Very Worst service & poor, Branch manager Mr Jayshankar Kumar is very rude and having attitude of the post. Also he is not ready and willing to help in any way.

Worst service i have ever been seen.... They forced you to wait in queue for more that an hours.. they are so busy that you have to wait for 2-4 days for your problems to solve.. Zero percent satisfaction 🙁 here i am talking about south bopal branch which is located in gala mart.

Very very worst customer service.

I visited this SBI branch for the first time on 26th Dec. 2017. Found that it had shifted to another location about a 100m away. Effectively, this branch is shut. No point coming here, though the new location of this same branch is only about 100m away. The photos I have posted are of the new branch location, not the old one.

Customer service is too bed..

SBI in this brach is third class service today morning I was called for some inquiry but Mr.Aashuthosh is very busy he was told me is net is no Woking so he not able to give me information. Call him after 2p.m. after I was tell him something but he too rudely suddenly cut my phone. After again call him but he didnt pick up my call also. After again call him third time and he pick up but he dont have manner to talk with costumer.He is very irresponsible person because of SBI bank is goverment bank. They dont have any scare of job. Because of they are goverment employees. if is privet bank so that person never talk this type of way.

Staff is supportive but the atm machines here I never seen working properly.... espacily the rightest one...Never ever since years and years

Not giving proper service. Bank Manager Gaurav is irresponsible person. I have visited bank many times but not registring my mobile number and have not taken any action till date. And wont be generate ATM PIN also.
