Everyone beware. This company is a sham. The recruiters do not care about getting their clients into a dream job. All they care about is getting their paychecks. Once you get hired with the help of your recruiter there is no communication. They say they are the middlemen between you and the contracted company but that is not the case. They treat you like a best friend until you get the job. If you have any concerns about the role they pressure you into taking it but once you realize its not want you want to do they dissappear. I would also like to say the recruiters should be aware of their social media platforms if they are planning to tell you they are SICK and thats why they have not reached out to you in three weeks. Theres more, but I feel you get the point.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Insight Global. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and receptive when attempting to negotiate compensation. In addition, they are extremely attentive and are exceptional with communication.Val has been an absolute pleasure to work with. You can tell she really cares about her job, and is always there to help when needed. Even answered one of my calls while she on leave. Thats dedication, and that is definitely someone you want on your side.I cannot recommend the team at Insight Boston enough.

Insight Global is a great company that helped me search for a job during COVID-19. I would like to give a BIG thank you to Valerie for helping me throughout the process. She was incredibly diligent, supportive, and professional! I truly appreciated how communicative she was with me both via email and phone. I hope to work with Insight Global in the future!

Insight Global company makes my dream comes true and I believe they do the same for all their employee. The company communicates its goals and vision to employees in a way that makes them a part of a unified team. I can’t stop thinking about the great opportunity this company gave me to work with other smart engineers.

What a great team to work for! They have a passion for what they do and the results reflect that. Communication with my recruiter Marcella Peixoto is always easy, she constantly contacting me to see if I have any questions or concerns about my job. Thank you for all your hard work, It is very much appreciated.

Unbelievable support and effort done by the Insight Global. Want to give a big thanks to Valerie and Colby for putting me in the best possible position to succeed and gain an opportunity of a life time. From our initial contact in Boston, all the day to helping me on my first day to meet my new team was second to none.

The job that was found for me through this agency is a great fit. The recruiter I worked with was very invested in helping me find a job. This is the best recruitering agency that I talked to during my job search. The recruiter went out of her way to prepare me for interviews and help organize my resume. I worked specifically with Valerie Choy, who was so professional, optimistic and positive. I can not recommend this agency enough.

My time working with Insight Global was an enjoyable experience. On-boarding was a smooth and seamless process. Communication with the company was excellent. Sick hour accumulation was impressive and useful. Thank you to Valerie Choy and Delia Phillips out at the Boston office for their support and guidance.

This past January I was between jobs and had recruiters contacting me from many different agencies. None gave me the kind of attention and enthusiasm I have have received from the team at Insight Global. They are invested in great relationships with their contractors and clients and they prove it with every interaction. From the interview process, to the hiring process, to the time on the job, the team has been easy to reach and attentive every step of the way. My recruiter Anthony C knows me when I call, he follows-up, and he has made working with Insight Global the best! I am so glad to be working with this team!

I would highly recommend working with Insight Global during your job search. The recruiters working at this company excel at finding and securing desirable positions for people who are perfectly qualified, friendly, and eager to work, but who might need a little help actually getting hired. They certainly helped me find a job that I am very happy with and they can help you too.

I have been through many recruiters/agencies. Insight Global actually cares. I have a great and personable relationship with my recruiter. Insight Global follows up and follows through. Insight Global focused on my needs and personal circumstance and REALLY delivered. I cant thank them enough!!

I worked with Insight Global for almost two years, I had no much of manufacturing experience, but they were able to find great job for me in big name company. All the staff very respectful and really care about people. After I finished my contract with the first company they sent me to, less than one month they found another great job for me in big name company. I am forever grateful for the great people in Insight Global.

Great teamwork, professionalism, timely communication and all round a great service is what I took out of my recent experience working with my recruiter Michael H. and the account manager Sarah R. They are absolutely phenomenal at what they do.They found me an amazing job that was the best fit for my skill set and offered outstanding support every step of the way.I highly recommend Insight Global

They sent me to an in person interview giving me their version of a phone screen, but when I got to the interview it was clear that they didnt have enough background about the position so I wasnt as prepared for the interview as I wanted to be.For another job they tried to do the same thing but I told them I want a phone interview with the hiring manager first. The Insight Global account manager wouldnt even ask the hiring manager. The same thing (but worse) happened and I was basically blindsided by the interview. This feels like your typical staffing firm that just wants to slam you into a role asap to make money and I wont waste my time again. I found the perfect job without a firms help.

