Extremely bad service,in boisar, hig rates not worth not recommend any one

Internet is always down after I return from work at 7pm. They wont rectify it until the next day. Will be switching services immediately.

Bad experience as in providing customer service as well as the speed of the internet service. They are just fooling people for the Customer service but never visits.

Pathetic and absolutely zero quality service, basically their customer support is non existent.If internet goes down, the only thing you could do is WAIT, FOREVERAll the calls go unanswered.If you are lucky enough to be attended by the helpdesk lady, shell disconnect the call faster than you could say a hello.Atleast have a dedicated customer support setup.

Chutiya banane ka dhandha hai. Net nhi chalta hai. Paisa barabar time pe lene aayenge sale. complain karte raho 10 din k baad bhi nhi aayenge. 4 mbps loge toh 40 kb ka speed milega. Worst service ever. Connection lene k baad 10 din barabar chalega uske bilkul b nhi chalega. Do not use.

Worst service ever . Do not trust them . Those 5 stars rating are from the staffs working over there. For any problem we need to call them at least 5 to 6 times. The person who receives the call just asks username and says she will say the technician to check but never tells them. They are such retarded team working over there.Worst service ever.

Worst service agar internet raat ko band hogaya toh sidhar morning mai chalu hota hai bc ... Aur haar bar fiber cut hogaya hai yeh bolteh hai ... installation charge 3000rs lete hai aur 1000 ka router 1300 rupees mai bhecte hai corrupt peoples hai sab idhar..dont take make them suffer
