Great fun for all the family. Toddler pool is quite warm as they say. a very safe environment, their evening pool party are a lot of fun. A great looking place but unfortunately, youre not allowed to take any photos π
Fun swimming pool for the family. Flumes were fun but short. Extremely busy however and at 6ft4 there is nowhere deep enough for me. Also, the reception area is very small compared to how bust it gets and queues go out the door. Not good in poor weather or for social distancing.Still, a great day out.
The new pool layout is great for kids. Plenty of stuff for toddlers and young swimmers, some fun flumes and rides.Decent sized changing rooms and lockers as well.
We loved it especially the garden splash and the waves pool ππππ
We went 3 time during our break, my niece loved every minute of it, loads to do for kids! however thereβre less stuff to do for adults, only 1 flume compared to the old pool where studio 36 is now .. overall very good
Amazing time spent with my son and he started to swimm on hes own and hes just 17 months
Really good pools lots of slides my Son loved it . πVery good the only downside was the keys to the lockers the straps keep coming undone and falling off my wife lost her key and had to go to reception to get another key.
Great swimming pool for families and kids. Many slides for kids to play on and hrs of activities. Impossible to get bored here. 100% recommend this place x
The old Butlins pool was good, but the new Splash is another level.Starting at the changing village, it is well designed with colour-coded areas for different sized groups, plenty of cubicles, and loads of lockers. The pool itself is divided into 4 main areas - beach pool with smaller slides, splash area with loads of toys, wave pool, and swimming area. The bigger slides are clustered around the wave pool.Everything worked well, and the air and water were both lovely and warm. The booking system (for COVID) worked really well - we got 1 visit pre-booked and several more on-the-day. Much better than the old rock-up-and-queue-for-an-hour system. Im torn on what is better - on the one hand it was more convenient, on the other sessions were limited to an hour-and-a-quarter.One complaint was that many of the locker keys had broken bracelets, and couldnt be used - surprising in such a new facility - but do make sure to check before heading down a water slide!
Best water park for toddlers I have been to.
It is the perfect place to relax. For all the family..
Nice warm water, clean changing rooms, good fun for little ones.
Fantastic .a lot of fun with my grandchildren.
This water park is amazing I definitely love the new helter-skelter slide they added since they open the app and the slides I hate is the stick of rock and racers
Worth visiting. Awesome place.
Brilliant for little ones but nowhere to swim if youre over 4 feet tall
Great for everyone really nice area for infants and toddlers and plenty for all ages above. Ps you need a Β£ for the locker
My previous visit was much better, and I gave it 5 stars. This time the cleanliness was so poor 2 stars is the best it gets. Such a shame, brilliant venue with loads to keep the kids entertained. For a parent, the least of your worries in here is catching Covid 19, as Im sure theres many other diseases waiting to cause concern throughout the changing facilities. Its filth!Without flip flops youll be tip toeing around all the scum on the floors. No excuses, this must be basic discipline with high traffic areas.
Very busy but lots of fun too for young kids.
Amazing new pool. The flumes and slides are great, as are the main pools. As stated in other reviews the rapids are a little slow but this is understandable given the age ranges that come. There is something for all ages at this pool. The best part is the rock and roll music playing when the waves are on!
The hole pool facilityβs seem grate for the kids but I proffered the old pool being an adult.
Great fun for all the family, shame not everything was open. Cant be due to Covid as the pool was packed
Amazing! Cant wait to go back tomorrow!
Unbelievable. A shame in one way that we were only able to attend once during our visit, but the reduced capacity enables us to enjoy every slide with minimum queue time. The floors in the changing rooms however should be hosed down as soon as all of the visitors have emptied the pool. Apart from that, a truly wonderful visit.
Awesome splash pool for kids
Amazing place what a wonderful place for families
The water park is updated and beautiful and fun. The changing rooms are actually the best Ive ever seen at a pool. There are changing rooms for bigger families and they are easily to find as they are colour coded ! I give it 4 stars only because of the covid measures that have stopped certain pathways to follow and having it shut down a few slides. I would say the team are doing great with their measures and I hope to visit again when its all accessible.
Good place for water slides
Managed social distancing pretty well although it was busy.
Yes we like going to splash
Very good pool
Great fun for the kids
Iv just taken my 1 and 2 year old girls, they loved it. The water was lovely and warm and the slides so fun, my 2 year old was big enough to ride most of them. Lets just say memories have been made
Too crowded, changing rooms are very clean.
