I highly recommend using ezCater. I have used them for over 5 years now for all of our catering needs for the office. Online ordering is very easy & convenient. Their communication updates from the time you place your order until you receive your receipt are great. Anytime we have had an issue, theyve been so prompt to fix the error. They are so easy to work with and we will continue to use them.

I have been using EzCater for about a year & have really enjoyed the platform. I have ordered over a dozen times & have nothing but positive things to say. Their customer services is always responses if I have questions or need to adjust an order last minute. I like that I get a confirmation when the restaurant receives my order & again when they confirm that they will fulfill the order. One of the major perks is using the EzCater reward system, it is super easy to submit reviews for orders placed & I get points to towards Amazon or future orders. Overall 5 stars.

EzCater has truly revolutionized the way I approach office catering. I love the ease and convenience of having all my options in one platform, and knowing that ezCater will confirm and re-confirm my orders directly with the caterers, and provide me with status updates. On occasion, I have to cater up to 15 group meals per month, and ezCater saves me so much time and enables greater flexibility in catering choices! Whenever there is a problem, they reach out to the caterer to resolve it for me. Their customer service is top-notch, and response time is almost immediate. I whole-heartedly recommend ezCater!

I have been ordered lunches for all of my customers across the state of Georgia now using the ezCarter app. This is a great resource for me. I usually am ordering 2-3 times a week for 10+ people at a time. ezCarter finds great options based on the address that I need it delivered to. The app also offers points for frequent users that can be redeemed for Amazon gift cards. Also a nice added benefit. The two times that I had a restaurant cancel on me or were unable to fill my request, ezCarter called me within 30 minutes to help find an alternative option. Great app that works well.

I am the office manager and am in charge of ordering lunches for 5 to 40 people.There are so many choices of places to order from: catering companies and restaurants with plenty of choices and varieties. My Mexico 2 go has amazing tacos! the flavor was epic - my fave was pork and pineapple taco; I ordered the pork, steak, chicken tacos - the food arrived on time, hot, fresh, delicious and plentiful - also, they came through in a last minute pinch - I ordered around 10am for 1230p, same day and My Mexico came through on time with 5 minutes to spare!! I use McAlisters Deli often when catering lunches. The food quality is always consistent, the selection is plentiful, and the value for large catering events is economical. The sandwich selections have always been delicious, but I recently discovered the baked potatoe bar with a selection of meat toppings paired with the nachos bar and offices have LOVED it! I also add the Savannah Chopped Salad for half the number of attendees, for those wanting to eat healthier.

I recently placed an order for pick up at the Hampden, ME Subway for 3 platters (one which was a custom platter) and 3 one dozen cookie platters.I could not be more pleased with my experience. The store manager, Patty called the day before to go over the order with me to make sure that everything would be exactly as I had requested. The platters were ready at the specified time and everything was delicious, fresh and exactly as I had ordered. I highly recommend ezCater and Hampden Subway!

We have been using ezCater for over a year and have only had a few issues and all of them were due to the restaurant not ezCater. ezCater has actually compensated us for the restaurants errors. The variety of restaurants allows us to not get bored with the food. We order eight meals a week for between five and 12 people.

I ordered through EZCater for my daughters grad party and I couldnt be happier. I was a little skeptical but I found the online process very smooth and easy. I placed the order, got a confirmation, a notification when the restaurant accepted my order, a notification when it was confirmed 24 hours in advance and again when the food was on its way. So simple! I would definitley use again!!

I have been using EzCater for the last year and have been very satisfied. Keep in mind nothing in life is perfect and you will have some hiccups once in a blue moon but overall I would not use anyone else!! I placed an order via corporate catering more than 24 hours in advance and received a confirmation email as well as a text this morning that my delivery was on time. Ez cater called me 30 minutes before my delivery time today and stated the restaurant was closed. As a pharmaceutical sales rep this was a huge inconvenience because it interrupted my business day, and I was unable to see some of my clients because I had to stop and get food for another office which was also late. I spoke with a supervisor named Andrew who apologized and stated it was a mistake on ez cater’s behalf and that I wouldn’t be charged which simply isn’t enough, since this inefficient behavior impacted my business day and made me look unprofessional! Every week there seems to be an issue with my ez cater orders which is unacceptable and poor customer service.

I ordered catering through this app as it was linked from the restaurants website. I had to call customer service 3 times over 3 days to ensure my order was received by the restaurant and confirmed. I was assured everything was confirmed for delivery. On the day of the event, one minute past the scheduled delivery time I got a text message from EZCater stating the order was cancelled by the restaurant. No phone call, no advance notice. I was left with 20 hungry people at my event and had to end up ordering pizza from Dominos! For an app that promises convenience and service, you provided neither.

