Very bad hotel.We are at Room no-204.There is a big tv,but its for show only! Bathroom is too dirty.Western comodes height is too low. Tubelight is not working. The room key is hard to lock/unlock. They give us half vivel soap(cut by knife manually). I wonder,how the hotel is of 2 star!??

We checked-in to the hotel on 24th Dec 2018. We reached there around 9pm. The hotel staff did not provide any food, even after our humble request. Service staff is not so polite. Would highly recommend NOT to stay in this hotel during winters especially. The rooms were freezing with cold wind, as there are some air leaks observed in the rooms. No heater was provided. Even the geyser was not working properly, and hence no hot water for bathing. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience. The only positive things were, it is situated in a beautiful scenic spot and parking facility is good.

It is best hotel having average tarrif in Norfolk.

Excellent hotel for stay.... Neat and clean.... Staff is very cooperative

Staff was good. Hotel room was ok and bathroom was not that okay. Western pots was very low in height. Bathroom.is not maintained well. There are extra charges for room heater. Rates are very high. I would not recommend if you dont have other option. There are many other hotel in same area.

Only best part about the hotel is location, it is very near to bomadila monastery. Care taker of this hotel is not helpful. Dont expect the food if you are reaching after 9 pm in night.

Most third class hotel. Rooms are very small and damp. Manager is very rude. Never stay here.

Worst experience, the manager is cook, have only couple of staff to handle the hotel.You will have to literally beg for towel and soap the the bathroom.If you feel cold and want another blanket all hell loose.Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

This hotel is a shame in terms of hospitality.gave us single accommodation rooms in the name of double rooms.no service available.no arrangement for proper food though they have a big dining lounge.intercoms and tvs dont work.so called manager seems to be only staff.we arrived tired in evening from tawang.had to haul our luggage upstairs .no towels were given on asking.horrible experience