Victoria has worked hard to ensure I am happy with the position I was given. She is always responsive and courteous. Not to mention the pizza parties are awesome! Thank you Victoria and the Insight Global team for everything you do!

There isn’t a fair word that can describe Insight Global Boston. Staff is amazingly professional and have Superior communication skills. Insight Global has been a pleasure to work with over the past 2 years! Their staff works hard to find the right fit for my skills and experience. Abby is the best! She’s is so professional, works diligently, is positive and encouraging and does what she says she’ll do for you! The account managers are awesome also! Thank you Insight Global! =)

Valerie C with Insight contacted me about a really great opportunity, and worked with me to prep me to interview for it. She was prompt, responsive, and extremely helpful. I was guided thru every step of the process and kept in the loop at all times.Insight Global has the connections needed to get your foot in the door with highly respected companies- and goes to bat for you full force.About 6 months after Valerie initially reached out to me - Im in an awesome job, working with a team I respect, and doing work Im proud of.Getting back to Valerie was the best career choice Ive ever made! So happy with my job now and the incredible job that Insight Global did for me.Couldnt be happier right now. Thanks so much!

Have had an incredible experience with Insight. My recruiter Abby displayed exceptional professionalism through my interview and pre-hire stages. The team at Insight has further been supportive ensuring I settle in my role comfortably. This is a remarkable firm to engage, keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely unbelievable service. Ive worked with both the San Francisco and the Boston office and could not be any happier. The entire process is extremely smooth and transparent. In a span of less than two weeks I was able to walk through four interviews, fly cross country, and accept an offer. I owe this directly to the organizational skills of the recruiter (Val Choy) and account manager (Kristen Jordan). The two of them helped me out as if I was family and I really feel like they cared about me throughout the process.I look forward to working with the team in the future and know I am in excellent hands.

The staff in the Boston office were great. I worked with Marissa and Giselle. Marissa did an excellent job of finding the perfect job for me. She has done a fantastic job of keeping in contact with me even after I got the job. I highly recommend working with Insight Global if you are a job seeker.

Very great company! I would definitely recommend for many people actively searching in the job market. I have worked with a few different staffing agencies but this one definitely worked the quickest and has shown the most interest to help. Lindsey Lutz at Insight Global is very professional and super helpful. She always kept me updated on different positions, followed up when needed, and made me feel as the priority. They helped me find my first degree related role since graduating from school.

Many thanks to Tamar and Amber for helping me find a great job. From setting up interviews to the job offer and onboarding steps, the entire process was surprisingly fast. Working with Tamar on my job search has been the best experience. She reached out to me when I was job hunting and was able to match me with a great opportunity. Each step in the process was well prepared and organized. Tamar is so friendly, positive, hard working, and encouraging that it was easy to approach her for any questions I had. Ive never worked with an agency before and I am just amazed and impressed with the professionalism, diligence, and great work of the Insight Global Boston office. They have gone above and beyond my expectations.

In a time of uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic, Insight Global was able to help me achieve employment when I needed it the most. They went above and beyond expectations. When one job opportunity unexpectedly falls through, Insight Global came back with three options for jobs. Thank you Valerie Choy and the team at insight Global. 5 Star Service

They got me my first job, so thank you! Great people, and special mention for Marcella, for being so supportive.

Great experience thus far. Abigail, who I’ve been working with, has been incredibly helpful from the beginning of my exposure with Insight Global. The team is super organized and well informed about how their clients function. They were mindful of the job requirements I had shared with them initially which they followed through on.Simply put, Insight Global has exceeded my experience.

Insight Global provides the best opportunities for professional consulting and other employment opportunities in the area. The staff are highly professional and diligent about ensuring my strengths and employment aspirations found a good home in the business world. Colleagues who have been placed by Insight Global are of the highest caliber as well. Highly recommended!

