The main shop keeper is really very helpful and is quite experienced regarding giving products to the customers. He is really knowledgeable and gives the things as per our requirement with best market prices

If you wish to have a worst customer service then this is the shop for you. The owner is an arrogant person and no wonder his staff as well. He would never give you a receipt for smaller amounts and in case you wish to replace(forget about returning something) he would deny that the item was sold from his shop. Pathetic experience and I would strongly recommend that you should avoid this shop as there are other better hardware shops around.