DoorDash drivers are getting tired of EZCater stealing our tips.Almost $700 order took 12 thermal bags and 3 trips up and down stairs to load my vehicle as the restaurant was on the 2nd floor of a food court and 3 trips to unload it with long walks through a huge medical office building. It took over an hour to pick up the order, drive to the customer and drop it off.The customer informed me at dropoff that they put a hefty tip on the order. Sure enough, after delivery was completed there was no tip.Theres many people posting about this in all of the DoorDash Facebook groups and on Reddit with screenshots of their order receipt proving the customer left a tip and their DoorDash order completion showing $0 tip.Other catering orders via DoorDash shows tips but for some mysterious reason there is NEVER a tip with orders placed via ezCater.Horrible and greedy company.

Im a sales representative and I use Ezcater to conduct lunch & breakfast meetings in my territory. Their customer service is extremely responsive and I love the rewards we earn towards Amazon gift cards or discounts on orders! If I have a bad experience with a restaurant, they are quick to contact me and make up for the restaurant bad experience. Customer service is huge with me given my sales background and overall personality, and Ezcater goes above and beyond. They welcome feedback and address all concerns. They also keep great communication open regarding my orders by email and text updates which I love! This is a great service for sales professionals to use and I would assume a great option for restaurants who want to reach a broader audience!

During the early lockdown, when we were all terrified to even go pick up takeout, we relied on ezCater to deliver our favorites. Couldnt be more pleased with the service, and we were able to order from a fantastic Indian restaurant 45 minutes away when our local place wasnt doing any sort of delivery. Much better service than either Door Dash or Uber Eats. The food arrived earlier than expected and was still hot enough to eat.

We had a complicated order (vegans, vegetarians, gluten- free, combinations of those, plus the usual none-of-the-above), it was perfectly executed, well-prepared in individual boxes for safety, and delivered promptly and professionally, and delicious! Uses doordash drivers, like me, to dispatch catering orders for them. Yet, when I show up to pick up an order through them and the order was never placed, the number they provide for questions doesnt even work. I wish our office ordered food directly from the restaurant. The driver gave me a receipt to sign and I was surprised to see there was no tip. We left 18% tip ( mind that the order was pretty big), and driver told me he got only $20. We left a gratuity NOT for a company but for the driver. The whole situation is ridiculous, especially now with the pandemic. He told me he works for Elmas Enterprise and I am really surprised that Ezcater accepts such partnership. Very disappointed!

Update to my review: Your team member Amanda did reach out to me, and after stating that this 100% was the drivers fault and error, and offering me money off of a future order (who in their right mind would order again from a company that messed up this badly and made me look so badly in front of my company) I was offered Tips and Tricks to ensure this doesnt happen again. This event included a Vice President in my company, and a Sr Vice President in the company.My order was supposed to be delivered at 12:30pm and when it hadnt been delivered by 12:40pm I called the restaurant to find out if it had been picked up, they stated that it had been picked up at 12:00pm.I still had no food at 12:50pm and called the number on the website and they tracked down the delivery which claimed that they delivered my food to me and on time. I advised them that I had not received my food at all and was told “well the delivery guy said it was dropped off.” The instructions for my order was to ask for me by name when dropping off the food and my office was clearly listed on my order, including my suite number and company name.The order was for $266 worth of pasta, when I complained about now having 12 hungry people in my office and no food to show for my order, I was offered “sandwiches” to be delivered to me as a correction.This experience was awful and humiliating as I now had to scramble to find food for 12 people, again including two very important men in the company.Not only do I not recommend anyone use this service for their business I recommend that no restaurant use them as a catering option for their deliveries.