I have been recently hired by Insight Global as a contract employee for one of the pharmaceutical company. Working with Insight Global was a good experience. My point of contact was very much helpful and responded very quickly to all my questions. My manager walked me to the first interview and also accompanied me on the first day. People here are kind and supportive. They try hard to accelerate the interview process and give a good start with your career.

Insight Global Boston is the first staffing company Ive ever used. My recruiter Ben Dorr is awesome, so are his account managers Courtney and Colby. How I connected with them was not intentional, I must have applied to a job they posted for one of their customers, but Im glad I did. Ben was very responsive and followed up on the things we discussed. I was able to get a contract job within a week of interviewing with him for the first time.

Insight Global did a phenomenal job advocating for me and landed me an amazing full-time job after a lengthy interview process. The agent Sami and the account manager Sarah were incredibly supportive, even walking me into my in-person interview, which Ive never had before in my 10+ years in the industry. Cant recommend them enough for their stalwart professionalism and tenacity getting me the best rate possible!

I just found a new IT contracting job after working with Mike and Courtney from Insight Global and am very pleased with everything. The on-boarding process was very smooth and the job I have is much better than the jobs Ive had at other contracting sites.

I highly recommend Insight Global Staffing. Courtney and Jake did an exceptional job with coordinating my interview and offer with a reputable semiconductor company. Excellent communication and professionalism!

Graduating in December, I was worried about finding a full time job. Luckily, I got in touch with an Insight global recruiter. Insight global has been awesome throughout the recruiting process. Big thanks to Valerie Choy for helping every step of the way, as I’m now working full time for a great company in an awesome position. Fully recommend insight for anyone trying to find a position or start their careers!

Valerie Choy has been the best recruiter that I have worked with. She gets things done in a timely matter and got me the position I was looking through her hard work. She has been the best along with the rest of the crew.

Probably one of the fastest ways I have ever landed an opportunity that match almost the exact skillsets I have. From going through resume, setting up interviews, to actually landing the job offer was super fluent, fast, and very satisfying. Truly appreciate the great work that the Insight Global Boston office is committed to to help young professionals get their feet in the door in the tech industry.

Great experience so far. I have been working with Abigail. She has been excellent with moving the process along - securing a new laptop, providing all of the required documentation, and following up on each event. I will be starting my new position next week and am looking forward to working with the team. Very professional!

I experienced C. Reynolds as a super helpful career supporter. Beyond the expected things recruiters are just assumed to do, she was available with personal opinion and consult when I needed it. She went out of her way and schedule to support me. I appreciate her contributions to my late career a lot. If all recruiters would look at their assignment, at their clients, in a similar way, we all would actually love to switch jobs instead of dreading that experience. My thanks to INSIGHT GLOBAL

I have worked with many agencies in the past. Insight global is by the far the most accommodating and professional. Made my decision to change careers an easy one!!

Ive worked with Insight Global teams at 2 cities. I have found both experiences very positive. Their teams are professional and easy to engage with. Any one moving to a new city would do well working with them in their search. Both Boston and Portland teams were able to assist me in finding a new role in one try! They are always there to support you when you have concerns and put your mind at ease when you feel insecure about your search and even after your placement. If youre a great team player they are a great team to play with!

Mike and Sarah from Insight Global worked tirelessly to match my skills with potential candidates. They were constantly updating me throughout the process and guided me once I landed an interview, which helped me secure the position. It was a very professional and overall pleasant experience to work with them, and I highly recommend their services.

Working with Abigail and Taylor at Insight Global has been a great experience as a job-seeker. They were both professional, responsive, and pleasant, and they went out of their way to prepare me with information and help at every step of the way. They clearly have a great rapport with their clients and make it easy to step in and make a good first impression.

Great recruiters, very professional and easy to work with. They reviewed my resume and connected me to a great company where I did the rest. Thanks to all who have provided me with an opportunity that I may not have been able to find on my own.

