Excellent farm for a nice breakfast / lunch and to buy some good organic vegetables and fruits. Very nicely run. Sincerely liked the simplicity and the hospitality. A must visit place @ Auroville

We love the place, staff are great. The farm is beautiful. But we feel bloated after meals so we have reduced visiting here.

Good, healthy and organic food. The food is prepared from produce from their own farm.

The food is simple yet delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Very limited menu but food is really satisfying.

In my opinion it’s not a great place. The food is definitely simple and tastes okay like it’s mentioned in most of the reviews. But the place is dirty. The toilets/ wash basins are really very dirty. The tables are not cleaned after people eat. And I’m really surprised why people need to take off their shoes especially when the floors are so dirty. The doormat is in fact sticky. I don’t think Rs 125/- is justified for some average lemon rice, white rice, sambhar, cabbage/tomato salad, bhindi sabji and a papad. If someone is really hungry and no other option, then one can go there. Otherwise I saw many other restaurants in and around that place. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

This place is run my women. Neat and tidy. Loved the taste. Heard a lot about their lunch buffet, but due to time constraint couldnt have it. Do visit when u are in Auroville.

Best place if you wish to have some local food. They use the products they grow there for cooking which gives it a pure taste. Lunch is served in plantain leaf with 3 to 4 vegetarian side dishes. Juices and other dishes are also available. This place has the mainroad access but it is very difficult to spot as there is no hoardings or name boards.

First of all, its not a restaurant. Its a farm kitchen. Its a must visit place in Auroville.Meals is good. Its served on banana leaf. Service was good. No Debit card/ Paytm accepted here.Had breakfast couple of times here. Idly and sambar were too good.Didnt like pongal. The texture was like porridge. The portion was large.Car can be parked in front of the gate. Two wheelers can be parked inside the gate.

Papaya juice and Nanhari juice are a must try. Its fresh and organic. The farm is right beside the cafetaria and they offer good south indian food.

Very nice food which has taste of homemade food. Simple and peaceful environment to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. One think of this place to have good food away from city rush.

Delicious, home cooked meals from the garden.Have only tried the South Indian lunch thali, which I returned for again the next day (it was so good)!Also serves dosa, idli, dal vada and fresh juices.Thali comes on a banana leaf with rice, sabzi, pappadum, pickle and sambar.Prices are very reasonable and they keep on filling your plate.

Best place in Auroville to get South Indian style home cooked breakfast and lunch.All the food served there are grown in their own farm and you can literally taste the organic and freshness in the food.They dont have any name board on the outside, so Google Maps is the only way to find the location of this place. And if you are going as a group with more than 10 members, its better to call them over the phone first so that they can serve you better.5/5 must visit in Auroville!

Healthy & tasty meals. We felt light & energetic even after a full meal. The person incharge was kind enough to send one of the staff to his house to fetch some coconut oil I desperately needed to soothe s painful mouth ulcer. He could have easily said he did not have it. That kind act was beyond his call of duty & am ever grateful for that and for the great food.

Organically grown vegetables served in traditional Tamilian cuisine on Banana leaves. He has his own field of crops on the same property which you can visit after your meal. Serves breakfast and lunch. Lunch is thali style only. Do not expect to be waited upon - You have to place your order at the counter. There is no board outside so you might miss this simply lovely place while traveling.

Terrible. Service and cleanliness is pathetic . The only solace is good is decent but the attitude of the staff and management just kills it. You have to oelad with them to serve....this being a full meal all you can eat place. It makes you wonder why they dont want to serve you!! AVOID

You can get the Best organic food here. They only serve breakfast and lunch. You can only get unlimited meals for lunch here. Nannari sarbath is also great here. The place, its people and food, everything is perfect here.

Great place to have a simple south Indian meal Saapadu the price is honest for what it is. Simply... rice, Sambar (lentil souce), Caramcorumbu (hot sauce to put on Rice) and (Moor) Butter-milk , Papad, Mango Pickle ... Yes simple but worth it. Their effort to make clean affordable food is really appreciated.

All you can eat for 80 rupees. You can eat Indian dishes made from farm ingredients on a banana leaf plate. There is one type of food and a drink menu.

The meal is pleasant, but the owners behavior towards the employees prevents him from enjoying it with confidence.
