Its new opening Reliance smart mall in Botad city. Now a days there is a lots of schemes to buy anything in the mall. Due to corona guidelines, people needs to waiting for the entry in long queue. For entry you need to more than half an hour in a queue. Everything is a fine in the mall. Sometimes credit cards problem while paid your bills.

Everything is available at best price but fruits and vegetables are in bad condition

It is like a ganeral store.premises is very good.staff on site helpfull.all items of grocery,fruits,vegetables,milk items,plastic were,cosmetics,personal care etc sold here.online payment, cash, card payment all are available.wheelchair accessible entrance and exit,fire safty available.

Poor customer service and behavior of staff, product are displayed but at the billing counter they told the price are not updated u cant buy.....Looking after the changes...