Highly effective and helpful team - Worked closely with Marissa who took the time to get to know my strengths and ideal role. She then set out and actively located opportunities that met my criteria then proactively emailed and call me to discuss those roles. Within just 2 weeks, I interviewed with her and Taylor, and got an offer on site. They prepared all the paperwork into a seemless process which we did on site to prevent delays and I started the following week. If there were more Marissa and Taylors in the staffing world, the process would be far more welcoming! Would highly suggest reaching out to them - I would happily work with them again in the future. - Chris

Marissa Cozzolino was an amazing recruiter. Assisted me through the whole process, from the phone interview to my first day at the Company. Always kind, helpful and in a good mood. Im very thankful to her, Shaylyn and Insight, the opportunity they gave me definitely opened doors in my career.

I would like to recommend this place to those looking for employment. I just had a very positive experience with Insight Global. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by an agent named Jacqueline McLaughlin. She contacted me shortly after posting my resume on their website. Very professionally she regularly contacted me to ensuring that everything goes well and that I had no question during the process. She was able to get me a good job in a prestigious company and in addition to how really fast.

This organization is one of the best recruiting firms I have worked with. I enjoyed interacting with Brianna LaBonte during my Job search phase in the past. Since then I have stayed in touch and referred many of my friends to her. She is a true professional, a wonderful speaker and is always so lively.

I received a call from Kerry Treusdell concerning a job offer and she was very pleasant and more so professional. She followed through with what she said she was going to do and help me got the job.More importantly, she checks on me from time to time to see how things are going on with me and if there is any issues she is always on top of it. I will recommend anyone looking for a job to apply with Insight Global and work with her.

Great company. I had a great experience with the team at Insight Global. They helped me find my first role out of school and its been great so far.

Superb staff landed me a great position. Very helpful and friendly.

I had the pleasure to work with Valerie Choy and Kristen Jordan while looking for a full stack developer role. The experience was easy and quick and they were highly professional. Definitely recommend them and insight Global.

Insight Global is by far one of the best Staffing Agency’s I have ever gone through! Abigail Whiting and Cassie Nerbonne hit the ground running the very first day I met them. They had extreme keen insight into my individual wants and needs while on the job search. I ended up getting a great position at a great company, with the help of these ladies!! And I am so grateful. If you are looking for a company/recruiters that put you first, are so eager to help, are right there whenever you need them, and who always do things with your best interest in mind- then Insight Global, Abby and Cassie are without a doubt the ones for you! :)

Insight Global is fantastic! Their service and responsiveness is great! I would definitely recommend Insight Global to others!

Abigail and Carlos were great at helping me find a new job, from the beginning of the process, all the way through the end. They listened to what my needs were as an individual, did a tremendous job at accommodating my needs, were incredible at prepping me for my interview, and made the Onboarding process seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new job!

A great company to work with. The people here are so amazing, they help you find what you would love to do as a job. They have very dedicated and hard working recruiters like Grace Kirshe and Shaylyn Mckinney whom I have been working with.Their continued support and encouragement has helped me take my career to new heights. Thanks, you do a great job! Keep it up.

I was contacted by Steven Maxey regarding a job opportunity in early April. He was professional and respectful of me, my abilities, and what I was looking for in a job. He kept me informed as he promised and was prompt in returning my calls. I’ve interacted with many recruiters over the years and working with Steven was a positive and easeful experience. He is in the top 10% of my best experiences with recruiters.

I interviewed in July for a clinical IT position. The staff were very friendly and professional. The office was located in downtown and Chelsea, my recruiter, was very welcoming and professional. Would love to find a placement though Insight Global in future. Cool office too :-)

I have been working with Ms. Meghann Wallance and Ms. Amber Works for my job hunting and replacement for a while and its been an amazing journey with her and Insight Global. I got my phone call from Meghann one day and we had a nice conversation on the position she had and setup another quick phone call with Amber. They were so willing to help me setup the remote interview with the manager in the company promptly and carefully addressed the time conflicts with me and the company. Meghann sent such a detailed preparation and tips on the interview that I was able to have a great overview and preparation for the interview. No wonder that I had a wonderful interview with the team in the company. I unexpectedly received the job offer on the same day when I had interview which made my wife almost cry. During the in-processing, Meghann gave me great help on background check and all kinds of documents which speeded up my processing with the company. Meghann sent me a great note of the first day in the company and Amber walked me through the first day in the company on person. The most exciting thing is that we had a amazing bowling game with all the people from Insight Global team. Such a nice afternoon! I really enjoy working with Meghann and Amber from Insight Global and thank them for helping me land the amazing job!

