Very disappointing. Called the night before to get a covid rapid test done as I needed the result quick for work and was told you can pay the $25 and have the resuly while you wait. They had no nurse available and was asked to come in next morning 8:30am. When I arrived was asked to fill in new patient forms and check in. Asked to wait outside until the nurse called me on my phone. Was asked numerous questions and if I have been vaccinated. Was called to the front door and was told they had no rapid tests they had run out.Very dishonest and unprofessional I do not recommend at all.

I went to Oran park to have a minor surgical procedure on my head. The staff were very prompt and efficient at the front desk and the nurse and doctor who carried out the procedure were professional, caring and attentive. I was very happy with the result which was confirmed by the doctor who removed the stitches at another practice who commented on a job well done. Thank you Dr Sam and the team!!

WORST MEDICAL CENTRE!!We have to wait for 1 hour to see doctor here. There is no point you book online if you have to wait 1 hour. Don’t give me reason that you are too busy or too many people today. As everyone is busy as well, wasted my time.Perhaps reception doesn’t mixed appointments with the one book online and the one just walking making new appointments. I saw 2 ladies went over me directly to see doctor, who just came in/behind me to same the same doctor.It is not worth of your time to come here.

I am a Registered Nurse and cannot say enough about this place. The reception staff are simply awesome. The doctors are thorough and genuinely interested in your welfare. You may wait a while and of course this is frustrating but totally worth it.

Worst medical centre. Reception lady maria full of attitude. There’s no proper queue anywhere. people just stand all over the place and reception don’t even acknowledge who is next! Whoever cut in the line managed to get served before us. Doctors are incredibly slow.

You need to wait might for 1 hour even if you book an appointment on phone or on internet. i went two time at same day with appoinments still i was waiting in queue for long time.

This clinic should be renamed “Utter late clinic”. Really unprofessional doctors as well as receptionist as well. I have visited here almost 5-6 times and everytime every doctor is running late by more than an hour which is ridiculous. Never going to go there again.

At first, when I checked the reviews I was 50/50. if I’m going to have a booking here or not cause a lot of peoples comments are negative but nahhh it was all good from the receptionist to doctors.

I highly recommend Dr Daniel David. My newborn had a month-long runny nose from being sick with rhinovirus and he did an extensive check to make sure that the issue wasnt more serious such as a sinus infection. He really put me at ease, listened to my concerns and recommended some simple solutions.

We have been a patient of dr Sam for almost 9yrs and we have not found another doctor who we trust and respect as much as we trust and respect him. Dr Sam is a caring, passionate Dr and even when I happen to be there on my own he will always ask and see how my children and husband are!But I really have to make a note and also compliment Dr Sara after not only did she give my son a very thorough assessment after a sports injury but at the end of the day Dr Sara went out of her way to call and check in, see how he is going and to offer support!I truely appreciate this medical centre, there care, understanding and warm nature that these doctors, nurses and receptionist have!

The Drs are very carefull , knowledgable with having a very good behaviour with patients and reception staff always go out and beyond to help the customer service is great very warm and always welcoming with a smile. My Parents are on visitor visa, and I took them to see doctor at Myhealth clinic last year, where they recorded my father’s details including phone number.In 2020 my parents visited again, in March 2020 My father received a phone call from a doctor asking for his wellbeing to see if he is ok, the call lasted 30 sec. as my father stated that he is feeling fine.In October 2020 he receives a phone call from receptionist from Myhealth asking Him to pay consultation fee for the phone call he received in March.I ended up paying the amount as I did not want to argue.I find it ethically wrong specially when a phone call initiated from their end.

I gave this star to doctors. If u talk about receptionists, they don’t have manners tht how to talk customers. I booked my appointment from home and they forced me to wait for 1 hour. If they cannot give 100 % to ur job. Please leave job

Worst medical centre ever! Rude ladies at reception. First of all, I waited for an hour and then when I finally got to see dr Gayathri G, she made me rush and said she doesn’t have time for me to discuss all my issues due to other patients waiting.Waited an hour only for 5 minutes of service!Will never come here again.Definitely will not recommend!!

Several years ago, l saw a doctor, named as Wang Feng or Feng Wang. He was a terrible practitioner, he was so rude and unkind, looking down the patient, he says me a miserable mom l, I was so speechless, my husband came and asked him why he did, his answer was his son was very sick last night , couldnt sleep well. He was so hortible and toxic. I never forget.

My experience at Blacktown Myhealth has always been a positive one. They have great doctors, nursing and allied health staff. Would highly recommend to friends and family. I have personally seen Dr Sara and have followed her around her different locations. She always provides adequate time and ensures all my concerns are addressed.

