Pathetic Service. They told me 3 days to replace SMPS under warranty but took more than 15 day for that. Also took DVD writer from my CPU & on complaining, instead to apologize, they replied very rudely. They dont have sense how to talk with customer. So if you really dont have any self-respect and if you love pathetic service, it is perfect place for you......................
