I am not a fan of Japanese especially where you cook it yourself. This was different. A broad range of food including Japanese curries which were delicious. They also serve traditional sushi etc. I would go back again. Better than Shabu Hachi.

Been ages not eating in this place. Last time was 2010. The place looks old but thr ambience is not bad.Sushi was awesome.Set menu for me just soso.

Good, tasty, and delicious Japanese food here. Midori has set a good standard. Tonight we enjoyed a bowl of beef ramen, “tempura jyu” or fried “tempura” fritters on a bed of rice, and a salmon salad. Simply delicious.

The Midori restaurant provides Japanese specialties made by professional chefs. the food used is also very high quality. The taste of the food served is also good. The seating provided is quite large and the restaurant is very clean. Friendly service. The parking lot is less convenient because it only accommodates a few cars and restaurants that are quite small so they are easily missed.

Food was okay, the restaurant was very dark and there was a bit of a musty smell. Service okay but not the usual friendly atmosphere that Ive felt in other sushi restaurants. Its okay but theres better places in Bogor that are also cheaper

I give 5 star for midori restaurant. The place is nice, clean and quite,. The food have 9 score of 10. They taste like a real Japanese food. The price is little bit expensive, but it okay, because the service here is very excellent. If stay in bogor, and you want to eat Japanese food, try this.very recommend this place. 😀😁

Tried their sushi plater (fresh fish, recommended to buy) and 2 ramen (Shoyu and Spicy, both are great, personally i love the spicy ramen, no specific reason). Hospitality of several server must be improved (well they might have long working hour and rush hour during weekend) (i said improve, which means not bad, shall be improved).Spacious parking lot, best location, easy to access, definitely will come again

Came for lunch with my family. We loved the bento style mains which were amazing. We wait approximately 20 minutes until all of the order are ready. Service are fine, but can be improved. We used to be offered fruit as a desert after the mains, but somehow they didnt have it when we came.

Highly recommended japanesse dish in Bogor.

The place is not crowded, yet its very cozy. I tried Salmon Sushi and small noodle (forgot the name) and change the udon soup with miso soup. The Salmon is fresh and juicy, the portion is bigger than how it looks in the menu picture. the noodle is thin and the texture is soft (I like it). If you like savory yet light taste, you can choose miso soup for the noodle. I think the noodle portion is enough for two persons. For the beverage, green teas taste is not too bitter and it is good for people who doesnt like strong taste of green tea. My favorite desert is chocolate mochi ice cream which has a balance taste of chocolate powder and creamy sensation. The most important thing is its not too sweet. So far, this is my number one recommendation for japanese resto in Bogor city.

Sure it is pricey, but you wont find better Japanese restaurant in Bogor. Midori is the best in town, both in taste and atmosphere.When you are in Bogor and looking for sushi/udon/ramen/teriyaki, look no further.I am regular customer since 4years ago, and this place has undergone couple of interior changes. But the food stays the same.Come wednesday at 7pm and they have in house band perform live.

The most expensive Japanese restaurant in Bogor but its worth the price.Minus point is their services. Waiters and waitresses are very slow. They even never come to my table when I pressed the call button. I should do the old style waving hand if I need to call the waiters. No point of putting those call button on the table.

Best place to eat sashimi, sushi and other japanese food stuff! The price is not cheap enough, yet the food isnt a dissapointment at all! the taste of the fish is very fresh! And of course, there are still other foods such as yakiniku, ebi tempura or even a chicken katsu. Best place!

This restaurant does fancy and has a great Japanese atmosphere inside. However the variation of its food are not much actually. Compared to the Japanese restaurant I used to visit, this one is okay but too pricey. I mean, if I could get more affordable Japanese food in town why should I choose this place? I had Japanese fried rice and baby octopus stir-fried, I was satisfied. However not much to relieve my starve.

Great place to spend time and moments. Great foods also. Japanese cuisins. So yummy and delicious. But need to prepare extra spend.

Some menus are tasty (grilled salmon, some rolls) however I kinda expecting something else with the mayo gunkan. Its still OK tho. They give you fruit as dessert for free.

Overall okay. But somehow I feel the room isnt too hygienic. I noticed some people were sneezing when entering the corner side of the room.

Real japanese food

We used to really like it here, but our experience last night was pretty awful. Carrot juice was just carrot flavored water and had to be sent back. The big sushi combo platter we ordered came from the fridge, so was dry and chewy. Tuna tataki also wasn’t freshly grilled.They do get more than one star because we didn’t get sick after.The tuna and salmon sashimi was good so if you eat here I recommend to keep it simple.Price is low, maybe my expectations have become too high.

Good sushi, nice place. The waitresses are polite & have a good knowledge of their products..the service is fast, i never wait more than 15 minutes everytime i eat here..further more, it just next to massage parlor which is a very good place for relaxation.