Today I have visited my health blacktown and had a very bad experience when I reached I ask receptionist to book first available doctor with less waiting time she booked me with one doctor and said you will be next to go in and it’s not the case I have to wait more than one hour and 3 to 4 people went inside before me and every time I ask how long she always reply you are the next.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Dr Sara Al Samail is the reason my family and I go to this medical centre. She is the best GP we have seen in recent years. Professional, passionate, caring and excellent with kids. My 5 year old daughter loves going to see Dr Sara.

You shouldnt book an appointment, howsoever it will take more than an hour even if you have booked appointment. All patients coming after you will be served first. So never come here.worst service ever.....horrible service

Ive visited this centre twice. In addition to having experienced doctors, I had minimum waiting time when I booked my appointment in advance. I recommend this centre and hope they can maintain their quality service.

This morning today i needed to make an appointment i was calling since opening time at 9 am till 9.35 am the phone line was off i rang at least 20 times for nearly half an hour then i just gave up and called another medical centre and they answered straight away. you need to turn the phone on as soon as it is 9amYou lost a customer imagine how many more was trying to get through.

The team at MyHealth Blacktown are fantastic, they have great Nurses, Doctors and staff all round. Dr Sam, Dr Sara and Josie have brought a great offering into the Blacktown area. Highly recommended

A pristine and very clean, new and well presented place.I am so pleased with the service of the doctors, they really seem to care about their patients. I have had the doctor call me after hours (after seeing me) to see how I’m going and if I’m okay. Really means a lot.Extremely disappointed with wait times. Have been here 3 times in the last week and each has been a big wait despite having an appointment booked (these times aren’t are obviously just an indication of when you will see the doctor I understand) but I have been here 40 minutes past scheduled time (I am “the next in line”)Hope the new business can work towards maximising efficiency and minimising wait times :)

Our family are super lucky to have come across Dr Sara Al Samail, and we were so excited to hear that she has opened up her own practice. This was wonderful news that such a capable, talented and caring doctor could further contribute to the local community. Dr Sara is a natural leader in her field, and her thorough approach to healthcare is very unique from my experience over the years. A real talent, and a huge asset to our community.

The Staff is very rude , theyre talking to us as were working under them , especially the lady whos wearing glasses she doesnt know how to talk to people and very rude, its really disappointedI wanted to give no star but no option for it

Such a great medical centre with very welcoming receptionists and really good doctors, I recommend this medical centre plus it’s very convenient especially to locals like myself as it’s inside the shopping centre and there’s heaps of parking and such a short wait.

I had really bad experience there , Even after booking appointment that too on weekdays , there is more than 1 hour waiting period . (Just FYI , they have 9-5 Office crazy timings) , Even if you reach at the time of appointment , and if there is another person who walkin just 1 min before you , they will them the priority .So totally avoid this center as this now turned into money minting center.

Dr Sara is a dedicated doctor, always smiles and she has affectionate and caring towards my kids.

I would recommend this medical center to overseas student. As it changes 0 consultancy fee.

Awesome to have Dr Sam back in Blacktown. Short waiting time and actually address all my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions.

Walked in here Saturday morning and they advised that they cant take any patients as they only have 1 doctor available and fully booked out - how ridiculous even though sign outside says walk in accepted. Will not be going back there.

I entered the centre before some other patient and I have make appointment in advance but end up the Dr call all the patient even the one that came after me. Is this call professional?

Service is not that great got turned away because they had one doctor on hand and didnt want to take in further walk in appointments. Also 5pm is not an adequate time to close during the week. Please re think your operating hours.

Waited an hour and 35 minutes for a phone appointment that never happened. I rang myhealth and a receptionist told me that my doctor was running late. The appointment was at 3:15pm.. I rang again and they told me they were closed at 3:50pm. They said to book an appointment for when theyre open, no thanks.Also had a doctor prescribe me ventolin there... mistaking me for having asthma. And that was dangerous. I had to go to the hospital. Last time I checked from having asthma as a child... ventolin doesnt do that. Dangerous to prescribe and diagnose over the phone without proper exams. I had heart Palpitations and my breathing got worse. And yeah were all going through a pandemic, but it could have be anything. Just assuming its asthma is not okay. And the reception staff are super rude.If you dont like your job, thats your problem... dont give attitude to the patients.Update: my doctor called me after hours because she was so far behind. Best chance, at least for me is to find a different doctor. Theyre always so late :(
