Great product but even greater service from the company. They are receptive to changes our organization needed to be successful and worked to make their product fit our needs rather than the other way around. As a client I always feel they listen to our input and actually make changes based on our feedback.

I first began working with Scott and Steve at ISS247 in 2005 when their company was primarily engaged in the text messaging marketing business. Since 2007, ISS247 has provided services to facilitate security and operational issues for the NASCAR Championships at Homestead-Miami Speedway. It is nothing less that impressive to have watched ISS247 transform into the world leader for spectator sports (and other business sectors such as major malls, performing arts, etc) incident management (stakeholders such as police, fire, security, back-of-house operations), text messaging (fan/staff interaction for security and guest service needs), mobile apps, tracking requests, assigning tasks, security patrols (checkpoint), work orders and CMMS. I have not worked with a more innovative company in keeping products relevant and cutting edge. At considerable expense, ISS247 hosts an annual Focus Group to receive feedback from clients throughout the U.S. and abroad in order to further enhance their products and services.

Using IMS and texting messaging pieces of ISS 24/7 has made operating Base at the American Airlines Arena so much a million times smoother for me! No more old school excel sheets and and much better organization and tracking! I dont know how I did it before ISS 24/7!

Im just leaving the 2 day ISS 24/7conference that I was luck to attend..... very opening possibles for FLL Airport . My takeaway is that I want this for our Operations Department. We already use the lost and found module and the staff love it ... thank you
