The office members are very nice and responds to every complaint quickly and acts promtly

In our area there is an issue of DP fused after every 3-4 months and for complaint we have to visit the office then only they will attend the issue on site. All complaints on phone, emails, web or email cant be attended by them. Wardha MSEB is doing worst in all aspect.

This office doesnt recives phone call...as well as they cutt off power supply more oftenly...could give more proper service if donw promptly...the workers here dont ever listen problem of localites...and if so called tgey dont maintain it on time...worst actions of this office

No 24/7 service if even you call them In early morning they will not pick the phone.Nor There office at old mada colony is open 24/7. They open and work only in office hour and that is also very bad service.