Great for the kids! My 1 year old and 3 year old LOVE it. Had an issue with 1 staff member on our first day but the manager was brilliant and so were all the other staff members.
With a max depth of 4ft 11 inches, sloping access to most pools and with flumes and slides everywhere it is a pool designed for children and young families. That said when you are on your holidays a break from the norm can be just what the doctor ordered...race your kids down the slides 4 lanes wide ...enjoy the outdoor rapids that sweeps you round and back in to a plunge pool or the family flume where you all sit in a big inflated ring before whizzing down the tubes .Or even a fast adrenalin flume .Disabled friendly access and changing facilities.Friendly helpful staff .
We loved our time here. All the slides and flumes are so much fun. Rapids very disappointing tho but didnt detract from our good time.
Absolutely loved it
Fantastic experience. Nothing else to say!!!!!
Great fun place. Lots to do and has the only water helter skelter slide in the world. X
The newly built SPLASH water park is a lot better than the old one. Its bigger with more slide and pool. There is wave pool that run continuously and good size swimming pool with the depth of both pool 1.5m, which is very good depth for non swimmer. Also two slides and rapid water. Kids love it. The shower and changing room is nicely laid out, and coffee shop just in front of entrance desk, everyone happy
Great fun
Lovely, covid measures in place, clean ,lots of lifeguards felt safe plenty of changing rooms and lockers dont forget your Β£1
Great for families. Nice temperature and lots of choices for most. Only afe bracket that seems to miss out a bit is the say 3-4 year olds as the warer slides are access by height only and this age group dont have any real slides bar the real small ones for small tots. Otherwise very good. Nice changing area plenty of lockers and staff are constantly watching which is great for safety!!
Kids loved it
Amazing experience
New pool is Brill. Amazing that it now includes a Changing Places which has made it a lot easier for our family with our disabled daughter. However, when we used it today the people before us made an awful mess and although I told the staff it was still not cleaned when we came to change when leaving so thats why Ive given it four stars. After going swimming there for 3 days it seems the changing places room is not very well looked after at all as the alarm was going off and no staff went to the room to see what had happened. Also, I suspect people without special needs were using the room which is typical.
Flumes, wave machine, rapids and sensible layout for keeping children is so ages safe.
Nice water park in Butlins. I took a 8 and 10 year old who both really enjoyed it. Nice slides nothing too big. Nice wave machine and a lazy river (not very lazy but lots of fun)
Excellent swim
Fantastic swimming experience tailored for all ages
This is the best place by far of butlins everything was amazing they had slides from a tiny helterscelter to a huge family Rapids ride( my favourite ) it just takes you off by water jets. And the flumes the family one fits 3 people and I pretty fun with the family and then theres a huge drop flume that sends you flying down a narrow tube. 10/10 want to go again
Great fun but very crowded
Lots of fun great time
Absolutely brilliant so many slidesKids loved it. Was in the pool for over 2 hours and kids still didnt wanna get out
Great fun! Pool could do with being a bit warmer though
Great place to take the kids and have some much needed fun.
Clean and modern but not as much space as the old pool. Had to queue for 20 mins with my autistic son to get in as the pool was at capacity. You dont expect this for a new building and at 3:30 in the afternoon when they advertise a quieter session! No regard for people unable to wait in queues. Every park I know in the UK has some sort of fast track access for disabled visitors, but not Butlins?
I went to the new swimming pool in July 2019 and I love that thay have a cafe and the longest queue on a Sunday was 20 minutes 20 minutes is really good and most rides super fast queue
The pools are ckean, the staff are helpful.
A great swimming pool, and the flumes are BRILLIANT!
Great pool loved it
Great fun for kids plus super family changing rooms
Amazing pool for all the family!
I cant swim though partner who has anxiety wanted to take my 7 month old son for his first time swimming. She asked me to sit on the seats as she was in water with baby besides me.Though monute later i was told (rudely) to leave by staff as i wasnt dressed to swim. This was while i was sat next to other people who were fully dressed, doing the same as me. The staff member didnt even speak to them.Disgusting service. The staff member saw my partner who is pakistani and then said his piece. So i am further disgusted at his approach and ignorance to our wants.
My 12year old loved it
Great fun