I have been working at Insight Global for 3 years and I genuinely enjoy coming to work. They offer the 3 main qualities I look for in a great company: Great growth opportunities, the ability to make a lot of money, and an excellent competitive environment. I am very happy that I decided to start working here 3 years ago and I look forward to continuing my growth with Insight Global.

Ryan and Mike were very helpful and professional. Great communications throughout, from search to sign on. Landed a very suitable job in a short time.

I wasnt sure what to expect, this being my first time working with an agency such as this. However, Insight Global has gone above and beyond my expectations. Laura has been exceptional and wasted no time in finding me a great place to work and establish a career. I strongly recommend their services!

I cant say enough good things about IG! Very helpful, courteous, informative, supportive. I recommend them 100%!!

Experiences with professional agencies are not always positive. I find that many times you are treated more like a number than an individual and the entire journey can be impersonal. I had the complete opposite experience with the Mollie and Molly at Insight! Not only did they see something in me that I was not quite sure existed, they coached me through the process, introduced me to the client in person (which I have never seen before) and consistently followed up and followed through. The process was swift, painless and I received an offer that was beyond my expectations. I never imagined I would have an agency that would come to mind as my choice agency should I ever need one again but I am certain that I would start with Insight Global first. Thank you for helping me start fresh!

I had a great experience with insight global. My recruiter was there for me every step of the way the job process. Also this processes are quick and simple. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Julie Daitch and Giselle Bamberg for working hard to provide the hiring process easy. Communication was exceptional and good time was spent to understand my experience and specific strengths. Friendly and always professional, I look forward to continuing my relationship with Insight Global.

I primarily worked with Hillary Throckmorton and Taylor Handy at Insight Global Boston and they were very helpful, responsive and guided me in finding my first contracting position with a pharma company. its been a positive experience from the interview process to the hiring process to my time on the job. I highly recommend them and the company.

Marissa Cozzolino was amazing to deal with! Very professional and had the best experience getting a fantastic job!

Thanks Hillary and Kian for your professional representation at my current assignment; it was made a lot easier for me in the transition to a new role and appreciated. Nice Work ! Go Pats!!Regards;Sean Matthews

I would like to thank Emily Giumetti and Andrew Deleo for their dedication in processing all of my paperwork to meet our clients deadline. I would not have been able to start on the scheduled date if these two IG employees did continue to forward all information required prior to my arriving on 7/23/19 at my assignment!Emilys rapport with the client made my interviews seamless and successful. Andrews scheduling around my availability and the clients emergency cancellations kept the train ride moving with excellent results. I was hired!!!My recommendation of Insight Global and these two employees is 5 Star!!!!

Very professional and hard working people. I appreciate Kelly Geedey for helping me , she is a very polite and a professional worker.

Hillary Throckmorton and the rest team at Insight Global were a pleasure to work with. IG is not your standard recruiting firm, focused solely on filling seats in the industry. Rather, from my first interaction, all the way through my on-boarding process, they worked enthusastically with me to be sure that I got the right position, and that I was well-prepared for my interview and assignment. It is clear from my experience that IG places emphasis on fostering meaningful business relationships between themselves, their contractors, and their clients. They made sure that not only was I the right candidate for the position, but that the position was right for me. They focus on people, and it shows. I highly recommend.

I started working here in 2014 after graduating from college, and Ive loved every part of Insight Global! Great coworkers, meaningful work and very positive environment. Looking forward to my future here!

Insight Global provided a connection to a great position matching my skills and experience with a position I can excel at! Thank you to all the hard working people at the Boston Office.

Kind and helpful people. I strongly recommend them. They are quick to answer questions and extremely positive.

Thank you so much to Brigid Finlay and her dedication and professionalism. I can definitely recommend Insight Global Boston to anyone in need of their services.