I started using ezCater for our regular office luncheons and have only had positive experiences with them. The customer service is impeccable, and I will continue to use them for our office. They dont make you wait to reach a representative, they offer a great variety of food options, and are quick to solve any issues. After waiting more than 3 hrs for my food to arrive, some chick named Sheryl called to apologize, saying that they couldnt wait for the order, it was taking too long, Are you F#@%!#g kidding me? I should have looked at this company reviews before I decided to do business with them! I have a restaurant and I partnered with EZCater to expand my catering business. What a big mistake! Everything was good until I received a two star review from a client from EZCater platform.I received a simple catering order like any other time but this one was a little different. EzCater client order food from my establishment and I was ready to rock and roll. I received a call from ezCater customer service asking me to package the catering into 12 separate containers. Two of the 12 containers should be vegan. I asked the EzCater customer representative if she was sure the customer wanted to change the order for 20 plus people into 12 individualized platters. She placed me on hold and contacted the customer just to reassure the change. So, we went with the change as requested and that was a huge mistake.I called ezCater to complain about the poor experience and to have them pull the audio from the call but they can’t find the audio! So I guess I’m just upset that I received a negative review! 😂 In my 13 years of business, I received a plethora of bad reviews however all of my rating stand at 4.4 or higher. I’m not going to tolerate this type of service although the income was great! I canceled my contract!Bad and sad experience! The customer received bad service just because the EzCater representatives could not relay the correct information. It’s just too sad the company couldn’t pull the audio from the call because someone should’ve been fired for the mistake! No accountability!It’s my hope that other business restaurants owners and clients read and consider their options before doing business with EZCATER.

The EZCater website is amazing. It made my ordering much less stressful. Really good information, easy to make changes. Ability to see past orders and duplicate will be a plus. Quick communication to confirm orders and that order was accepted by caterer. I recommend that you independently check the reviews/Yelp of the individual caterer before selecting them if you are concerned about caterer reliability. But the app service and the website are fantastic.

Terrible service that does not ensure that the tip always goes directly to the driver fulfilling the delivery and can potentially be withheld in house by the restaurant that used eZ cater to prepare the order. Would not recommend this service or any in-house catering services from restaurants that do not employ their own drivers, as they sometimes can circumvent paying the delivery driver by employing a third party delivery service not affiliated with the restaurant and can potentially pocket the tip from the independent contractor designated to complete the delivery. This is a serious concern that needs to be investigated. They are operating by hiring workers from a company called Elmas Enterprise that provides no protection to delivery drivers in the event of something going wrong during the delivery. Use at your own risk.

Im a sales rep and although I find ezcater convenient to use I dont use it often because it is not considered a restaurant/food with amex so you dont get additional reward points as you would if you went directly through the restaurant. As a person who worked in a restaurant and had to do deliveries for EzCater, I do not like it. I have delivered thousands of dollars of food and have not received any (tip) money for it myself. I understand that it’s not the company ezCater. I understand it is up to the customer to decide if they would like to tip. But, most people don’t realize that they can’t tip later or that they even need to because they think it is included. It is not fair to delivery drivers who will not be making a penny off of the orders. To have made $0 off at least $3000 of food is not worth it to me.

Terrible terrible terrible! Do yourself a favor and call the restaurant themselves. Ez cater charges a almost 100 dollar admin fee to simply just take a phone call, the restaurant does all the work getting you your food! The restaurants charge less of a delivery fee, even less of a gratuity. (Which is deserved) There should be no option to not tip who ever is bringing your food. The server takes hours to get the food ready, and deliver it, For NOTHING! I will never suggest this service it is a RIP off!!!!!

We make some of the best soul food/bbq you can have because we put out very heart in our food. Not the case with ezCater and more especially with this latest incident; I was told by a rep that my pay would be deposited in my account on today the 17th of May. Understand I do not do this on a full-time basis yet I am trying to get there I have to do other things to make money like Uber etc. so every dime is counted. I needed to get my bills paid and I was counting on the money that was to come in this direct deposit. I know that this might not be a big issue to most but it is to me. My WORD means everything to me and when I tell my customers something I make sure it gets delivered, that is how I do business.The fact that the so-called leaders I spoke with over the phone come up with There is nothing I can do attitude told me that the culture of your company is I am not a big fish so let him go. JUST DONT USE THEM FOR A CATERING EVENT. I had placed an order 4 days in advance and received confirmation all was OK. One hour before the event EZ Cater emails to tell me they cannot fulfill my request. I was left with no way to feed 100 guests. They did send an email offering me $100 off my next event order. They can keep the $100. I cannot trust this company. My suggestion, order directly with the restaurant and bypass EZCater.

DONT EVER ORDER CATERING FROM EZCATER! They dont have any accountability or follow through with their orders. We ended up with no communication, and no food. I was more than happy to use EzCater, since few weeks ago when my orders started to loose the quality: food didn’t show up and rude customer service.Everything started from a cater that had advertised the place with free delivery, but in the end I paid 60$ just for a simple delivery.I let the customer service know about 12% delivery fee and the answer from EzCater customer service, Emily, was:“[…]we can’t tell a caterer how to run their business . That is what the caterer thinks they need in order to successfully run their business “So, I am so sorry but I will definitely give them a breake. Too many mistakes!
