Very unprofessional and pathetic courier branch located in Thelamara, returned my 10 packages twice. Action will be taken against delivery boys soon.

Very bad service. Customer care guy says office is closed even when it was open. Also when i requested that my package was undelivered, he just said claim refund.Very disgraceful staffs