I met with Dominic, it was awesome, he was so nice! Great conversation and people, and they know the technologies and people. Highly recommend.

I have worked with the insight global team now almost a year they always amaze me with their professionalism the way they have set me up for job interviews and also have placed me in two jobs that I have had nothing but great experiences and have earned a great pay from the companies that I have been placed I want to thank Kian, Hilary, Roman, and Jackie for everything they have done for me and my family getting me these jobs that pay very well and making my life easier insight global is the best agency in the world I love all you guys thank you from my family and from the bottom of my heart.

Insight global worked with me to find a good job in my field. Hillary Throckmorton helped me along the way to get through the hiring process and beyond. I would give her a 5 star review. I did have some difficulty filling out the forms on line due to bad links and time restraints which made it a little frustrating but Hillary and Gabriela Taveras helped me through it. Because of that I would give their IT Department a 2 or 3 star at best. I will say I am happy with the final outcome. Thank you Hillary.

Received a call from a lady talking about work in an industrial area inside of Worcester. Seemed like a nice lady until she told me this company will not accept me because of my record. That is illegal and I was discriminated against. Next step calling my lawyer

My experiences working with Insight Global have been extremely positive. I worked with Shaylyn McKinney who is very professional and diligent while working to match me with the right opportunity.

I was looking for a job when Kian Kenahan with Insight Global reached out to me with an opportunity. He was very candid, respectful and diligent in finding me a great position. I was able to start working at Suffolk Construction days later and had an amazing experience. When I went into the Insight Global office I was immediately introduced to all of the recruiters who took the time out of their busy days to say hello. The office had a great atmosphere with a rousing sense of fortitude. I would HIGHLY recommend IG to both employers and prospective employees. Not only did Insight Global land me a position at a great company. The relationship was so successful that I still use the managers I had at that job for future references to this day. If you are looking to hire or land a job in the tech industry, Insight Global is the best place to start.

This temp agency is the best. They really do everything in their power to find you a job and get working. I love them!

Worst experience with insight global in boston, MA with the recruiter Carleigh Begin and account manager gabi worst moment in my life. Client took 2 hours of interview and they havent given any feedback till now and they dont respond in a proper way....disgusting

Nice! Insight Global doesnt keep communication active and then hangs up after screaming at you on the phone. Contractor beware.

Inside global has been great ,Carleigh, and Hillary ,couldnt have been more helpful and professional!I I give them my highest recommendation !Thanks again for all your help !

I was not actively looking for a new job, but i was contacted by insight global from an older resume i had up on career builder. The job wasnt exactly what i have always been a specialist in within my profession, but they recognised various skills and abilities that i have and applied them to a slightly different industry... i will admit that the job that they contacted me with seemed a little too good to be true, and i am weary of head-hunters, but these people actually matched me up with my true dream job (well... second dream job. right after professional lottery winner). So anywho, i dealt with two very professional acting, pleasent to deal with women via phone and conducted two fairly lengthy phone interviews. I never had to go to their office. They conveyed my information to their client, and i had an interview set up within days. I was pretty shocked at the speed of it all. A global insight rep came to meet me and introduced me personally to their client, my future employer, and i was pretty touched that they treated me with that level of courtesy and professionalism. Im not used to being made to feel important like that. In the end, i landed my dream job... the one that lets me do all the things i always wished i did for work, but never had applied to my profession before. I cant thank them enough for randomly finding me and pairing me up with a great company out of nowhere. To sum up, in 8 days time i got tracked down, phone interviewed, placed in a direct hire situation, interviewed directly with the employer, was offered a position and an official start date. It was all at my convenience. It was VERY professional. They were very organised and attentive to my needs, and i am still just shocked and amazed that this just happened to me. If they can do this in the head hunter role, i would imagine they are fantastic to work with if you were to actually approach them looking for help landing a job. I really cant say enough good things about them or thank them enough.

They have well cultured, experienced, thoughtful and professional IT Recruiters.

Great Company to work for as well as Top Notch Clients

They are very passionate about finding you a job.

Undetermined at this point, but a little dissapointed.

Nice people

Be professional.
