appetite or a home party this is the place to go.I guess they found the beauty of the dish in their names, so you can easily recall it next time especially if you are from India or if you love Indian food and Bollywood!I am a big fan and a regular who love and enjoy some of their delicacies the “Shammi Kapoor Chicken”, “Malahari Goat Curry”, Pot Biryani’s, Garlic Naan and the newly introduced “Simba Chicken” to name a few. Sometimes they have “Machli Jal Ki Rani Hai” and that’s one of my favorites which is a Pomfret Fish wrapped in Banana Leaf with Indo-Chinese Ingredients so if you crave for fish this one is a must try! What matters and brings me to them every time is their personalization and greetings every time you call and that makes you feel Home and makes a big difference and you know you will get the right answer and suggestion when you are unable to decide.

Interesting concept using Bollywood themes with food styles. The place is located on the outskirts of Seattle, in Bothell/Milcreek area. High house prices and rents in Seattle makes this area attractive for many Indian expats. The place is very busy and it’s a wait to get a table( we waited 25 mins or so on a Sunday afternoon). Then you order at the counter and the food is brought to the table. The place is adorned by movie posters and one liners. The menu is a bit hodge-podge and very confusing and difficult to read and understand. The food: we ordered Judwa chai/samosa. It was set nicely but it was ‘tired’ tea sitting in a hot kettle somewhere and the samosa with Re-fried to darker brown. The green and red imli chutneys were nothing to brag about. The chicken kebab- large chunky pieces of red color chicken breast were mild and tasteless. First, chicken don’t have to be colored red and then it needs flavor. We also ordered lamb kebab ( minced lamb) with Romali roti ( handkerchief thin roti made with white flour) was ok. It had cabbage rolled with it- not sure where that idea originated. I had romali roti in Delhi nizzamuddin area growing up and this was no match.Have to give credit to the folks as they were trying hard and remained in good humor although it must have been demanding. This movie roadside themed food is getting popular with Indian wanting something of home. In London a popular restaurant is “Dishoom” ( this is very classy restaurant compared to Fusion India that is more like a chat house).

Pickup order yesterday night messed up completely. This was for my wifes birthday causing all the more agony. Instead of giving their signature Triple Fried Rice that comes with rice, noodles and gravy, they packed 3 Fried Rice and an order of Shehenshah Chicken we never ordered and charged us for it. Out of my order of 4 dishes, only 2 were correct. Since it was late in the night, I called them up next day to inform them of the goof up but the owner became extremely defensive. He said he had high # orders last night and was not willing to admit that this could have been a mistake. Isnt it obvious that the order taker made a mistake because they thought Triple Fried Rice meant 3 fried rice. To add to that, he thought I was lying which is when I couldnt take it anymore. I refused their offer of 25% off on my next order because it doesnt make sense to order from a place that doubts their customer and cant even own up to a simple mistake. To other patrons, I would advise them to check their orders before picking up(which I did not) cause there is no remedy once you are out of the restaurant . I understand restaurants are under pressure due to covid but owning up to your mistake is the most basic kindergarten acquired behavioral trait that you would expect from any business owner.
