Dont visit this service center. They try to cheat you.When you go to get your device repaired.They wont repair it and provide a replacement.But the replacement Jio Phone is a used and repaired phone of some other customer in even more worst condition.So, if they do suck things ask them for a feedback form and write the things that they are doing incorrectly and put it in the box provided which will help you in solving your problem.

No sign boards there to reach to the first floor office. No arrow marks there. It should have been in an open and easy to notice shop but....

My phone was not starting jio resolved this problem in 40 min Only 😄. Service was fast. They didnt allow me to take photos inside the center. 🤔

Service is good the the office staff is taking so rudaly.The office is in the corner and the staff is not good even you can not complain on them the head officer is also talking like his staff only.You will not like to visit the place again.

Jio cheap phones and cheap serviceWorst experience not only the service centre but also jio serviceWhen i faced problem with my device and they were not able to repair the phone they were providing me a old repaired phone of someone as a replacement unit.which was not even in a sealed box the representative came to me with a repaired phone in her hand and told me this is your replacement unit ,i was shocked to see the phones condition was worse than my phone .i asked for my phone and came back never going to buy any jio phoneAnd the attitude of the staff was very bad jio was doing wrong thing regarding service and he was trying to convince that this is how all other companies provides replacement unit a repaired mobil

Here you can get all types of jio facilities and any problem relater to bio will be solved here. It is in corner so it is difficult to find.If you have any problem related to jio vist this place . I visited here for new jio sim.The service is fast and advanced. The office is clean and well maintained by the office staff.I think they should increase the network of jio .
