Dont have an option for a negative star so giving 1 star.First of all the cost of the fish are sky high.. they are not ready to reduce the price of any of the items purchased from them.Second, they dont look professional pet sellers. They dont take care of the birds, rabbits, even the fishes..Third, how expert you are in bargaining, you are nothing in front of them. They will win it.Fourth, the health of the pets are not up to the mark as they didnt get proper care or medicines.Fifth, different prizes for different people. You know what I mean. Less amount from regular or intelligent customers and a huge amount from dumb customers. By looking at our face and excitement, they decide the price.Sixth, as there is only one shop left in that area, they have an upper hand in dealing and asking the high price.Seventh, just like other customers, I also purchased many fishes from them. We have an acquarium for more than 35 years. But whenever we bring new fishes, few die the next day which is very heart breaking.Eighth, I dont know if they bring the pets from Guwahati or Siliguri, but the quality is very poor.Nineth, due to a single shop currently opened there, you dont have an other option to buy the pets, except either YouCan go to Guwahati or Siliguri.Tenth, my advice.
